Stephanie and her crew did a great job with my step moms estate. She was a collector of things and the house was full of all sorts of grandmotherly things. They sorted it all out, presented it in a professional way and conducted the sale efficiently. She was in constant contact with me the entire time giving me updates on particular items and found a lot of my fathers sacred items that we had missed in our walkthrough and saved them for me. Stephanie pulled together a great team that cleared out a 50 year collection of antiques at a fair price in a very timely manner. She then sold the house and we closed today. Im relieved and grateful for all the hard work.

This is the most organized well run estate sale company I have come across. I go to 5-10 estate sales a week and I see a lot of lazy companies that dont clean up and stage their sales well. The owner Stephanie has always been fair with me and I can tell she really cares about her company. If I ever see Antique Authority is having a sale I always go even if its far because I know I have a great opportunity to find some great deals by a respectable company.

I went to this sale with very few expectations. Their warnings sounded over the top, but I was curious because of the contents of the sale. I was pleasantly surprised by how pleasant and reasonable the woman running the sale was, as well as being willing to give good deals. I would definitely look for her sales in the future.

I was told to remove shoes to walk into this estate sale, Ive never been to a estate sale that made me remove shoes. Usual if they know what they are doing, theyd cover the floors with plastic or at least provide shie covering this was not the fast unfortunately. This person on the other hand does know what they are doing! These people are super rude Id never recommend they to anyone!*Edit After Extremely Rude Response: We didnt realize how Elitist & Unprofessional your business is; or we wouldnt even consider coming to your estate sales. We drove far out of our way as customers to spend our money. If there had been a note on your Website, or even in the front yard- We wouldnt have had to enter your horrendously overpopulated mansion, and also wouldnt have been so rudely greeted and told to take our shoes off, or leave! No other option given, no plastic in sight! If there was then maybe be less petty and realize it was dry as the desert out, super sunny, and the plastic is there to protect! Mansions should be cleaned anyways before purchase! You are the only company doing that and we have been to many, far better Mansions, from far better estate companies! It is shocking that you are still in business!

Amazing experience. We were so overwhelmed with what to do with our parents estate and had little time to do it. Stephanie came in, took over, reassured us and put our minds at ease. She not only sold items but did the clean up too. She and her team did an amazing job all the way around. Highly recommend.

Having to deal with nearly 40 years of accumulated things from college kids bringing their belongings back and leaving, old furniture, art, seasonal decorations, and thousands of materials we thought that will be useful one day. I needed to change my entire life and leave my home of 8 years. Stephanie helped me while also finding money in the process.I though Id need to rent a dumpster and junk most of my belongings because I couldnt take them with me. I thought about doing a garage sale myself or trying to sell the more expensive and larger things on Craigslist. None of which was practical. Aside from never knowing who youre inviting into your home with classified ads. I knew if I tried to do it myself most of what was there when I was done would still have to be cleared out. Id be throwing away at least half of what were still usable things! I was pretty certain the normal trash pick up wouldnt take it anyway. That meant still renting a dumpster and doing all the work alone I would have broke even at best with the sale and then clearing. The logistics of the operation were as difficult as could be.Antique authority was THE solution that I needed. The staff was extremely respectful of all my things. Nothing was just thrown away. Many personal items that Id forgotten about were run by me to make sure I was willing to part with them. I cant believe the amount of hard work they did and how much money was found for me. I was amazed by the crew and how much was able to sell. I walked away with money in my pocket and a cleared home. It was great!If youre in a situation where you need to clear out a lifetime worth of home goods and items and know you cant possibly do the work yourself.
