The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Promised delivery I had to call them and ask where the delivery is and they told me product is not in stock. I cancelled order the lady said she will be either charging for full amount or I had to accept a 3% charge for cancellation. Needless to say the bank will refuse the charge. My advise NEVER consider this company for anything they are not trustworthy and mean! Whoever owns this company should probably reconsider their help staff!
