I fill my prescriptions here and on 7/19/21 my doctors office sent new prescriptions to be filled. I received an email and text asking to call the pharmacy called 3 times and was hung up on. I would appreciate if someone would stop hanging up the phone especially when Meijer asked me to contact them. This pharmacy location is getting worse and worse hopefully they will improve the customer service interactions.

Dont go here. The pharmacist (s) are rude. The app will tell you its ready when its not. The phone will disconnect after 1 ring. They play Dr with my medication. When I finally get through they tell me they are having a clinic so it will take longer to fill. NOT MY PROBLEM! Im done with Meijer!

Jan. 7,2021 FIRST time Ive ever had to wait over 20 minutes in the pharmacy drive up pickup windows and it took so long. The female with the long black hair clearly didnt know WHAT she was doing. Got the wrong info and was rude. Get rid of her and it would be better!
They have the slowest drive through in the world. After waiting for 30 mintues on drive through and i called an hour prior before i pick up my medicine. They told me sorry your medicine not in stock and i have to come back tomorrow. What inconvenience service. How come you dont have a cholesterol medicine in stock. Avoid this pharmacy. Not reccomend it for anyone.
I was at the Service Desk at approximately 10:30, Tuesday, July 28, 2020. There were four employees behind the desk, and customers in line waiting to be served. Only one was servicing customers, the other three were talking to another Meijer employee who was standing near the customer line on the other side of the desk. That employee who was standing near the customer line had no mask on as she talked, and talked, and talked to those employees standing behind the desk. These Meijer employees want customers to wear mask, but I repeatedly see Meijer associates inside the store talking and bantering about nothing!!! Consequently, customers mandated to wear mask are protecting Meijer associates, but we do not get that same protection from their employees!!!
I am getting prescriptions for Testosterone filled and the pharmacist decides to emphasize the Mrs. as an honorific every time he says my name. I think its unprofessional and petty because of the back and forth we have been having with myself, insurance, doctors, and himself. I dont appreciate the constant misgendering and the way the pharmacists handle me when I call or go to the pharmacy. I have so many stories to tell about this pharmacy, but this is the most recent one.
Mary M is extremely rude everytime I have an interaction with her. Always seems like its a burden to help a customer. Terrible attitude. I am hard of hearing- when I dont hear her correctly, she, with a bad attitude raises her voice to repeat herself. Sweet, thanks. I already feel bad that I cant hear well.
Slowest pharmacy ever!!!!!! They are unorganized and the young kids they have working there don’t have a clue! They tell you your script will be ready in 30 minutes, after grocery shopping for an hour they still don’t have it ready. Now I have to wait while my groceries get warm. JOKE!!!
AWFUL service. I have been through the drive through three times for the same three prescriptions. The first time, they didnt have my prescription from my doctor, cool, not their fault. Second time, they didnt have it ready yet, give us twenty minutes. Third time was almost two hours later and now, they only have the prescription for one of my there items. When I tell the person I was here earlier and they had it then, after 5 minutes of waiting Im informed that they are still filling one and the other is over the counter. Just an awful, awful experience and waste of my time. Why didnt they tell me the first time? How did they not finish filling the other two over the last two hours?? Changing pharmacies effective immediately. Bye Meijer.

One of the worst pharmacies Ive ever worked with! They rarely have what we need in stock, they dont follow through when they say theyll transfer a prescription for you thats not in stock to anther Meijer, and for EpiPens especially go elsewhere because theyre not going to have even close to a year left before they expire. Quite frustrating!
The pharmacist was very professional and helpful they were the only pharmacy that was able to fill my prescriptions late evening when I really needed them. I tried every pharmacy in my area and they were the only ones to help. I recommend this pharmacy to any and everyone. Literally a life saver for me and my family.
Wish I could give them 0 stars.. This has to be the worst pharmacy ever. I been without my medicine for almost 2 weeks because they keep giving me the run around trying to blame it on my doctor. I was at my doctor appointment last week, they called the pharmacy, explained to them exactly what I needed, just to be told today (5 days later) it’s on back order. While I was there this morning, i picked up my other prescription, just to get home to find someone else’s prescription in my bag. The service sucks, they’re super slow, and they don’t care if you don’t have your medicine or not
Been here dozens of times. Never waited more than 15 minutes to see somebody including when I was 4 people back in line. Still go there even though I live farther away now since I dont have issues.
So far so good. Transfered from Westland, went rather smoothly. The ladies I have dealt with have been courteous and helpful. It is a busy pharmacy, so it does require a little patience on your part. Ill stick it out here for awhile. Service seemed as well as the one in Westland. As a follow up; this pharmacy has been nothing but accommodating and helpful. I had some confusion with my Dr. and scripts during the holidays and they have been so helpful . Very polite and really a big help. Keep up the good work. Thank you for great customer service.
Worst pharmacy Ive ever experienced. Wait time to pick up or drop off is always a minimum of 20 minutes whether they have a line or not. For some reason, almost every Rx Ive had to get there has only been a partial fill or I have to wait a few days to get anything at all. Only bright side is their technician, Reshma. Super sweet & always helpful.
I was given someone else’s prescriptions. Which is a high error on the pharmacy end.
I use this pharmacy and its pretty good. I rarely ever have a problem here and the mperks are nice too. Theres also a drive through but i prefer to go inside.
Most of the staff here are simply awesome. Sometimes there is a wait, but I use the app and they do call so I just utilize those. Thank you for being so kind and assisting me !
They move very slow. Nathan is very rude. Trying to make me come all the back to the pharmacy just because he was being all moody and didnt want to look up my sons insurance info. I suggested that he just get it done I have a full week ahead.Look how simple it was he got it all figured out with a frown on his face. I recommend some customer service lessons.
I would give a lower number of stars if I could. Worst pharmacy Ive ever been to. I get the text saying its ready for pickup but when I arrive it isnt ready, or they cant find my medication. This happens every single time. I even had a time when I had to sit there for 40 minutes so they could fill the prescription that they said was ready, and they gave me the WRONG DOSAGE. This place is horrible. It may be convenient due to the location but it is anything but convenient. Horrible service. Go anywhere else.

Mmm...strange ...my wife uses this Pharmacy & I have been with her on many occasions to pick up meds and I have never encountered a negative visit despite the many negative comments..
A vast improvement over my previous pharmacy. Friendly service, though yes it does take a little while -- but thats okay by me since its in a flipping Meijer and I can just do my grocery shopping or go look at books or kids toys or whatever!
Always get my message here, but they send me text saying theyre done and their not. I learned a while back to make sure I call in first before going. And half the time when I get there to pick them up theyre partials.
It’s okay. Usually will have to wait a while for my rx to be filled. And many times they’ve said they can fill a rx and give me a time to come back, and when I come back they’ve said they don’t have the med in stock. Now I have them check to see if they have my meds in stock before I wait for them to fill;)
Most of the time when I try to get a prescription here they mess it up some way or another. Also, wait time has gotten to be ridiculous, your order can be ready and you still wait in line for 25 minutes! I think its time for a change!
Rude, hardly ever have what I need. But this whole meijer is this was; rude & never stocked. But I go back for the $10 coupons. So at least its a good value!

Im seeing a lot of people saying “bad service, I’m going to cvs” but do y’all realize that cvs is like twice as expensive? Seriously. I went to cvs most of my life and I’ll never go back. Meijer is honestly the least expensive place I’ve found, and y’all want to leave because “oof, they took longer than 10 minutes to fill a new prescription”Nah bro. If anything, I wish they had more of a stock, but I don’t mind having to wait 24 hours for a prescription because I plan ahead, and they give me what they can.

They are slow but they always have my prescriptions each month with no issues. I take pain medication for injuries and everywhere else looks at me like Im nuts and they never have it.
Definitely not the best!!!! My wife was getting her prenatals from this pharmacy ( in Livonia ). 6 months into her pregnancy she picked up her prescription, the next day she started to smell something fishy coming from in her purse. A very nice, gift I recently purchased around $100.00 for her,because god forbid she ever spend any money on herself,she always thinks of everyone else first. Come to find out it was her prenatal vitamins leaking!!!! Into her purse, ruining it & all of the contents in it!!! So she took them to the pharmacy to show them & make them aware of the issue. Only to be told by the pharmacist ( an Indian man, I’m not sure of his name,but he’s always rude to customers.) that it was her fault, she must have done something to them,got them wet or didn’t keep them in the idea temperature. She tried to explain to him that it was not her fault, she did not get them wet or keep them in an inappropriate temperature, there was something wrong with them. My wife works in the medical field & is very meticulous about those kinds of things. She is that 1% of people who ACTUALLY COMPLETELY READS her medication pamphlets & otherwise, asks questions most people wouldn’t, she likes to be informed. So she went on to tell him the temperature ratings of that medication off the top of her head & that she understands how medications should be treated, but there is a problem with this medication. He told her she was wrong, she had spilled something & ruined them. She then said okay, we’ll have to agree to disagree but what are we going to do about this? Is there a form or something to notify the company? A recall? Something? He said I can’t give you a new one because you received yours for the month, unless you pay outta pocket, So she did. He said that was a lot of paperwork to fill out for a couple prescriptions & not worth the time to do so, because it was her fault. Again the new ones started to leak a several days later. She again went to the pharmacy & expressed her concern, only to be met with the same pharmacist & attitude. He then told her she could exchange them but it would take a few weeks because they were waiting on the next supply & it would count as one of her prescriptions from the set (12) from the pregnancy period. She was very upset,asking him why? & what am I supposed to do about my growing fetus that needs this medication for optimal growth & health? He told her they cannot keep replacing her prescriptions that she ruined & she would have to buy OTC medication or take what she had. She explained to him again that she had not ruined them, there was something wrong, but that they had ruined her brand new purse & the contents as well. When she picked up the 3rd prescription, Yet again the medication began to leak!!!! At this point she called her doctor & asked that a different prescription be sent after explaining what was going on. Her doctor gladly did, because she couldn’t stomach the leaky prenatals any longer. The only issue was that insurance did not cover the comparison one (with extra DHA or some kind of vitamin) so she had to buy OTC medication to supplement. Which was fine with her to ensure the best possible growth for our child & not get sick every time she tried to stomach leaking medications. HERES THE KICKER!!!!!Several weeks later the pharmacy called to let her know there was a RECALL,that’s right a RECALL!!!!!! On her prenatals bc they were defective & leaking!!!! If only this pharmacist would have taken the concerns of his customers more seriously they would have known about this issue much sooner saving a lot of other women the headache, I’m sure!!! kudos to the pharmacist that did their job & listened to the concerns of the customers & got the situation taken care of!!!! The other employees at this pharmacy location are pretty nice & attentive, the female pharmacist ( idk her name) her is wonderful & deserves a raise!!! When we spoke with her about the events that took place, she sincerely was apologetic.

Steve, the head guy is fantastic! He goes out of his way to find solutions to problems, and has solved insurance SNAFUs that NO other pharmacy has been able to solve.
