Our driver Josh is awesome. This is not a review about him. The customer service staff doesnt know what they are doing. We have to call at least 2 times for anything we need. Changes we ask to be made are never done. Most of the time they pass us around to other reps. We have 2 locations for our company and the communication between the locations is a joke. They claim that the systems are not connected and thats why nothing is ever right. If thats is the case your company should consider changing that. Once our contract is complete we will go to another company.
