Eddie, John, and Laurie, are honest, professional, and friendly. The office and pleasant waiting area-showroom are COVID-19 safe with plastic protection. Eddie wouldnt install the custom windshield because the standard rubber gasket wasnt adequate; in a couple of days, hed get an original windshield with attached gasket from a Hyundai dealer. I was delighted by Eddies integrity, and enjoyed chatting about kindness as he walked me to the car. Great service and honesty deserve celebrating! Henderson Glass-Livonia has my trust! Took a clear sliding glass patio door wall in for glass replacement /repair. Quoted approximately $355.00 installed over the phone. When I came for measurement and ordering of the glass, the price went to $560.00 installed and they insisted the glass was tinted and not clear. I did not order the glass, took it to two other glass shops and their price was around $365.00( with two new rollers installed, which Henderson said they could not do) and both agreed the glass was not tinted. Needleless to say I did not use Henderson. Suggest price comparison shopping before using this shop.

I just bought a 2010 Ford Escape and noticed a small chip in the right lower corner of the windshield. I called Henderson Glass and they fixed it in 20 minutes for a very reasonable fee.

I took two vehicles there for window repairs in the same day. Got them both done quicky and at a reasonable price. I will definitely be going back! Amazing work great customer service!

After a terrible job done by Safelite on my replacement windshield I contacted Henderson Glass to have it redone. Their mobile glass service was able to replace the windshield at my work. I would recommend Henderson Glass to anyone for the excellent quality of the glass and excellent workmanship.

Several months ago Eddie came to my home to replace the windshield on my ‘14 Ford Escape. He did a fine job and was one of the most efficient and friendliest techs I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with.A recent road trip resulted in a foot long crack in my fresh, new glass. This time I specifically requested Henderson Glass and Eddie again.They did not disappoint. Eddie arrived within the first 1/2 hour of the four hour window I was given. Got my double pane window repaired. They did great work. I should have shopped around... It seemed expensive to me, but it was probably a fair price. Idk. I was just annoyed by the fact that I had a break in and the window repair cost more than what was actually stolen. 🙄

Lady at desk was lovely but came to my appointments a couple days later and guy at the desk told me it was gonna take 2 to 3 hours. I was not informed that it took this long to do this operation. Like most people we dont know the length of things being done to our vehicles unless told. So if you choose this place know that you need a half day out of your life. Sucks I had to learn the hard way.

I provided all of the information about my vehicle over the phone and was given a quote immediately, which was substantially less than a national chain. The technician arrived at my location within the time window provided and promptly got the job done. I was happy and thankful to drive the seven hours home without a large crack in my window.

Had a stone chip on my windshield in the morning. Set up a quick appointment after lunch. They filled the damage and prevented it from cracking anymore. Quick and cost effective.

Very friendly and professional service. My new windshield looks great. If you need to stay while they do the work take a book or tablet with you, it took about 3 hours. They do have a great stack of magazines.

My window was smashed out during a burglary. I brought my SUV here to get the passenger front door window replaced. Eddie replaced my window and he did an excellent job! He even vacuumed up all the broken glass pieces left inside the car from the break-in which was a really special extra touch considering the circumstances. It was nice to ride home with my new window (minus the loud plastic I had on driving down there) and not have to clean up the glass myself. Thanks Eddie! Youre the best!

NIGHTMARE!**This review could changeMy passenger side front window broke recently, literally just by rolling it all the way down. So obviously there is a problem inside the door or with the bracket that holds the window somewhere. I called Henderson and explained the situation COMPLETELY, knowing that they dont exactly fix doors/windows or the mechanics inside the door I took my car to them to at least get the glass put in. I figured I could get the door and window looked at later and just never operate the window until I did. My initial experience was great. The woman behind the counter was extremely pleasant, and the service was timely.At one point the manager guy came out to tell me that the regulator is working fine and he cannot tell why it broke. Henderson fixed the window for $210 and at the end an employee came out to tell me that the window was completely operational again! The man gave me an explanation about how the window was on a bracket and something caused it to tighten, I did not follow his explanation but it didnt seem to matter as long as it was operational again. I was happy, I didnt expect this but I figured I was just having a good day.....I was wrong.The window worked fine the first time I tried it but after the second time I simply rolled it down completely, rolled it back up again completely, and it was cracked. I went to Henderson in person and was treated like a jerk. At first the guy basically just stared at me when I told him my problem, so I spoke again. I cant afford to buy new windows everyday, still nothing, until finally he told me that he wont do anything because it is a pre-existing condition. I informed him that his co worker/employee told me that the window was fully operational, and if he didnt say that, it would never have broken again. At that point he told me that I wasnt told that (he wasnt there). I told him I was. All the while he is shooting looks over to the lady behind the counter in disgust, as if I am some kind of lunatic and they are both having a good laugh internally, she did not return the looks however (not that I could tell). The nice lady behind the counter was actually present when I was told that the window was operational again, but she never spoke up when I came back in with the problem. She may not have been paying attention though, and as I said she was very kind so I want to give her the benefit of the doubt.Simply, if they never said my window was fixed I would have put my window locks on and made sure no one rolled that window down until I got it fixed.The solution? First the guy told me that he wouldnt do anything. Then he said that if I get the door fixed (not even sure that something is wrong with the door itself) he will give me a new window at cost...at cost. Am i in the Bizarro world? what happened to the customer being right? I obviously wasnt satisfied with that so after I stood there and repeated my case for the 10th and 11th times he told me that he will replace the window at no charge.....if i can show him that the door has been repaired. Again I dont even know that something is wrong with the door, and the auto glass experts who cracked open and went inside my door couldnt find anything wrong other than what they told me was fixed.I am probably not going to get that window repaired for free by Henderson, the guys demands are so subjective that I could see him denying me easily. He wrote a note that says something like customer to make repairs, then window no charge Its just a shame because I had a great experience the first day, but I guess true colors come out when theres an actual problem to deal with, I got Hendersons true colors, or at least the manager guys true colors, and Im bummed.It is my recommendation that you avoid this place. Maybe they can do a job, but once the job is over they dont seem to care about a customer (at least thats my experience). Once they got my money they didnt want to hear from me again, and when they did hear from me they didnt listen.

First off, I was greeted very poorly as if I was interrupting the guys day by walking in. Second, when the technician came out to get my jeep - I was sitting outside watching him, so I witnessed him as he moves the seat back and rafes on it so that you can hear all of the teeth grinding. Most importantly, when he takes the jeep to the garage he floors it in the parking lot... to move it 30 feet!!!! I was beyond pissed !!!! Im still waiting for my jeep to come out, so I will update this review when I find out what the quality of workmanship is and if theres any damage or filth left on my vehicle ...
