It would seem that getting a coin box emptied would be a simple task. Apparently NOT! For 4 WEEKS, we have been waiting for someone to empty the box so that we can wash. We placed many calls, but still no service. Theyve sent a serviceman twice, even thought they KNOW we just need the coin box emptied. The first tech confirmed this. This is terrible customer service, especially for a community comprised of mostly senior citizens. Shame on you!

These machines and company are the absolute worst. If you are a business and are thinking about using their services I highly suggest you look elsewhere.

Absolutely terrible service and maintenance of machines. Do not do business with this company or their subsidiary CSC ServiceWorks.

Their machines are designed to charge $2.00 for a load but their card reader automatically takes $1.75 with no option to pay the remainder in coins. You pay $1.75 on EVERY SWIPE.Essentially, you will always owe them $0.25 so even though the sale price is $2.00 you actually pay $3.50 after your second swipe. It took $14.00 to do two loads of laundry from their DOUBLE charging. Thats outrageous!Their washers and dryers are too small to be charging more than $1.75 in the first place. At other laudromats you can have two loads processed for less than $10.00. That adds up over a year.

I live in an apartment building and these people are the worst at getting the machines fixed. I put in a request a couple days ago and they still havent been out to fix the machines. Trying to contact them is impossible! I really wish the landlord would drop these guys and go with something else!

I am so sick of these machines. Every time I wash Im overcharged, and have to wait a few days for it to work out. Today I did 2 loads of laundry which would be 7 dollars. Instead they took 11 dollars. Nearly an overdraft. Its not like these machines are in high end buildings. Were all already broke! Yall are the worst.

Worst machines in the business. Take mutiple swipes everytime. Now its declining my card for no reason. Expensive and they half wash everything. Do not use !!!!

Machines consistently double and triple charge.

It is really a garbage system and company, the washer are always cant work after you pay the money, whatever you use coin of card. Recently, I use my card swiped the laundry it appeared authority, but cant work, I thought maybe some errors and checked several times, but it still cant work. And the next day I check my account, it was deducted 15.75＄, when I loginto their websit and apply to refund money，no feedback. And I telephoned their customer service，she even said there is no information of my name，what does this mean？ and where is my money？

Their machines at my building are always broken

They recently replaced all the machines at Windsor Place Apts in Davison Mi with new ones. Price went from $1.00 to $1.50 per use,, and with the new water sensor,, my clothes do not get washed well..I have removed loads of laundry that where still DRY after a wash cycle.

Terrible! When dryers not drying seem to never find a problem so they dont have to refund your money. Crooks!

Im in an apt. The contract agreement is theyll be there within 3 business days. Ive personally called them 7 times, landlord called also.. Machine has been down for a week! Bad business practice!

I advise if any company is even thinking about using them as a company DONT, I work and live on property Coinmach stated to us if a machine goes down they come out same day to service them . Well they lied and I will be taking to my manger on Monday regarding this . Today I found out they service 1 to 3 business days after . So now I have wet clothes and the lady didnt seem to care . DO NOT I repeat DO NOT use Coinmach !!!!!!!! I wish I could give them 0 stars . They will never again see a dime of my money .

Poor customer service!!! When you place a repair ticket either over the phone or online it takes forever to get a service tech out and half the time they dont even fix the issue. They also come to collect their money from the machines but fail to refill the card machine for residents and I was diconnected 3 times before I could even order more with no expected delivery date. If given an option there is no way I would contract them for any property or laundry facility.
