I would give them no stars but Im not allowed to SOOO one STAR, IT is. Im pretty sure theyre closed permanently. I could be wrong. This ad is highly inaccurate Google Maps seriously needs to change this because people are wasting the time to go there and theyre not even open its wrong thats not on several stores and things like that. Not like Google does I have enough money to do that is a suggestion

Great staff and supplies! Sadly, their going out of business because their buildings falling apart, one of the workers told me. This is what I got.

My first time ordering from this store. So disappointed with theircustomer service. I ordered online for pick up. The store clerk called saying the last item they had in stock was defective so he asked me to cancel my order and order it for delivery or pick it up from another store. The second nearest store was 25 mins away and the delivery fee is $9.95. I told him to either order another one to the store or wave the shipping fees on delivery. He said he cant do either and asked me to cancel the order. He didnt even bother to cancel it himself until I asked him to do it. Very bad customer service. Thats not how other respectable stores handle situations like this.

I was just in store and asked 2 employees for help. Both employees looked at me like I was crazy for asking them question. Now I understand way this store parking lot is always empty

I just was waited on the most patient, respectful young gentleman here at Office Depot. He helped me find my printing label cartridges and then helped me decide the kind of shredder that had the most security and the best value. Then while I went to my car to get my money he brought it up to me at the checkout. And as I was leaving he even offered to carry it out to my car! I was so impressed that I had to stop right now and let Office Depot know what an excellent team member they have. Thank you sir for making my day!

Terrible service. Ordered a curb side, they have no spot designated for it. Come to find out they dont have what i ordered even after confirming the pick up on their end. Couldnt call or email me its not there? Waste my time! Then he says one in farmington hills has one so drove there. Its closing down and all its furniture is gone. Absolutely incompetent people. Why cant this one shut down too.

They are going out of business in 8 days. Kinda sad seeing all these stores closing.

Place is like night of the living dead. (2nd time here ever). (1st time wasnt much better) I never seen such unmotivated, unhappy workers anywhere in my life. But then again it is office depot. Not exactly an amusement park. Heres a couple tips: greet the customers, ask if they found everything they were looking for, then...I dont know maybe a have a nice day after they spend 150+ dollars. Instead I got the dead silent treatment. The dead stare treatment. Then a bunch of sighs and eye rolls. The check out guy did say wassup lil man to my bi-racial son though.

My order was for paper towels. It was ordered yesterday afternoon, and just delivered this afternoon. This service was better than Amazon. I was shocked that there were some in stock. Office Depot is number one in my book.

This particular location has so some of the most staff I have encountered at any office supply store. Theyre quick to help with any problem that Ive ever encountered.The fact that they have all of the other things that any other Office Depo location does is a bonus.

This used to be a customer focused store. They have changed their policy to no ‘while you wait’ service for spiral binding. The two clerks were standing around just talking, not busy at all. I’ll take my business elsewhere from now on.

I came in to get ink catrige for my printer, the associate was so helpful in identifying the right ink for my model. He kept on a big smile throughout and recommended the papers on sale.He saved me time wondering in the whole store looking for the right ink. I would definitely recommend anyone to this store for the the excellent customer services i received from this young black gentleman called Richard.He takes my 5 stars

One of the employees didnt have her mask over her face and mouth. A different employee took his mask down to eat something and didnt socially distance with customers.

Came in to get a simple Print job done and it just seems like the associates didn’t wanna do the work or really even know how to do it. Nikole is the worst please don’t waste your time going to this establishment

It’s hit or miss with the print department. Have had amazing business in the past but the past few months have been bad. An associate by the name of Nikol on several occasions couldn’t even do simple print orders for me. What a shame. All the old staff left and now they are left with people who don’t want to learn how to help customers at all.

Dumb and dumber were working there today. Waited 15 minutes to get something laminated only to find out their machine wasnt warm enough, but I could drive 15 minutes away to go to another store.

Super unfriendly and unhelpful. Got here 15 mins after it opened. One of three customers in the store. No one greeted me or asked if I needed help. One salesperson even passed right in front of me and didnt even acknowledge me with a hello it make eye contact. Left without finding what I came in for. Dont waste your time here!

I went in to buy a laptop and was unable to get the floor model to work. The employees were not able to get the floor model to work.. I asked if we could open the only one they had in stock and the employee wouldnt ask the Manager. There was nobody there to answer questions beyond what was in the ad. I had to ask if there was as another store. The employee did call the other store.

Ordered a Toshiba laptop for store pickup, I was assured that I could pick it up on the same day. At 4 PM I get an email (no even a courtesy phone call) that says something like your order is short shipped, which is store speak for they took your order,promised to deliver on the same but now do not do not have the item. I called the store and asked to speak to the manager, who turned out to be a very rude and brusque individual who did not even express regret leave alone an apology for the poor service. Very poor experience, avoid this store, scores rock bottom low on reliability and courtesy !

Found what we needed right away. A staff member came up to see if we needed any help. It was all good.

I called ahead to make sure they had the product I wanted, and the woman on the phone made sure to check the floor and offered to hold it for me without any prompting. Ive been on the phone or internet all day looking for this product and this was by far my best customer service experience today. Given the previous reviews, looks like this store is turning around.

I have been here two times now in attempt to make copies. Each time the service person has been rude and unhelpful making it a painful experience plus their WiFi has been down each time and their email is not listed online so I can’t email what I need to print prior to going. The inside is dark and dingy as if it’s falling into disrepair and I can only hope they go out of business and that a better store takes its place. It’s worth it to drive five miles to a different store.

They had great sales but where it counts, the service, well they need to hire some people to work the floor and the registers . People walked out because of the long wait times. I use a walker and if my friend hadnt needed supplies for the next day, we would have left. The manager was snippy, maybe cause she needed HELP UMMMM🤔🤔

This has to be by far the most unorganized Depot I have ever shopped. The staff knew nothing about products either. Once I asked about ink, bought it had to return, good thing I didnt open it! Thats not all but all I have time to post.
