They do laundry and deliver it. Poor value relative to the service provided. I have read some other reviews and am shocked at how many negative reviews they have received. In my experience when you see a person who has left one lifetime review and it is negative, oh boy, rest assured they really failed that customer.I am not really sure a laundry service qualifies as a partner any more than say Tide laundry detergent ( or Clorox) is your at home wash partner
