These guys are absolute rock stars. First thing you need to understand they dont know me from Adam, I dont have an account with them and I have only worked with them on three occasions. However, all three times they have knocked it out of the park! The most recent was a desperate call at 4:45 on a beautiful Friday afternoon looking for 3 different odd ball bearings that they had to call the manufacturer about.Knowing there was NO chance they would call back till Monday I relayed the bad news to the boss. At 4:55pm Friday they called back with directions to the warehouse that I can pick up everything I need right now. unbelievable 👍 shout out to Dave H and the guys at the warehouse for proving customer service is not dead.

This place, while a mass distributor of bearings, also keeps an impressive inventory on hand and handles walk ins.Recently had the bearing (technical term for the thing, apparently) in my rocker glider bust apart. Brought the pieces in. Customer service guy took one look, and came right back with the proper part. He even gave me some pointers on how to properly install it.Great service and help for what will obviously not be a frequent customer. 5 stars.

Have always had the bearings I need better quality than original. Very friendly staff very helpful and knowledgeable would recommend this place to anybody whos very handy and a do-it-yourselfer instead of spending $300 on a hot tub motor I spent 50 bucks for bearings and parts my furnace went out and I repaired it for $15 versus $130 Parts estimate

Very Knowledgeable & friendly staff . I was able to call with a very odd ball part # and they cross referenced it and had the bearings in stock and ready for pick-up. Definitely a place to keep in mind when looking for bearings.

I was in the area from 45 miles away and I needed a couple of bearings figured I would contact them and leave a glowing report about their customer service however there 5 oclock p.m. closing time is just that they will not stay a few minutes afterwards to help a customer
