I really enjoyed my buying process with Terry. I live over 3 hours away and did not need to step foot at the dealership until my bike was ready for the delivery. Incredibly easy and fast responses from everyone. I’ve purchased many vehicles in my life and I can say this has been the best, especially with transparency in the finance process with Jeff. Will be purchasing my next bike through them.
I sorry for not remembering the employees names but all 4 of them all great, make a long store short,(Kevin Hart) I called by mistake and told me bring my tires in and the turn over in 3 days, everybody else 3 weeks, once I got there someone canceled there appointment and I have there and them with an 2 hour window, they knock it out in 30 mins, learn a thing or 2and seen some sexy bikes, a redhead Ducati 996 name Cinnamon and yes I name someone else bike, anyways, I will keep doing business with them they great people and I alway a great story to tell about them 🤟🤟🤟🤟
Terry was great to work with!! Was very helpful and informative. He listened to what I wanted and the range I wanted to stay in with no blowing smoke. Wasnt pushing to just sell a bike, really cared about the customer. Im really happy with my trade in and cant wait to start riding my new challenger limited. I would highly recommend anyone whether first time buyer or just want to have better customer service when getting a new bike come check out these guys in Livonia.
Worst experience I ever had. Said I could leave my bike because they weren’t busy and 4 weeks later they never touched it. I made a Facebook post saying I was upset because I wanted to ride and they said come get your bike we aren’t working on it. Entire staff is rude and act like little girls
This place always takes care of me with what ever I ask of them a great place for motorcycle repair
Brought my not running motorcycle in for repair. I described the symptoms before it died on the road, and had my suspicion as to what it may be, which I expressed to the Technician. I expected the worse. In less time than promised, they made what turned out to be a simple (inexpensive) repair. I appreciated not only the quality and promptness of the work, but also the integrity. I highly recommend Freedom Powersports to anyone needing service on their bike.
Was going to buy my new challenger here but they didnt have it available. I will be doing all my service and upgrades here though. Everyone Ive spoken to here has been courteous and helpful.
This is a Polaris dealer yet they don’t sell Sportsman’s. Makes no sense.
Had some service work done very fast good service and good people
Carl was rude and told me he hopes I get run over by a truck. Swore at me several times and tried to threaten me. I have all documented text. This guy should not work with customers. Disgrace to this company period. I traded a bike and got treated this bad. Never again.
Terry was great. As a new rider with lack of experience with motorcycles in general, Terry made me feel very comfortable and valued and offered many great comparisons of bikes and features without making me feel like an amateur. The whole team seemed to work well together and were very solutions-oriented. Would definitely recommend shopping here!
I was racially profiled at this place yesterday and wasn’t treated like a customer should have been. Left here and took my business to Harley Davison that Same day and got a brand new bike with no issues. I will be informing 225k Instagram followers about this place.. BEWARE!!! This happened on March 27,2021 at this location
Great place to buy a new bike, or buy accessories for bike, great sales guys
Had an absolutely great experience at Freedom Powersports! Terry is a wonderful sales person and made me feel very at ease with the whole process. No pushy sales tactics just honest feedback on any questions I had. I do not generally enjoy having to go to dealers but Freedom Powersports is awesome!
Great prices. Great staff.
Went with a friend too pick up his bike and they didnt do everything they were sapose too had too wait for them too take it in back and finish and they still didnt get it right
Salesman Terry was amazing to work with! He helped me figure out which bike was the best fit for me and what I was looking for. Hes an all around great guy and pleasant to work with. The manager was amazing as well! Thanks for a great experience!
I just purchased a bike here. The experience was good. They were helpful without being pushy and did not try to sell what wasnt needed. I highly recommend them if youre in the market for a Indian.
Good and timely service.
I had a great experience! Terry was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Its worth the drive!
The service was excellent. Terry was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was available to help through every step of the process. Even provided same day delivery! I would strongly recommend them without hesitation.
Once scheduled, I got to bring my bike in for cams and an oil change and it was done right and done on time. Rode home pleased. Will use the service dept again for my indian chieftain. Plus oil changes on it are charged only for a half hour so that saves me the trouble of doing it myself in the garage every 5k.
More of a sport vehicle shop than a chezie motorcycle shop.
Knowledgeable and helpful staff.
Great buying experience! Loved working with the team. Terry was extremely knowledgeable on our 2015 Indian Roadmaster. Jeff was helpful with the financing portion. Definitely recommend going here and talking to Terry for your next motorcycle needs. I will always stick with an Indian motorcycle after today. If you are in market for a motorcycle go here first as the lineup is awesome! Thanks again Terry for our Roadmaster and all your help.
Great group to work with, Terry was very helpful, and I enjoyed the process and help to purchase of my new Indian Motorcycle. Would recommend the dealership to any of my friends looking for a bike.
Just purchased my Scout Bobber from here. Terry, Jeff, and everyone else Ive dealt with have been absolutely awesome. Perfectly polite and more than accommodating. I will be a customer for life.
Andrew & I owe a huge thank you to Terry, Steve and Nick! I spent the morning wandering through Harley Dealerships with no luck... everyone ignored me and what I said I was looking for but kept showing Andrew bikes out of the price range. We decided wed stop one last place that day and Im so glad we did! Terry greeted both of us at the door and was extremely helpful when I had no idea what I was looking for. I fell in love with the second bike he showed me and Andy found a red 1200 Harley. Tonight after work we went up, Steve got us all set up, Nick helped order a windshield for Andys new Harley... one problem... as new riders we were nervous to take them home and did not plan this far ahead after work. I was so excited to have my bike in my driveway and was sad to leave them at the store... Terry & Steve jumped on our bikes and made one last delivery AFTER their shift ended. I dont think they know how happy they made me! Ill never go anywhere else for gear or future motorcycles.
When I stopped in to test drive the 2012 V-Strom 1000, that was all I wanted to do. A test drive. I had done my homework... I didnt want a sales pitch, or anything else. I walked in the door bracing myself and mentally preparing for the usual high pressure sales experience.Apparently there was no need for my anxiety.Terry set me up with a plate and keys without any drama... and within a couple of miles I knew this bike was going to be a good fit as my next street bike. After I returned from the brief ride, the sales team handled everything quickly and competently, even allowing me to use a desk and phone to arrange for insurance via my own vendor.I really couldnt have asked for a better experience. It was a very fair price (below average retail book value) for a bike that truly looked like new.The sales team was very courteous and professional.I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new or used bike purchase to stop in here and see what these guys and gals can do for you.
I purchased a 2020 Indian Challenger from Terry at Freedom Power Sports. Initially I tried to purchase from a closer to my home dealership. That did not work out so well. They were more interestedin profit than customer satisfaction. When I went to Freedom Power Sports. My experience there was very different. I was given more for my trade a 2018 Goldwing. Alot more!!Terry was more interested in making the deal work for both parties with a can do attitude. What a great buying experience!!!!
Fantastic.... Got a zip up sweat jacket for $50.... On clearance... Love it... Wearing it on my vacation tomorrow...
This dealership gave me a good trade in value and a great deal on my new motorcycle. Terry was my salesman, and it was the best experience Ive ever had compared to all the other salesman and dealerships Ive dealt with in the past. Overall it was a very smooth experience and I would recommend bringing your business here.
Terry and the rest of the staff were great to work with. A great group of people who were willing to answer all of our silly questions. Plus they made the buying process super easy!
Terry sold us a 2019 Indian FZR 1200. I would say one of the best experiances in buying a motorcycle I have ever had. Very personalable and had no issues. Knew his product inside and out. Very pleased with the bike and the service! Will be using them for all my bike needs.
Awesome place to buy a motorcycle, super friendly, very accommodating, when you go there to get your next bike make sure to ask for Terry
The friendly knowledgeable staff made buying my motorcycle very easy and convenient.
Excellent buying experience. The staff was very helpful, and they made the whole process simple and straightforward. I never once felt pressured into making a purchase, but Im glad I did. Loving my new Scout Bobber!
My wife and I just bought a new 2019 Chieftain Dark horse Black. Terry was our salesman he did a wonderful job to make sure I got this bike. And there service department always takes care of my brother bike. So I cant wait for them to work on mine thank you all so much to help us make a dream come true
Treated me a hundred percent better than motown harley. I know its different brands but wow what a difference. Talk to Terry in sales! Very knowledgable and patient.
Bought a victory Magnum there. They gave me a great deal on a great bike. The staff was amazing. I had a issue and they addressed it right away no questions ask. If your looking for a great place go see these guys. Drive a victory super fast and rides perfect.
Took a new bike for some service to get everything checked out, so Maintenance and install a few accessories or do some work with a Pre-Estimate... they were able to resolve and fix the issues for me as promised. Those guys are just there to get your bike fixed, and are quiet busy and respond to you as needed! I would go again if I needed to.
Very professional! Had a great experience purchasing our first Indian motorcycle!
I went into Dick Scott with a mission and a bike that I found on their web site. We were greeted by a one of a kind super sales guy name Carl. He took me right to the bike I wanted. He then assisted with all questions and was adamant that I get on the bike. Once I did it was heavenly. Cant go wrong fair price and great.
Very nice Indian dealership. Salesman was so friendly and he will work prices with you.
DO NOT take your motorcycle here for service unless you have a death wish. I brought my bike here to get new tires. I live less than a mile away. I got back in my subdivision and heard rattles from the rear end on the uneven road. Got into my driveway and didnt take long to figure out what was wrong. The brake caliper mounting bolts had almost rattled out of the holes. Didnt have to wonder if they follow the torque specs. The rear brake bolts werent even finger tight. Brought it immediately back and all the manager could do was to offer to make it right. Zero trust. I walked there to pick up the bike and was offered a ride home at the end of the business day. WTF. Only 20 minutes but WTF. To top it off, I didnt even get caps for my valve stems. It went in there with caps. Was charged $25 for additional parts. I left. Never going back. I wanted to give negative 5 stars.
Bought my Vegas here in April 2012. What a great bunch of guys! Everyone from the parts guy Sean to Terry in sales and Jeff the manager has treated me with the utmost respect whenever I walk in the doors and everyone always remembers my name no matter how long its been since my last visit. They always go the extra mile to make sure Im a happy customer when I leave their store and they have earned my respect. Thanks guys!!
We recently purchased a bike from here and our whole experience was great. We drove 3 hours to get there and it was well worth it. Our sales guy Carl was awesome at helping us from start to finish. We highly recommend these guys right here.
Great dealership to go to if you want a motorcycle. Sales staff isnt pushy and theyre very helpful. Highly recommend. This is where my brother went to get his Harley.
This dealership was a hole in the wall, the sale manager terry berendt accused a customer of scratching a bike on the showroom floor and proceeded to raise his voice in a aggresive and disrespectful way towards the customer. I would highly suggested not visiting this store terrible selections and prices!
I found this dealer on the web, but what a gem 💎. The staff and sales are one of a kind and they take great care of you. I brought my 5th bike 🏍 with them and the process was very nice and easy .Great selection and awesome prices, but you better act quick as the bikes are selling like hot cakes. Check out their selection on the website. Your happy 😊 customer...
I had a awesome experiece i bought a scout back in 2018 and went in on january 14 to see what kind of payment i can get on a new chieftain limited and the sales perfessional, terry, looked up who had better interest rate for me and got me a payment for what i was hoping for. Needless to say i left with a new bike. I also have always had great service thru their service department
I am beyond happy with my purchase. I had been eying the Indian Chief Dark Horse for years. When I finally decided to pull the trigger, Terry in sales made my purchase as smooth as possible. I cannot say enough positive things about my dealings with Dick Scott
What a great looking and sounding bike the Indian Bobber is. Very nice sales staff too. I loved riding that Boober
I had made inquiries to several dealers around the state searching for a Polaris Ranger. Terry made contact first and the results were great. I ended up with the machine I wanted, at the best price offered by competing dealers and awesome customer service. Thanks guys
I recently inquired about a 2018 springfield dark horse online. Terry was the sales rep and he did an awesome job and was very knowledgeable he answered all my questions and walked me through everything. Couldnt have asked for a better experience thanks
Great service department, I had to find another dealer when mine closed and the one closest to me didnt give me the feeling they were out for my best intrest,. I immediately felt comfortable here and my bike was even washed when I picked it up
I love Terry my salesman
We have bought numerous motorcycles and a four wheeler at Freedom PowerSports. We have always received great service from there. I recommend people all the time to take an Indian for a ride! 😉
My husband purchase a brand new Indian 2 weeks ago was able to ride one day and then back in to the shop still do not have the bike back but sure do have the payment I would definitely think Twice before purchasing
Awesome Dealership, they treat there customers like family.
Never been there but Carl sold me a bike I was looking at from Middletown, got the bike delivered to me for 200 bucks! Great bike! Awesome service and great deals! Very happy with my purchase. If you bike a bike talk to Carl in sales!
Great dealership, Terry was a great salesman. He worked with me to get the motorcycle I wanted. I would definitely buy from here again.
I live 3 hours from Dick Scott Freedom Powersports so I relied heavily on my salesman’s word. I was told he would take pictures of damage and send to me...he didn’t do it.I was told the vehicle would be serviced with all new fluids...it wasn’t. I didn’t realize that until after I purchased and no offer was made to make things right. In spite of these broken promises I had a 3 hour trip invested and still believed the price was good enough to still purchase. The bike was caked with mud underneath showing they hadn’t cleaned it at all but it started and ran fine. I bought the bike and have had no new surprises.
I had the pleasure of working with Terry He made sure that I was going to get on my bike that they gave me a great deal And made me feel welcome unlike the other place I went to in Bloomfield Hills Thanks to Terry now I’m writing a metallic jade scout with Good upgrades that he was Kind enough to show me that the part that I wanted there was one better and louder and cheaper. Once again thank you Terry Berendt for making it happen
My sales and service experiences so far have been great! I recommend them to everyone. 😊
Called the dealership and I spoke with a salesman CARL. I requested what I was looking for, and I had to repeat to him more than once what I wanted. If you make a request to a salesman than thats what he needs to work with. He abruptly told me NO!!! CARL hung up on me. I called back to speak with a manager and CARL answered the phone, and I said, I got your name CARL. CARL literally blew up my phone (figuratively speaking) several times, but I refused to answer. Why would he call me back? My purpose was to get his name. I guess he finally figured out I was not going to answer the phone. Than he left a subtle voicemail. I happened to be in the area and I stopped by to speak with the owner/Dick Scott explaining my ordeal, what good that that do... He offered to take my name in case something came in. I told him I would not purchase a bike from his dealership and I told him, if CARL continues to harass me I will file a police report for harassment against CARL. I am a business owner and there is no way I would have tolerated the immaturity and childishness of my employee or family member working for me. I told (DICK) SCOTT social media is a very strong communication. Because of this action, would you spend your hard earned money to be treated the way I was? Therefore, If you have to go ( Dick) Scott Powersports, DO NOT GO TO CARL FOR YOUR SALES. Cycle Trader offers better deals on bikes pre-owned and new. I have given them a negative rating throughout social media.
Friendly group and Terry was very easy to deal with!
I had a great experience at Freedom Powersports! Carl is the MAN!! Worked with thru every aspect of my purchase. If you are looking for a bike and accessories go see Carl!
We bought our 2019 RZR xp4 Turbo from Jeff Scott and it was a great experience. Would definitely recommend!!
A power sports business that has genuine knowledge and experience not only on the brands they sell but will give you a honest opinion about others they dont have dealings with.
Recently purchased an Indian Chief Vintage, black in color. After ridding Harleys for years, decided to make a switch. Wasnt a bad ideal. The bike preforms great, the ride is outstanding, and the styling is just something that you cant stop looking at.As for the dealership, upon my arrival, I was greeted by Terry. He showed me several touring cycles, and outlined the difference between them as well as price. He was quite friendly, and answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. When I went to close the deal on my cycle, he had it clean, looking good, but not a full tank of gas. I said to myself that since they gave me good price, I could spend the extra fifteen bucks to fill it up LOL. The cycle was delivered two days later and looked even better in my garage. Ive had it for a week now, and have waxed it three times. Im a happy camper with my cycle, and will purchase from Dick Scott Classic Motorcycles again in the future.
Great place to store you bike for the winter.
Terry is an awesome ambassador for the brand and the dealer. He makes every visit, from the purchase of the bikes to looking for gear and accessories, a great experience!!!!
Great company great people..honestly tthe quickest easiest loan ever done ..sign 8 pieces of paper and you got a motorcycle..also super quick response on all questions..I will only buy a bike thought them
Terry was our salesman, my brother and I came from Sidney, Ohio to purchase a pair of Honda Groms. The process of getting the bikes was quick and easy! Staff was very friendly. Thank you!
My husband has been dreaming about owning a Indian for a few years now. Unfortunately we never found the right bike with the perfect deal until we found this place. We are not from Michigan so I figured we could do a quick search in the area and see what comes up. When I seen a bike that was posted on their site I thought the deal was to good to be true. Long story short we seen the bike and loved it. The deal we got was amazing and working with Crazy Carl was a breeze. My husband couldnt be happier with his bike or the people up at dick scotts freedom powersports.. :)
Best experience Ive ever had with any business! This is my first time buying a motorcycle, and the saleman (Terry) was not pushy; he gave me all the time I needed to make my choice; he gave me all the information I needed about the bike I bought, and all the information I needed about what Dick Scott Freedom Powersport could do to help me in the future. Every salesperson there was helpful and u would recommend this place to anyone buying a new or used motorcycle!
Walked in to look at ATVs as advertised on Google, review pictures, and their website. Was told I dont sell ATVs. They might want to update things.
Nice place, thanks Dave for all your help finding my part.
The front desk guys and the mechanucs are very patient and courteous and know what they are doing. I have no complaints about Dick Scott Freedom Sport
Terry Berendt is my sales man, got me the Polaris I wanted very helpful and honest they are my dealer for life!! Highly recommend this place!!
Staff was great! Knowledgeable about all aspects of the Roadmaster and Indian in general.
Update 2/8/18BMV received the paperwork approximately 2 hrs after i submitted the ugly review and asked, yet again, for them to send it. Bike is now titled and licensed. just wish it hadnt taken such measures to accomplish itupdate 2/7/18having a hard time getting the necessary Odometer Disclosure Statement to get my new bike titled. my agent was extremely rude and disrespectful as i tried to take care of this issue while sitting at the BMV before I had to go to work. At this point, no resolution.----------fantastic customer service! love my new ride, cant wait for warmer weather to get here
Worked on my Indian. Good communication and gives veteran discount
GREAT PLACE ! lucas is an excellent salesman and very knowledgeable my experience at this place was very good !
Got a good deal on a 2005 Harley Electra Glide and free delivery.
I will definitely recommend to visit this store if someone wants to buy a motorcycleAsk for Terry, he is really good and can get you a deal of you like any vehicle
They have done a good job with sales and service on our quads.
I just bought a bike from Dick Scott, my salesman was Terry. The entire process went smoothly and the staff was fantastic!! I will buy again from Terry and the team!!
I was definitely not satisfied. Asked originally to install a plow that i purchased to my atv. Original estimate over the phone was 1.5hrs. when i took my ATV there, i told them about the starter not working and he said they would look at it. Additional $90 to look at it which would be rolled into the price. Then the gauging began. Called back and said plow will need custom work even though i bought the plow specific for that atv. Fine. The starter, add 400 to the price. Having never dealt with ATV repairs, thought it was excessive but perhaps normal. After a week they tell me that they replaced the starter but theres something else wrong, itll be an additional $200. I refused because it was already to much. I go to pick up the ATV, plow is good(only reason i have 2 stars) so Im happy with that but the bill showed a ridiculous amount for starter $375+ for $60-$80 part. (Internet prices everywhere for OEM starter) To pay that much and still not have a push starting ATV was embarrassing to even try to pull off with a customer. I complained and the manager said well i told you over the phone how much Im like yea but that was for a plow and a push start ATV. He took off some money off the 300% markup for the part. I reluctantly paid. I checked with other ATV owner friends and they said i was raped for a non working push start. What should have happened was they should have fixed the additional piece that when you quote someone, you expect the experts to properly diagnose it and give you an accurate quote. Had they said its the starter and gear box xyz and itll be $1000 then i would have said no thanks and paid them the $90 for their time. Alternatively, they could have said, since we didnt do what we said for the given price, well put the bad starter back in and only charge the $90 since the push start is doing the same thing it was when you brought it in. (Not sure if it was starter at all. )Long story short, dont make the mistake i did and blindly trust this place. Research parts ahead of time and dont fall into the its taking a little longer for this and this costs more and oh by the way you need this and that. Get a set price and make sure they deliver on what you asked for. Better yet, skip this place and try another one less greedy.
Do not buy a used bike from this place, they do not go through the bike and inspect them before you buy it. Bought a 2008 r6 for 4900 and it was supposedly in perfect riding condition and had been gone through with no problems to be found. The same day I buy it Im riding home and the #4 cylinder goes out, needed 4 plugs and 4 coils, didnt even have the exup valve or cable on the bike which isnt visible until you take off the exhaust cover, bike needs a valve adjustment which runs between 750 to 1000 dollars, the ground wire to the battery wasnt secure so the next day it would not start and when it did it powersurged and blew the battery, and the bike hadnt even had an oil change so when I checked the oil the next day it was discusting. Needless to day this place rips you off. Bike isnt even worth 3000 blue book in this condition, the least the dealer could have done was a tune up and made sure everything was good to go for the price they wanted.
Good place to by a motorcycle and have it serviced, they really take care of you.
Incredibly easy to work with, awesome selection, and no pressure sales crew.
Awesome guys to work with, bought my wife a XC here last year. Excellent sales and service.
Terrible, Terrible, Terrible!!! DO NOT take your quad into this place for service! Cant speak much regarding purchasing a machine there (because I didnt), but you will likely regret bring it back for any kind of follow-up service. Worst experience Ive ever had at a dealership!!! Definitely read the negative reviews about their service and lying habits!!!I generally do not write reviews (especially negative ones), but this time it’s merited. I went to Dick Scott because it was nearby and thought I would save some time by having them do the 100 mile service on my 2015 Sportsman (also found out about a heat issue warranty at that time)...save yourself a MAJOR HEADACHE and don’t make the same MISTAKE I did! Go someplace that can be trusted.1.) When dropping my quad off, I personally witnessed the parts guys say to a customer who was at the counter that they did not have any OEM Polaris Oil Filers. When the customer pressed them, they “somehow” came up with one. After the customer paid and left, a guy who appeared to be some kind of manager came over and told the parts guys to “not sell them the OEM’s anymore (even though it was requested), but to ‘ONLY push the filer they were trying to sell on the shelf’. Shame on me!… I should have took better note and took my quad home with me right then!2.) Dick Scott Freedom Powersports LIES! On June 11th I called AGAIN about the progress on the warranty parts from Polaris. Dave said that the machine was not done because they were still waiting on the parts from Polaris (standard answer they gave). I contacted Polaris directly to find out the problem. The case manager with Polaris (Stephen, case #4556352) indicated that the specific warranty parts for my machine were ordered on May 11th and arrived at Dick Scott on May 21st. Dick Scott LIED to me for ONE MONTH while they left my machine to sit in the shop.3.) They will give you a general estimate and you can count on it being almost four times as much because of their time to “ASSESS” problems that weren’t there before (2 hours for a no start issue… never had a problem with it starting before....$450+). Yea Right! If you question it, expect a fight. Thank you for removing the labor for the warranty work, adjusting the bill to reflect the actual work done and for taking an extra hour off Jeff. $179.48 for the 100-mile service and less than $15 worth of additional parts is much more in line with what the original guy who wrote it up said.4.) When I would make an inquiry, they never seemed to be able to give concise answers….always said they would have to call back…. NEVER ONCE DID!!! (In 6 weeks…come on guys!) Don’t question them on this either…. They just won’t hear it!5.) Said it would be a maximum of 2 weeks… try more like 6 weeks (dropped it off May 9th, picked it up… NOT RUNNING … June 19th!!6.) I brought it in with NO TROUBLE operating…. Had to push it onto the trailer to take it home!!!Beside the fact that they would never call back when I would inquire of the status (but did once have time to call with unrelated / weird things that they said needed fixed without any knowledge of the warranty problem discussed with the another employee), I had had enough and wanted to come get it. Now they said it WASN’T RUNNING!!! WHAT?!?!? I had ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEM with the machine starting or running. They said the battery was bad!! (over a week ago when I spoke with them it was the battery cable was “stripped” and needed replaced. I’ll send any of you a picture if you would like….they cut the end because they didn’t bother trying.) But now, when I initiate the call on June 19th, they tell me the battery is bad. Hmm? Funny how this was found out after being in the shop 6 weeks.I’d imagine that a generic online APOLOGY might be offered by someone because of this review, but AT LEAST ONE would have been nice during this whole ordeal.
Terry.. talk to him. Great person . Want to earn your business
