This restaurant has so much charm! Its in an old church and the tables have the pews for seating. My dinner was so good, I had the delicious meat loaf special! The coffee is wonderful (my husband got a cappuccino and I got a latte - each was $3), the food was great, and the service was amazing! Would definitely go back.

Went there to just look at Halloween.Had awesome clearance sale.Got this Green Isaac Mizrahi yarn for $3.00Bought this white yarn that turns into a Rone Color when exposed to sunlight. They also had the white yard transitioning to yellow. Just bought that cause it was cool.

Always kept clean and workers are always helpful. Shop had some empty areas today. Probably still getting stock in from the shut downs. If a specialty item, may want to check online to see if it is available in the store. They remodeled a bit, so was fun to track down all my go to areas.

Only came into this store for a marker and some glue. The associate helping was kinda rude and stand-offish. The store didnt look to good inside. Id probably go to a different Michaels if I wasnt in a rush.

Honestly, the place is a mess, everything is marked up so they can mark it back down to normal price and make you think youre saving, customer service is barely existent, and you will never wait less then 15 minutes in the check out line. And I have had frames made here and Hobby Lobby, and Hobby Lobby is faster and priced better.

I love the selection of whatever your looking for. I use the custom framing dept. mostly but I love the many flowers they sell Ive bought several. I love this place, everyone who works there that Ive encountered have been very nice and helpful.

Big selection of poster frames.. signed up online while in store and said would get 25% off one item coupon.. Got the text for it but at the cashier they said its almost impossible to use that coupon hard to actually get it to take in the computer.. So settled for a standard 20% off.. Was kind of misleading.

Everything you need for a project is there and special events. Plenty of items near checkout to keep you engaged while waiting in line!!! Staff at the framing center was very helpful.

Rude cashier who would not price check an item that THEY put out without a tag. I just left my own customer service job thats very physicaland was very visibly limping due to arthritis, but she TOLD me go back to the back of the store to grab another instead of having someone on the floor bring one up. Then the other cashier gave me attitude when I asked for a manager, saying she cant control her coworkers actions. The manager didnt give a damn either.... Epic fail, Michaels in Livonia. Next time Ill just go to Joanns across the street.

I just found out that Michaels is now a FEDEX pick up point.Good to know and very convenient when the actual FEDEX office is busy or closed.

I tried to pick up an online order here. When I couldnt figure out where to go, I asked someone who was not very helpful and spoke to me like I was a child. I still ended up having to wait in line at the registers to pick up my order, which took much longer than it should. I dont plan on returning to this store any time soon.

A worker saw that I was a little lost and led me to where I needed to go. Her customer service was exceptional. I was hoping her name was on my receipt so I could mention her by name but no such luck! Great experience shopping there today!

Missed my UPS delivery so it was delivered here. Didnt know that I was just suppose to go to cashiers. Roamed the store looking for UPS. The cashier who did help me was very friendly, apologized cause it took her few minutes to find my package. Allowed me to check things out, got some ideas for decorating projects.

Love that there are always coupons to use. Staff is usually pretty helpful. For the most part I find what Im looking for.

This is a great store. My wife is into crafts and art type stuff. Micheals has a lot of everything. And the staff is very helpful. We recently purchased a painting at an art show, and took it to Michaels to have it framed; they did a great job, at a decent price.

Staff is helpful and friendly and their selection is pretty decent. Store can feel a little cramped at times but that usually around the holidays.

They could use more help

Frustration comes in that the poor cashier literally tried to ring in the Michaels Reward certificate for 5 minutes before finally calling for assistance.Better training needs to be provided when there are new rollouts like that, especially since apparently this has to be rung in as a gift card and doesnt get stored in your account, which is completely ridiculous, but bot the fault of the store.The cashier was very nice, so it was only a little difficult to not be irritated as my afternoon slipped away in the name of $5 lolDecently stocked for a Sunday afternoon, multiple cashiers open, and other than the reward difficulty, a successful trip.

Horrible customer service.. I placed a curbside order and they told me they will try to get to it in 48 hours.. Then put me on hold for 12 min.. just for me to cancel my order.. Just a joke it should not be the same day. They should of told me and i would of never placed a order.

Thats such BS, you say curbside. I clicked I was on my way, then called when got here, Im on oxygen 24/7. I waited in my car for 30 minutes, tried calling 4 different times and got hung up on! Had to go inside, was told had to wait in long line, I finally seen a worker and asked for help. She was so sweet and helped grab my order that was already paid for. Need help with this MICHAELS, if your going to advertise curb side, then do it
