Great place to pop into for a solo lunch or a day to grab a honeybaked ham and sides. Sandwiches are delicious and you just cant hate the ham its really great. This particular location was busy than not then busy which seems the norm here. Cant help that though. All in all a good experience as usual.

Went today instead of waiting in line for ever cuz we all know theres always a line around the Holidays. Everythings frozen anyway all there sides anyway .usually out of everything during holidays anyway so I got everything I wanted stuck in the freezer

My ham looked and tasted old.

Very nice place and the food is good. The salesperson was scratching underneath his apron in front of me near his groin area. He would talk then turn to get the turkey out and come back to show me the food with his hands. I started not to buy the Turkey. I couldnt believe he this was really scratching in front of my face and talking at the same time. You guys should look at the tape that evening I brought two boneless turkeys that evening. Send him to the Doctor.

Great place to get a ham, turkey breast, sandwiches, dinners and assorted sides. Various quantities of your selections are available for nomial prices. The store is clean and the staff is friendly. They usually have samples of the honey or roasted turkey breast (both taste really good). Theyre really organized around the holidays and even with long lines the time spent waiting is minimal.

I come here at least 3-4 times a week. I really love the food, great portioning and everything is always fresh. Employees are very nice and always have my food ready in 5-10 minutes or less. Highly recommend!!

I bought a grilled turkey sandwich on the side and it was a rip off for $6.69. Needed more meat and condiments.

Its clean right now some workers theyre okay the one that waited on me I dont know her name didnt want to look around for a smaller ham she just went in there twice I saw a couple of small ones but she didnt pull those out and they werent taken for anyone

Of course the hams are wonderful. But the store has so much more. Side dishes, outstanding sandwiches, smoked turkeys, and even coffee and carrot cake. All good. Add wonderful customer service and you have a great place.

Although busy, the line moved rapidly. While waiting they offered samples to try which was nice. Ive always felt the prices were way too high!

Staff was very helpful and informative. Helped me make the right choice. Bit over priced but lots to choose from. The pre-made potatoes did not turn out as I had hoped (likely my fault) and I will make my own next time. I thought the cinnamon apple desert was good, especially with some ice cream.

Didnt give it 5 stars because the cashier although knowledgeable about the products he was not knowledgeable about the sales it wasnt until after I made the purchase and happen to see the sale sign and bring it to his attention did he ask another person about the sale and she had to redo the transaction with the sale price.

Apparently, honesty is NOT the best policy at this Honey Baked Ham (HBH) store on Merriman Rd in Livonia MI. Normally, I shop at a different HBH store in the Detroit area which has $7 off coupons when spending $50 or more. I have one of these $7 coupons, but couldnt find it today. The Merriman Road HBH sales clerk said she never heard of this coupon and didnt have any - and wouldnt offer $7 off a $50 HBH purchase today, even though the other HBH store in the area has them (I called today to verify). I told her I would shop at the other Detroit area HBH store today unless she matched the $7 off coupon. She walked to the back, checked with her boss, and 30 seconds later, came back, and reached under the counter to retrieve the exact same $7 coupon she told me she never heard of and didnt have. She agreed to give me $7 off my order this one time only. I dont plan on shopping at this HBH Merriman store anymore - even though the HBH products taste great - I will shop at a different HBH store in the Detroit area.
