Joan is phenomenal! I placed a very non-specific order and let her have creative reign. Well, she is 100% professional and expert in her field and provided me with gorgeous, fun and on theme balloon and balloon arrangements, three of which I STILL have in my shop and look as hood as day one. This is the only place to get your balloons!

OMG THESE PEOPLE ARE AMAZING!!!!!!!! I went to over 3 party city stores, they were not taking in walk-in orders found this place last min at 2:30 they close at 3! With open arms helped me with whatever I needed! Did my balloons and added a lil extra for the giant numbers! Amazing AMAZING AMAZING! Legit better quality and the same price if you went to a Party City. I got 2 large number balloons and then bought in 15 latex small balloons cost about $50 to blow them up, I was in a rush, they helped out so much thank you again. Also I asked them to put the latex balloons in threes and she did without questioning! Wonderful people and passed out their cards everywhere :) Thank you for making my sisters sweet 16 wonderful :)

Celebration Station is amazing. I contacted Joan at the last minute requesting balloons for an event I was putting together in Michigan traveling from Texas. She was very polite, professional and understanding, executing my exact request and colors with no issues at all.

What a great small business. Stocked full of awesome items that the big box store down the road has, but at a cheaper price! Owner is kind and friendly and they do balloon arches and other specialty things. I was told by the big box party supply store (that shall remain nameless) that they have no helium because theres a helium shortage, but they have disposable helium tanks stacked to the ceiling by the entrance. In other words we cant fill your balloons so you should just spend $40 on this tank instead... Uh. Nice try. This will be my new go to spot for balloon and party good from now on.

Loved this place! We were in a bind getting balloons for my nephews first birthday because a bigger store was limited on helium so we tried here and they were awesome! Very friendly, helpful, and fast. Will definitely be heading back for future party needs.

This store is amazing...the balloon centerpiecesat my yearly garden party were the talk of the town. Who knew balloons could be so much fun ? Highly recommended ! Plus the blonde behind the counter was kinda cute in a soccer mom kinda way. 5 stars...100 percent.

Its a shame that I have to give this business one star because the people do seem very nice and initially I did have a good feeling. I placed my order on May 1st to be picked up on May 28th. It was a small order and I did pay for it at the time I ordered it. I arrived on May the 29th for pick up and it was not ready. I said I would return the next day which I did and my order still was not ready. She offered to deliver it to my home but I said I would come back the next day. On the 3rd day I arrived and my order was partially ready, and she tried to get me to except some other stars that I did not order because the order wasnt ready. I said Im not in a hurry so Ill call you later and pick it up when you have it finished. I called her later and she didnt answer the phone so I left a message to find out if it was done. I received a return call and message when the store was closing for the evening telling me my order was ready. I went to the shop on Saturday morning to pick up my order and it wasnt ready even though I was told it was ready. It was ready but not what I ordered. She promised to deliver it to my home after 3 oclock later that day. 3 oclock came and went and no delivery. I texted her and left a message at her business and I also sent something via her website telling her that Ive never felt so unimportant in my life. I was trying to be understanding throughout the entire experience because she told me she was going through some very difficult personal problems and I did not want to be difficult. I never was angry with her or gave her greif. I am angry now because I realize in hindsight that she never had the items that I ordered to give me. I also realized that she had no idea what I ordered. She actually showed up at my house the day of the baby shower I was giving with again only part of what I ordered. She also gave me $10 of my money back but what I ordered cost more than thatShe also tried to give me cardboard stars as a substitute again, even though I already told her before that I did not want them. I AM MOST UPSET ABOUT THE FACT THAT SHE WAS NOT HONEST WITH ME ABOUT HER INABILITY TO FILL MY ORDER. If she had told me Wednesday that she couldnt fulfill my order I still had time to try to find what I needed elsewhere but she never gave me that chance because she couldnt tell me the truth even on the day of my event!!! I would not recommend this store during the busy time of the year when everybody is celebrating which is typically from early May until about October. I feel like during difficulties in your life if you run your own business you should have a plan in place to take care of your customers regard less of what is going on. I saw 1 other 1 star rating from a person that came to the shop during normal business hours and it was closed. The owner responded that sometimes they have to do deliveries. A well run business would have staff at the store during all business hours to answer the phone and help the customers with pickup and ordering .I really feel like I should have been offered a complete refund for all of the trips that I made to the store and the stress that it put on me going into what was supposed to be a very happy occasion. It also upsets me to see someone else who had their order fulfilled during the same time frame as me give a 5 star review because they were so thrilled with their order… HOW DO YOU FORGET THE SAME CUSTOMERS 6 TIMES.IN 5 DAYS AND HAVE NO PROBLEM TAKING CARE OF EVERYONE ELSE! Every time I went to the shop I was given the excuse of not being able to think straight as the reason for my order not being ready. While that may have been true, I believe that she lost my order form, did not order what she needed, and then could not get it by the time that I needed it but she refused to admit it. I ordered 12 small stars and 2 babies.. not 4 stars and 1 baby! Small order=not important!!! Thanks Joan
