I sold my 67 Mustang GT earlier this year and needed a towing company that had a great reputation so I called Magnum Towing. Ellis said most of the guys had the day off for fathers day but he would come out and take care of it personally. I was very impressed with his service and the way he carefully loaded my car onto the flatbed. Within minutes the car was all loaded all 4 wheels were secured and he was on his way to its new owner. He actually called me after he had delivered the Mustang and said that everything went well.

Top notch service. The driver arrived very fast and communicated with with me while he was on his way. They are very fair priced and provided excellent service and value. I will absolutely call again if I need a tow and highly recommend their services to others.

Car broke down on my way home from work in the middle of the night at 11pm, I called and got a car dispatched to me, the operator said 1hr-1:15mins I waited until 1:10am and received no call. I called the very next morning and explained what happened, dispatch sent out another car and they came quick! Brandy was such a breath of fresh air, she heard the worry in my voice and immediately reassured me everything was going to be alright. She got to my car within minutes, towed it to my home and waited for me to arrive! I was really upset about the night before but Brandy made up for it :)

They come with an extra vehicle to pick up my elderly parents. The tow truck driver put a battery on the car to roll up the windows and then after all the extra help he refused a tip. Highly recommended

Magnum SAVED my life today! Today Michigan roads decided it wanted to take two of my tires out today. Called magnum up and they were on it to come save me! The first tow truck showed up very quick, but due to my car being low profile I was not going to fit on that truck. They sent out the tow truck that would work for what I needed. That truck got there as soon as it could got me hooked up right away and we were on our way to get my tires fixed! If you guys are looking for a great towing company who are nice and who just genuinely care about you and your vehicle this is your place!

Very.. very professional and fast help when in need. I have never seen a tow company be so courteous and willing to help based on our situation. My wife’s car was broke down and I had to deal with the tow, these guys were there in 20 minutes and called me 4 times to coordinate. The driver even made the tow fun for my kids. If I ever need a tow again, they will be the company I call. I’ve had my fair share of tow nightmares in the past but this was very different and the best by far. Two guy picked me up on the highway i had a flat . Super nice guys, not to expensive price for the tow. I wish i could remember their names. one was in training that all i could remember.

Good service, was slightly longer than told they would be getting to my car, but once they were there they were very good and quick.

We had a bit of a scheduling hiccup, but the owner called and offered a partial refund on the cost to make it right. That was very much appreciated. I have respect for a business owner that stands behind his reputation. The truck operator (I believe it was Jake) was also a very good guy. I will use them again.

Going with Magnum Towing Livonia was the right choice. I had originally called my auto insurance to get towing and had an _awful_ experience involving many hours of waiting. After cancelling with my insurance, I called Magnum Towing Livonia and was home in under an hour with my car safely parked in front of my house.Professional, affordable and prompt - what more can you ask for from a towing company? I will be recommending to everyone and they will be my first call next time I have trouble on the road.

I had to have them come out to help me put my spare tire on after getting a flat from unavoidable potholes...Josh came very quickly and was extremely friendly and kind!! He had a little trouble with the lug nuts because his truck didn’t have the right equipment, but he contacted a coworker to help just in case...thankfully he was able to get them off and didn’t need further assistance...but he went out of his way to make sure that my tire would be taken care of no matter what! I called for a tow and was told it would be 25-30 minutes. Ely called me within 10 and showed up in about 20 minutes. Instead of giving me a tow to the nearest tire shop, he offered to try and change my tire and save me some money because my tire was completely off the rim. He managed to get the stripped lugnut off and changed my tire very quickly. Ely was very nice and did a great job. Thank you Ely.

I called and charles came right away. Let me just say its 11pm at night, freezing cold and the snow is coming down fast and he came to the rescue. Charles showed great customer service and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs towing services and Ill definitely come back for services in the future if needed again.

Every so often, you come across a company with such great service that blows you away and you always recommend them. This is the case with Magnum. We waited for our insurance company to send out a tow truck for over 24 hours and nothing. Called Magnum and their VM said well call you back in 5 minutes. Ya right. With 3 minutes they called and said theyll be there within the hour. 40 minutes later Ely was there. Super nice guy. Towed car and couldnt be more happy. Nice job guys!!!!
