The online system they use is incredibly detailed and made me feel like I was up in the loop about every step of the process. They were positive, friendly, professional, and worked really quickly. The installation crew was punctual, thorough, and professional throughout the entire installation process. The team left detailed notes on the installation process as well as photos of the progress. No mess left behind. Quick and to the point. They arrived on a Friday and had most of the job done by the end of the day, with a few items completed on the following Monday. Owner is only interested in money, if he feels the location isnt money worthy dont even except a call back. One of the worse businesses Ive almost dealt with and ever so happy I didnt do any business with them. Its a goal of mine to save neighbors from this having to deal with this business and I hope Ive saved a few. Hopefully you reading this will understand this isnt the kind of business you want to spend 1000s of dollars with and just move on to another company. Upright fence is far more reputable as a business and the owner isnt self centered on himself who thinks he can do no wrong and just treat customers like he doesnt need them. He doesnt, hope this places closes down permanently.

Paramount fence did a great job on my fence install. Nate came out and communicated everything that would be done measured out the area and was very knowledgeable about the fence install. They have a great app that shows install time frame, messaging to contact them and easy payment system. Jeremy and his crew that did the install were fast and friendly. My fence is sturdy and looks great, I will go with them for my next fence install.

Excellent and pleasant to work with!Needed my old and damaged gates to be replaced. Called them for an inspection and they came out quickly to measure. Once they measured, they took care of pulling the permits so I didn’t need to and ordered my gates.The guys that came to work on the gates were very thorough and extremely nice. My gates look amazing! They asked me to try the gates to see if any adjustments needed to be made before they left and cleaned up the work area very well.Overall, 10 out of 10 excellent service for both installation and customer service. I had a fantastic experience with Paramount Fence. They removed our chain link fence and installed a vinyl privacy fence. Everything was REALLY well done and they cleaned up every single thing too.They use an app to keep you well informed of everything going on in the process so youre never unaware of whats currently going on and whats scheduled. They also do all of the permit management for you as well. This is a great company to check out if you want a high quality, no hassle fence :)

Nate canceled my appointment twice via email to bid my job. He left out a 5 section connecting my home to the neighbors fence on the bid. When I noticed that he left it out on the sketch, I reminded him about it, and he wanted to charge me more money. Note, I got a cheaper bid with that fence included, by $300. Nate told me he could get it done around June 12th. I got a call last week, I was bumped back 4-6 weeks conservatively.He made no attempt to make it right so I asked him for a refund.When I told him how disappointed I was in his lack of effort to fix the problem, he responded by claiming I was being hostile lol.This is what happens when theres a ton of work out there, customer service, appreciation, and respect go out the window.All this after giving him a $3000.00 cash deposit!Seeing that Im unable to respond to the owners response, Ill do it here.I can back up every allegation with texts, emails, and jobsite correspondence, every bit of it. Taking Nates side in this is very admirable as an employer, and I commend you.On the other hand, I can prove everything I have written. My intention is not to slander you, as you have done by publicly calling me a liar, but to share my negative, and increasing more negative experience with you company, and lack of professionalism.Im sure you do good work.. Furthermore, Ive been pulling permits in Livonia for 30+ years, I know how long it takes, and my decision to hold off on giving you letters of approval was for my benefit. You would have received them with Plenty of time to pull them.So, lets be nice.Good luck in your future endeavors Sir 😉

Top notch! We read a lot of reviews on fencing companies and ultimately decided to reach out to Paramount. From day one, their customer service was timely and exceeded expectations. They communicated very thoroughly, especially Nate who was always accommodating. Jeremy and the install team were polite, professional, on-time and did a good job at cleaning up the job site. Alas, the final product is beautiful! We went with a 6 foot black aluminum fence and motorized gate. It looks gorgeous and we look forward to enjoying for years to come! During COVID, numerous fence companies would not answer their phones for new business. By way of referral, I contacted Paramount Fence and they were out to give me a quote within a few days and installation within a couple of weeks even though they were originally booked out until November. You will not go wrong using this company, they are awesome! The entire Team is very professional and handled the installation (and cleanup) as if it were their own yard.

First I called to get an estimate. The answering machine said they would not respond unless you did the online estimate request. Waited 24 for a generic email telling you to go out and take your own measurements for him then he will talk estimate with you. I dont think so Im not doing your job Ill take my business elsewhere.

I used Paramount Fence to construct a cedar shadowbox fence on two sides of my property. They offered a competitive price and had a very competent and professional staff. Paramount Fence used an online project tracking platform called Buildertrend which gave detailed and frequent status updates of the entire project and stored all relevant project documentation.

I called in the evening and left a message on Paramount voicemail explaining that I was from Cleveland, had a very small project and needed help.4. The very next day I received a call back from Nate. I explained my situation. Not only did he ask good questions, he actually took pictures of in-stock inventory to help me with color matching.5. I told Nate I have family in Lansing and could stop by and pick up what I needed on my way back to Cleveland.6. Total cost was Under $200.7. When I arrived to load my SUV, I wanted to be sure that what I had ordered was truly what I needed for my project. At that point… Nate asked the owner, John, to come out and assist me.8. John and Nate looked at pictures of my project, enlightened me on necessary materials and helped me trouble shoot installations issues.9. I drove away a very satisfied customer.10. My last point is the same as point 6... total cost was Under $200. I have not experienced Paramount Fences Installation team, but if the ownership and front office treated a guy from Cleveland who just wanted some material for a small project under $200 . . . then It seems to me they will treat a local customer with excellence as well.Thank you Nate and John for treated me as if I was a big customer.

We had a wonderful experience with this local company. They were excellent and quick to provide quotes for all the many options we explored. Their showroom was available during COVID on a limited basis (please check their web site or call ahead) which was very helpful to us in selecting our fence material and color based on the samples available. The communication was excellent during the whole process as they also leverage the Buildertrend app to help with communication. The quality of work and craftmanship was outstanding. I retained Paramount Fence to install a treated wood privacy fence. No sooner had the ink on the contract dried when the stay at home order was issued. Because the city offices were closed, permits werent being issued. Paramount made regular contact with me and completed the job as soon as the permit was issued. Communication was just awesome and the installers did top notch work. I would highly recommend Paramount.

The owner of Paramount John hunted down my google profile after leaving this review and learned I run a business. He left my business a 1 star review. He claims hes too busy to take on jobs, my business has been forced closed per the pandemic and hes trying to bully my business profile because he doesnt like my review.Poor customer contact, lazy business and only wants jobs that pay big money. Dont waste your effort contacting them like I did as they wont put in any effort for you, unless you have a job thats going to cash them in. I hate businesses like this and wish I known before reaching out to them. One good thing, I now know this isnt a business I ever want to do business with and I suggest you do the same. Im a valid reviewer as you can see, so Im not just jumping the gun with a one time review. Wish I could give 1 star, or ideally -5 stars. This place is terrible. Customers beware! Just look at how they respond to negative reviews or comments. Its enough to show theyre snobby and think theyre better than customers. Do yourself a favor and just find another fence company like we did.

We have a pressure wood treated fence that is old but still works. The posts over the years need replacing. During a few days of high winds a couple more posts broke. I figured it was going to cost $$$ because of damage to the posts and possible panels affected, plus a lot of companies try to up sell you into a better product, etc, etc. When I contacted Paramount they were fast to respond and Nate gave me a very reasonable quote over email. He even said the panels look fine to continue to use, we just need to have the support posts fixed. The crew showed up and finished in a couple hours. All in all it was great, quick, easy and affordable. I think they ended up replacing 3 pressure treated wood posts, re-attaching the panels, and then trimmed the bottom of one panel to fit a tree root for under $600. Worth it. Next time we have any fence problems or are ready to replace the wood with vinyl we will use Paramount

Paramount Fence made it so incredibly easy to get our fencing job done. I didnt have to take any measurements myself. They used google street view to take a look at what I needed to get done. They came out and surveyed the area. I got a quote in a day. They finished the job so quickly. Their app provided daily updates and made communication so seamless. Their customer service was so responsive: quick and complete. My husband had to be home a whole of 10 minutes for the entirety of the project. If ever I have another fencing job, Im definitely using them.

Paramount Fence finished 250 of 6 tall white vinyl fencing including a double gate at my residence, and I am very satisfied. This company does not use cheap panels and builds the fence custom one plank at a time. The fence seems decently sturdy and definitely exceeds 6 tall by at least few inches which I am extremely pleased about. I worked with Jeff, Jose, and also met the owner John with some of his foreman, and they all seemed like good people. It is worth the money, and I can definitely recommend this company. -Andrew

Our fence is still looking great! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Had a couple minor issues with the gate recently that were quickly and very professionally taken care of. From John to Jeremy and all the workers, service has been great, and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.Very happy with our experience. Came right out and fixed a couple of little things for us right away after original install. From removal of old fence to installation and finish of new fence, only took 1 week! Be prepared to be on a waiting list because they are very busy, but worth the wait.

I had a six-foot vinyl privacy fence installed by Paramount earlier this year. The fence itself is beautiful and the experience was generally very positive. We did have a few delays that pushed the installation a couple of weeks past the stated timeline, but everyone was very friendly and easy to work with. That they were able to install the fence in the dead of winter was a big plus, too.

I was able to easily track the progress, from beginning to end, of my install on their website. Over the winter, one of the fence caps blew off, and they replaced it for free!! Unprofessional, poor quality, and took too long. You could do yourself better with another business, too late for me.

Paramount fence was a great company to work with, they are super responsive and flexible with communication styles. If you are an app/email person they work well that way but if you are a phone person that works great too. I had a consult appointment this winter then had the fence installed within a couple weeks. There was a slight hiccup with the bolt that holds the fence open (when it was installed there was some ice in the area, grade dipped just a hair below the length of the bolt when the ice melted) but when i contacted the company they came out and got me a longer one within about a 24 hour period. Would definitely work with them again/recommend them to others.

It was a relief to have your crew be so professional, polite, do solid work (really, how did they get the height of each post so perfect?!) and then clean up after themselves. They are too busy to even do an estimate for a simple gate. I appreciate that they were communicative but to not even be able to provide an estimate until the fall is unfortunately not timely nor great service.

Paramount made the entire fence installation process extremely easy and enjoyable! From the day I sent an inquiry, they had someone out to quote out project the next day, and gave us a timeline for installation the day after. They stuck to the timeline and the Builder Trend tool was great as it provided updates along the way. We had a minor issue after the installation and John had it fixed within 24 hours. Weve also gotten so many compliments from our neighbors about how great it turned out. I cant recommend them enough for your next fence project!!

Anthony worked extremely hard on our large vinyl project. He was creative, resourceful and courteous. Even when weather or stubborn tree roots got in the way he barreled through for an excellent finished product.

I needed a new chain link fence and gate at my house. A relative used Paramount for a privacy fence and recommended them. They came out, went over some options and were very clear about the process and the timetable. The price was very fair, especially since they did fine work and everyone was extremely friendly and easy to deal with, right down to the installers.Later, I needed to raise my gates to accomidate a new driveway. They sent someone out and handled it ahead of the time frame they promised.I would recommend Paramount Fence to anyone.

Paramount was fantastic beginning to end. I contacted them almost a year before we were ready to have a fence installed and their price never changed. Their use of technology and response time is impressive and ultimately what drew me to choosing them for our fence installation. We are beyond happy with our choice to use Paramount Fence. John and his team were professional from the beginning. I contacted multiple fencing companies and he was the first to respond and provide me a rough estimate. The other companies? They didnt offer to come measure my property, instead asked me to provide all the details (ie: type of fence, amount needed, and linear footage) which I clearly didnt have. They didnt even offer to come do an estimate. At this point, I knew Paramount was the best choice. Once we ironed out the details he sent Jeff our sales consultant out to my property to get measurements. The best part of all this? We did this entirely by email and text. I work full time (as does my husband) and we have two small children. So being able to communicate so effortlessly really made the entire project stress free. The team completed our fence quickly. It looks great, my children and pets are safe and best of all Paramount works year round. We didnt have to wait until late Spring to get our install. Thanks to John and his team. Used Paramount to install a new gate across our driveway after a recommendation from a friend. Sales process was smooth. They used a tool called Buildertrend that allowed for quick communication. However this project was riddled with delays. What was supposed to be a quick and easy install that would be done by early November was not completed until December 12th. We were consistently bumped in priority since it was a small project and then there were countless delays.-Multiple times told we were priority and #1 on the schedule yet install team would show up mid-afternoon-When posts were finally installed did not have temporary fence which had been requested by us twice.-When new posts were installed left all of the old fence and concrete on our driveway for over two weeks-Came to hang gate but didnt have correct parts-Came to hang gate the second time but the gate size was wrongWe chose Paramount because even though they were a little more expensive they were supposed to be the reliable company that delivered. From my experience this was not the case.
