I took a painting of my great-great grandmother, Eliza, to Jennifer Lis in June for repair work and cleaning. She told me that she would be in contact with me and that it would take six months to complete the work. I asked if we could get it back by Christmas and she said yes. I called just before Christmas to see how she was coming on it. And found out that she had not done anything to the painting. She said she would call me the next day and she didnt. I called and left a message to call. I still have not heard from her. I am very worried. This painting is dear to us.
