Helped me find a new shampoo, conditioner, and hair products that works for my hair.

Just recently bought a bottle of generic shampoo and found a better brand for cheaper next door at TJ Maxx about 20 minutes later. Went back to this Sally to return the bottle and the associate pointed to a printed sign which states the Covid return policy is temporarily not allowing any returns. Wish I would have been told this before I made a purchase. Trying to figure out how you can go in to Sallys and touch anything you want, go into other stores and try on clothing and return things, but somehow not being able to return an unopened item I bought less than an hour prior and have clearly not went home and used is preventing the spread of Covid. This is unreasonable and makes no sense. This will be my last visit to a Sally.

Best service! I called about 8 locations looking for my hairdye and they took my name and number and promise to call if they got it in stock. Well its been like 2 weeks and they called me back and held it for me! Im so grateful cuz my color was out even online and now I finally can redo my fade hair with bleached roots!

I bought Clairol semi-permanent hair color and OPI nail polish. I havent had a chance to use them yet. The store is organized and you can find easily what you want. The cashier was friendly and helpful.

Store was spacious and organized nicely. Clean too. The first girl was nice and asked if I needed help, but my cashier was not friendly at all.

Until recently this Sallys has always been my favorite, the main reason was Suzane. She was always so kind and always helped us out in the best was possible, she was incredible. The fact that they let her go blows my mind because she was the ONLY one who ever knew what she was talking about. If she worked there still then 5 stars for sure. Till then I wont be going back. Kind staff but they dont know anything.

The staff were friendly, I can find things easy there, its a cute little store, they are helpful, and only minutes away from were Im at ^•^ I like it

They werent very welcoming or polite. I called before i came to the store to find out the price of an eyevac i saw online it was $109. And i asked if it was the same in the store whoever answered the phone checked and said yes. I got up there and they told me it was only online. I will never. Go back to this location again.

Why are the women at the Livonia location ALWAYS so miserable and rude? Customer service is terrible. Every time I stop in I feel completely ignored. Will not return.

I bought some nose studs that are typically hard to find and when I got home they were not in the bag that all the other items were in so I frantically called the store thinking they would probably not help but the lady said rite away that they had them and would put my name on them. I held on to the receipt just in case someone wanted to check before giving them back to me. The store is far from where I reside so it was about almost a month before I got back in there and now they wont help me. They say they Dont know anything about the situation. That angers me since Ive already paid for them I Dont want to double pay for something that is already sorta pricey. They need better communication and daily logs about unique situations so they can look back and see that there was an issue on that day and if it was resolved. Thanks

No one offered to help me, but they gladly conversed with other customers. They just looked at me funny and I guess waited for me to leave. Ill spend my money elsewhere.

Walk in, search for 10 minutes and couldnt fine what we needed. When I asked for help, she was too busy talking with her friends to assist so we walked out and ordered it from Amazon

Everyone I know who is looking for something specifically for hair, goes to this place.

The customer service isnt very good at this location. One of the ladies are okay but the other one is rude. She doesnt speak when I walk in nor when I purchase my items. Its unfortunate because this store is closest to my home.

Ive gone to this location twice and I would like to know why they lock the doors 5 minutes before the closing time? Do you CLOSE @ 8 OR 7:55?????
