Allstate has been great. The Sales Associates have been very helpful. Andy was the best. During the Pandemic our hot tub was paid in full but we werent ready for delivery at the time because my Husband and I are essential workers and we just werent ready for the delivery,so they stored our hot tub for months with no charge.Our first Hot tub and the shopping experience was great. They were very informative and patient and theyre still very helpful after the purchase and installation.

Brendan has always been helpful with everything we had to complete for getting our pool open and closed. Always answered our questions and was always making sure we knew what we needed to do. We appreciate this business and will continue to come here for all our future patio and outdoor furniture. Great business-and great products .

I bought the 345 model from Andy. He was a fountain of knowledge and did a great job helping me to decide what tub to get. The guys that delivered the hot tub was extremely informative and kind. I did have a few issues at first but Tony, the GM stepped in and did an amazing job helping to rectify things. Their repair service guys were very nice and fixed an issue right away. I would highly recommend using Allstate because they do make sure their customers are satisfied. Even after a few issues I would strongly recommend buying a hot tub from Andy and this company. If you have an issue- it will get resolved somehow- they make sure of it..

If I could leave negative stars I would. Sold a pool with a hole in the seam had to fight to get help. They are hooked up with the installer they recommend because he charges to put in new liner after they sell garbage products. So you are charged for initial install and again to install new liner when they get them. So don’t buy your stuff from this place it’s a waste of your hard worked for money. Go some place that has good customer service and actually cares what they sell to customers.

My husband and I bought a pool from this company in May. We just moved into a beautiful new home and had set aside the extra money to put a brand new pool in. The morning after it was installed we woke up to find a significant sized hole in the bottom of the liner….a liner we spent extra money on to upgrade to because “it’s more durable”. We are very understanding people and realize there are no extra liners to be had right now. We were offered a 50% refund on said liner, NOT a full refund and a patch kit to get us through the summer (which we are thankful for and hope it holds up). We should not have to pay someone for a second time to come and reinstall a liner we paid extra money to purchase in the first place. I really wish we had gone with another company……just something to think about prior to making a purchase with this company.

I can’t say anything but good things about this place, Andy was my salesman, Tony was the manager on duty the day I purchased my J-245 Jacuzzi hot tub, I did my homework over the weekend, I had visited a few other stores, I came back to this location with my husband and without.. I wasn’t quite knowledgeable about hot tubs, but I definitely was happy with the stock they had, and the pricing.. I felt appreciated and respected as a customer and human being.. They gave me a wonderful deal on my Jacuzzi, I was very satisfied, Another salesman helped me when Andy wasn’t working, he was very nice and informative, he took his time out and went step by step helping me understand the model that I purchased, every other place told me 5-6 months wait for a Hot tub, when Allstate told me 3 weeks for my model to come in.. they are wonderful, I thank everyone working there, you are greatly appreciated...

I went to a few different pool stores to shop around for a pools.When I went to Allstate they were very nice greeted me and answered all my questions I had and gave me various options.Because of their great customer service I decided to buy my pool from them.There was a little miscommunication on delivery date so I called and I spoke with Brendan he straightened everything out in just a few minutes & my delivery came the very next week.He went out of his way to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase and delivery.My salesman was Matt who was also very pleasant & helpful and guided me in buying a pool that fits my needs at my new home.Even the delivery guys were so nice & professional.I even had a talk with the manager Robin about how great her staff treated me and she also was very nice & a pleasure to deal with.I have gone here in the past window shopping a few times & everyone has always been so pleasant and helpful.I will be buying a hot tub next year and I definitely will go back here to buy my hot tub just for the wonderful service and knowledge the staff has.It’s hard to find great customer service these days but Allstate went above and beyond in my book!Cant wait til weather breaks and swim in my new perma salt pool thanks to the wonderful staff at Allstate you guys are awesome!
