I HAVE BOUGHT 3 MOONWALKS FROM THIS PLACE, 2 REGULAR, 1 COMBO,IM NOT GOING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE SHIPPING PROCESS OR QUALITY,ITS OK, ONE OF THE HOSES BROKE AND TOLD ME THAT IT WASNT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. BUT THE PRICES TO INCREASE FROM $300 TO ANOTHER $200 WITHIN A TIME FRAME OF 2 MONTHS IS RIDICULOUS.I EMAILED AND ASKED THEM WHY,SINCE I WAS GOING TO ORDER ANOTHER COMBO,AND ALL THEY SAID WAS BECAUSE THE COST WENT UP SHARPLY,

This company is my favorite supplier. There are many fantastic manufacturers, but overall, Moonwalk USA has impressed me most!

Poor quality. I showed them a picture of a few units I wanted and they came out nothing like I‎ wanted. They will make I‎t however they want and not confirm anything with you. When I said I didn’t want I‎t David didn’t want to work with me to fix the problem. Overall bad experience.....stay away from moonwalk USA
