Awesome place! Great staff, great price. Was so happy I got my ring the NEXT day!!!

I work as a custodian and have (foolishly) not always worn gloves to protect my ring, exposing it to all kinds of cleansers, messes, and a couple of times, Gorilla Glue (don’t ask). The wonderful team at the Jewelry Exchange made my ring look brand new and somehow more sparkly than when I first got it. They even managed to get rid of yellowing (likely the glue) that I had never been able to chip off! Thank you all so much!

Worked with Andera today.We got 2 sets of earrings, 1 ring and 3 pendants. Along with a repair to an engagement ring they custom made a few years back. I have always been pleased with their service. We were a bit time consuming choosing 6 pieces of jewelry from many choices.They were also understanding about my 2 1/2 yr old not exactly staying by my side. I just can’t stop going back. I originally went in for a Mother’s Day gift and to confirm my ring size for a custom wedding band I was getting made elsewhere. Long story short, the woman I commissioned could no longer make my wedding band so I went back to The Jewelry Exchange and they were able to help me create the perfect wedding band. Everyone that I interacted with was EXTREMELY helpful. Not only were the items very affordable (which is a huge plus for those trying to buy a gift on a budget), none of them were pushy to have me make a purchase since they are not on commission and each person made sure that I loved what I walked out the door with. I will for sure be returning for all of my jewelry purchases.

7/25/2021- The Jewelry Exchange is the best in the business! The workers are all so helpful and very personable! I feel like family every time I go in. My fiancé got a beautiful engagement ring from here and they even helped us recenter the stone when it looked off. They are the best! Give them a try!Update: 10/6/2021 - Went back with my fiancé to look for both of our wedding bands. We were so excited to hopefully find them and look at all of the pretty bands! We had diamond consultant, Pat, who was the complete opposite of our last experience with Joann and Annie. Pat seemed angry the entire time, completely discounting all of our suggestions. Saying that certain rings would never fit under my halo engagement ring - which is true, but we had already mentioned that I wanted to have my wedding band be on my right hand (aka - time for the sales consultant to bring as many options to the table). Everything I seemed to pick to try on was “wrong.” So, I showed her my engagement ring and she provided zero suggestions of what would go well with it. I felt sad and not excited at all. It made me not even want to be in there. Picking out wedding bands should be a fun and exciting experience. I felt sad and disrespected. It is especially sad because I have had great experiences here before with Joann and Annie. As for Pat, the happiest she seemed was when she got to sit back down once we left the store.

This shop was recommended to me by a friend that bought a platinum setting for a ring years ago. I wanted to check if they still carry similar ring settings since I liked the style a lot. My girlfriend and I passed by this shop at around 3 oclock and not even a few seconds into the store, an older woman behind the counter helps us. I can safely say within less than a minute of talking with this woman, she already is not interested in selling any ring to us let alone barely have the energy to show us their platinum ring settings they currently have in stock. We asked her about the type of gem stones they carry since my girlfriend does not like diamonds (theyre way over priced people, diamond is NOT rare! Its like purchasing an Apple phone, just for the name brand). The older lady were offended that we mentioned a moonstone gem for the selection of the setting. Our visit lasted less than 5 minutes. I then headed to a nearby jeweler Mastercraft jewelers and they were excellent! I was treated with such respect and the gentleman behind the counter showed us plenty of rings and took our information down for our soon to be custom purchase even after showing him pictures of the rings we are interested in. This older woman has the most smug behavior Ive ever seen in my entire life. Apparently you need to dress and act a certain way to be taken seriously here, lost my business within minutes!

Stopped by here for my wife’s wedding ring set. Joann and Bilal helped us beyond our expectation. They were very helpful and super nice. We will be back soon. Thank you guys so much for helping me with the hardest part!

1st time here definitely the last time here. Very high pressure to just impulse buy buy buy now. They may have ok prices, didnt get that far. If I wanted an oval or some other shape I would have ask you for one. News flash, $$$$ money walk out the door and its not visiting this store again. Didnt have any pear shape stones to show us in a 2.50 CT or larger.

They listened. I needed special order for 18 k gold. Next day I received a call and it was ready. Absolutely beautiful and quality is amazing.
