I was pleased with how knowledgeable the manager Mr Holcomb was. While my car was on the hoist he showed me the problems that I had. Then he thoroughly explained to me the options I had to solve these problems. He told me how much these options would cost.He repaired my car quickly and for even less than he had originally estimated.He also advised me of other items that might need work in the near future.

Anthony is super great! He never belittles me for not knowing a lot about cars, which is really important to me because that has happened to me at other car repair shops in the past. He answers all of your questions and makes sure you know whats going on with your vehicle. Highly recommend!

Owner of this shop was all buddy buddy till he told my it was going to cost $700 to replace my pads and rotors and I explained that I could do them myself.He got real smart with me and told me he would charge me a $200 diagnostic fee if I returned to him for any further assistance.His idea of a diagnostics is to pull off one tire and look at my brakes. This is free at any other shop.. this guy is a RIP OFF...

My heat went out a couple weeks ago and my rpm were lower than I was used to seeing them so I immediately googled “Car shop in Livonia”. I came across this shop and it was the first and only one I clicked on because it has the highest rating which I am not at all surprised about. Being a female, and one that has absolutely NO CLUE when it comes to cars, I was terrified to call in fear that I’d be taken advantage of. I read the reviews, and finally worked up the courage to call to have my car looked at. Anthony is a total delight. He was upfront, honest and very informative. He didn’t try to take advantage and got me in and out faster than I’ve gotten an oil change done at previous places I’ve gone to. I will always go to this shop. I have only been there once, but I will definitely be returning for all my auto repair needs.Anthony was great to work with from the moment I first called. He kept me appraised of what his team had found and what the repairs would cost.Top Value was able to get my truck back on the road the same day. Since I work a strange and hectic schedule, finding a repair shop to do multiple suspension repairs in one day seemed impossible, but Anthony and his team were able to do it.I was worried that the labor costs would be excessive, but Top Value kept their labor hours well within reason. Super high quality work at an affordable price. Top Value, indeed.These guys did an inspection on a used vehicle I was purchasing and found 5k worth of issues. That alone was top value and what brought me back. Now they have replaced my brakes on multiple cars, replaced wheel bearings, an exhaust manifold, valve gaskets and spark plugs and an oil leak.The team is friendly, knowledgeable, and a delight to work with. Every problem is met with the right solution and at a price I can afford with 3 kids and a pastors salary. Even more, the repairs all come with a 12/12 warranty, so I know Im in good hands!

I had to get a rear main replaced on my Ford, Anthony and his staff got it done quickly ( 1.5 days) and suggested a few more cheap repairs while the transmission was removed. I am very happy with the result, and I have a one year warranty should something go wrong.

I came across Top Value from calling around and getting 2nd opinion quotes. As a woman that knows very little about the repair of cars, sometimes its easy to feel that you are being taken advantage of. I did not get this this feeling from the guys at Top Value. I got excellent customer service and honesty from them. I even took my vehicle to them for something that I thought was going on with my car and when I got there, they told me that they were not able to identify a problem. They could take my money but it would be wrong of them to do so. I will always be there for all my car concerns.

If youve been looking for a new auto shop, this is it! My wife and I are new to the area and were both pretty weary of auto shops. Everybodys always trying to sell you something. But Top-Values mechanics are different; their mechanics are welcoming, fast working, and seem more interested in informing their customers rather than selling you something you dont need. Anthony actually advised against buying an expensive replacement part. These are the things I appreciate in a garage and these are the reasons why Ill be going to Top Value from now on.

As I was driving down I-96 my muffler fell. I had no idea what to do. I googled this place that was 6 minutes away. My muffler was all rusted, so the Manager Tony requested for one right away. They replaced it at a fair price. They even checked other stuff while they were at it. Now my car is soo quiet I dont even know for sure if its on or not ! Lol! Phenomenal job Rick & Tony.

Our company uses top value for all of our fleet cars and they are not only cost effective but will not charge you for what you do not need without asking you and giving you options. im so happy with the service that i will be taking my personal car in for work and im so cheap i do all car work myself instead of paying. Anthony is always there with good advice and a positive attitude. couldnt say enough good things about this company. take your car there or get ripped off by other companies that are more into money than customer service.
