Buildon has serviced my equipment for coffee shops for years. At times they have diagnosed the problem and not even charged me. And when they do have to work on the equipment they are prompt and I feel like I get good value for the money I spend. Thank you for your great service!

Dont hire them, you will regret. They charged my card $300 for something they never fixed. They have zero knowledge about frymaster. I called them many times to talk to the manager they refused. Customer service is so poor.

Everytime I need a part for a restaurants equipment I come here. Nine out ten times I find it available. The parts guys will go out of there way to help find what you are looking for.

Took our unit to them for a problem, they could not find it. Sent it back saying it was fine. Charged us $75. Took it back a few days later, they put us at the back of the line, gave us the runaround for 3 weeks and we just eventually picked it back up. Very unsatisfied. Stay away. Countless empty promises to call back that never happened. Very unprofessional. Take your money elsewhere especially if it is emergency or mission critical. Can not be trusted.

This is a horrible company with horrible customer service and the person answering the phone has a horrible attitude. Do yourself a favor and spend your money with another company. They will give you a time, never show up or call, and then act as if you’re bothering them when you call for an update.
