I have worked with both Dave and more recently on my last 3 orders with James. Both offer great and personal service. I have placed numerous orders over the last 3 years. They work hard trying to find the correct product you need and want for your application. Their showroom has dozens of examples. With hundreds or thousands more available by catalog. I really like being able to see product or similar examples before I place an order. They are only about a mile south if I-96 in Livonia Michigan. And their pricing is the best I have seen. Great people with great products at even better prices!

Outstanding products with an even better sales staff

I called the folks at Caster Depot to help me with an incorrect caster that was ordered. The application for these casters were on a time sensitive piece of equipment. Mike Miller and James Bagazinski went out of their way to make my problem go away. They followed my order for replacement parts from order placement thru manufacturing to delivery. Mike drove to pick up these items and met me on his way home on a Friday to assure I had my parts in order to meet my customers demand. A big Thank You to the Caster Depot team !!!!!!!
