My same drink lately has been different prices. When I asked why she just shrugged her shoulders. Today I waited in line behind another car for almost 10 minutes and she still didnt get to order. She sat there with her door open waiting for someone to come to the speaker. I had to leave. Several times I wait and no one answers the speaker and I have to drive off. This use to be a good stop for me but lately service isnt good. I know people are short handed due to the pandemic but I am sure something can be done.

They have great hamburgers and corn dogs. I like their tater tots and onion rings. Its fun trying out their different drinks and the people serving are friendly and helpful.

There have been many times Ive gone to this Sonic, where I have to sit forever in my car waiting for my order either parked, or going thru their drive thru even, and one time even have had bad service when the young girl took my order out to me, but was pleasantly surprised this time around. This RARE time that I went, the one taking my order was very informative while answering my question, & I got it surprisingly quick!

Love Sonic drinks but there is no consistency to the flavor. You just never know what your drink is going to taste like even if you order the same thing everytime.

I get the jr burger, cost is $1.99, and the regular burger is $7. Plus. That price is way to much. I can buy a steak at that price. Too high price for fast food. The jr burger is price proper amount. The rest is high charges.

Today I ordered a Banana Pudding milkshake. It tasted like vanilla, had no cookies and half a banana on the bottom of the cup. I’ve heard that this Sonic is bad and now I believe that’s true. I won’t be back again.

2 strawberry limeaids - 1 was all soda and no syrup... Bitter. Not the end of the world and I should have checked b4 we drove off is on me!

We had placed an order with their app. When we arrived at our check in time we checked in. One hour later and after speaking with three different employees we received our food. Cold and stale. 0/10 would not recommend even for a summertime drink stop 👎

Multiple time of being in the drive through to wait 10 mins and them not say anything. There are better Sonics in both terms of food and service.Contacted headquarters with no change.

I use the Sonic app which is actually a lot easier its so cool cuz what you can do is actually you can pre-order your meal and if you decide that if youre going to be there on time then you do like pretty much ASAP will you be like ready within a few minutes or if you know youre not going to be there you can actually schedule for 2 3 hours or even an hour later I love this song be going out to the world and I mean this just great atmosphere there I love going to Sonic whenever we can

Disappointed with this place. Last time we were here, our orders were wrong and missing items. After we brought it to the staff’s attention, they said they would fix it and apologized and said they were slammed. The attendant never came back, and ignored us after we tried to call back.Today we came back to get a drink and a snack. We asked for some dipping sauce, again the guy said I’ll be right back and never came back. Just not dealing with it. The kids running the restaurant just don’t seem to care.

Its been a couple of times that we pass through and for a drink with terrible service. The last time we went through the drive through and sat a good 10-15 min and nobody answered. Went to the stalls and when I pressed the button, lady answered rudely: yeah?. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered my drink and they never came out with it. What is going on with this sonic? It used to be our favorite spot. NOT ANY MORE

The drink was too too sweet it taste like complete syrup

The only consistency is cold chicken and soggy fries. Sonic needs to have some pride and actually try.

Good service speed was a little sluggish, but not terrible. Would give 4 stars, but order was wrong. Normally Id ask to have it fixed; however they already seemed pretty swamped.

Good fast food and very nice service. The burger seemed a little overdone or maybe made ahead of time. But, it was still good.

Usually, this sonic is good. But today, not at all. the 2 ppl in front of me were ignored by the drive thru employee for several minutes, to the point one gave up asking if anyone was there and just drove off. The other drove around, got out, and walked up to the window to see if anyone was even paying attention. The employee did answer for me at the kiosk, wait in line was longer than normal, and then they got my burger completely wrong. Asked for my burger all the way... even named off each item I wanted.. got nothing. Fries were soggy and warm, not crisp and fresh/hot.

Everytime i order they get something wrong. This time i got a bacon cheese buger and asked for no onions. The worker said it didnt come with any onions. When i opened my burger it was full of them. Not very happy.

Meh. The young man that took my order was told by the female manager that onions dont come on the Cheesesteak Sandwich... when it clearly shows meat and onions on the order screen. Instead of fixing my food, they told me best they could do was give me a side of raw onions. We waited for another 10 minutes for onions that never came, gave my cold food to the dog. I try to avoid this location... but I really wanted to try that sandwich. Ill travel further next time.

Food was hot. They didnt give napkins, which i had to ask for, and no signature mint in my bag🤨

I enjoyed tha meal and drink. It lived up to its billing as shown on TV. I had tha extra long steak and cheese sandwich with tater tats.

If I could give them negative stars I would. This time we waited over 15 min (after ordering ahead) after it said it would be ready.....pushed the call button to see what was going on (we were the ONLY car there) to be told none of our drinks could be made because their machine was broken. Why couldnt they have told us that to begin with!? Completely ridiculous and stuff like that happens ALL THE TIME.

Went to the drive thru and was asked to wait a minute. After waiting 15 minutes called out and asked how much longer to wait to make an order. No answer back and now there was 2 cars behind us. Then drove up to the window to speak to someone but no one came to the window. I went ahead and left. I then tried calling the store to address the issue and phone kept ringing for 8 minutes. Still nothing resolved and had to put 1 star because I couldnt choose none.

Good sugary drinks. Only drink if your A1c is under control! The iced tea isnt very good. I liked the crushed ice. Who doesnt like a corndog? The Chicago Dogs are great; sports peppers and all.In these times, the carhops wear masks and wipe down the call button. Thank you!

I ordered 2 strawberry cheesecake shakes at about 11pm on a Saturday. I got a touch of attitude. I got half a cup of ultra bitter crust, a smear of strawberry and the other half of whipped topping. It put a damper on a great night.

Worst sonic in Texas

Sonic always has a great selection of delicious drinks, corny dogs, tater tots and really nice people working for them. I love the service and ease of ordering. The shaded parking gives me a minute to collect my thoughts, listen to a song or input the next stop in Waze. It is a sweet respite in summer time.

I have been disappointed that last several times I have gone here to get food. This time, May 6th, 2020 around 7:40pm, I ordered a Coke Zero with 4 cherries and there were NO cherries. Instead, was a tone of cherry syrup and the carhop handed it to me with syrup ALL over the outside of the cup and seemed to get annoyed because I would not grab it without me trying to find a napkin to wipe it off with. ALSO, every time I order mozzarella sticks, I ask for marinara sauce and it is never in the bag. When I asked about it, the carhop rudely said she has to go get it and almost threw them at me and left. Good way not to get a tip. There was also a different time we pulled up 10 minutes before closing and pushed the button to order. About 3 minutes after we pushed the button, they turned all the lights off and never answered us.

Wanted a dollar for a slice of lemon, returned tea no sugar but was told it was sweet, told not to put a lot of sugar by company, Go to grumpys, real hamburgers and the lemon is free, nicer folks, not expensive.

I disordered my lunch. The person taking the order should have asked me if I wanted the meal or just the chili dog and drink. The meal was what I wanted but didnt say that so I didnt get the potatoes that I also wanted.

After parking in a lane. I pulled up the app and placed my order. I love there app on the iPhone easy to order your food. This location in Lockhart has great food never been disappointed. When the lady brought my food, she asked did you have a call in. I told her i placed an order on the app. She replied yea call-in my food was tossed to me. They were busy but this employee was not handling it well.

James did a wonderful job! Was prompt and courteous. Definitely a great worker with superb customer skills.

Because they are slow even when its not busy. They stand at the window at the drive through even though there is a sticker sign and you can see them.

Spot on! From the order window, through receiving. So many drive thru restaurants have employees who have problems hearing the order, or pressing the correct entry to complete the order. On top of that, they have a hard time completing the order properly. That was not the case here. Very pleasant indeed.

Food was great. Everything was fresh. The customer service could be a little friendlier.

My husband and I ordered 2 hot fudge sundaes with extra hot fudge and a Rt. 44 Sweet Peach Tea easy ice...the sundaes were basically just vanilla ice cream in a cup...had 3 little dabs of hot fudge and my tea was full of ice!!! Not the 1st time they have screwed up our order by not LISTENING!!! We will not be going back...we have had it with this Sonic...SMH

Last week I ordered a slush and got a frozen block of ice with almost no liquid. A few days later, ruined my order so bad i couldnt eat it, worked all day on an empty stomach. Today, was very clear and specific about wanting my drink very very easy on the ice. Of course they filled the ice up to very top anyway, like they do every time. It sounds like I have a grudge, but I dont, i love sonic! But this location really is the worst ive ever seen. Ive started going another, longer route home just to avoid the disgusting service you consistently get here.

The Kings Hawaiian burger was the worst burger Ive ever tasted. How do you ruin a Kings Hawaiian bun? Put horrible tasting meat on it. Unbelievably bad. Incompetent order taker took forever to take my order also. Never going back to this Sonic ever. Gross. Judging from other reviews, this location should either close or get new management.

Shakes were super thick. Took over an hour to thaw out enough for me to drink it from a straw. But it was so good. 😋

The food is good but they always take so long for any kind of order. I just got a slushy and I waited for almost 25minutes.

They first were very rude. No customer service at all. And Then they took forever. Then we get home and our burgers are all done wrong. We got the hearty chili. That was a big mess it was all burnt and looked like tomato sauce with meat, nothing hearty about it. We usually dont come here and this explains why.

Nothing like sharing a dessert with someone who enjoys the silence of a great sundae.

Google says they open at 6. I came at 6:55 and the girl was very rude to me. She took my order and said “Just so you know we don’t open until 7.” I apologized and said google says 6. The girl who brought my drinks out was kind.

Dont bother buying a iced coffee from this location unless you want to drink slime.My first time going and highly disappointed.I came to buy breakfast and I got an iced coffee. And Ive had iced coffee from Sonic before but never like the one I had.Utterly discusting the moment I was on my way back home I took a sip and had to immitiatley throw it out there was nothing but SLIME!!!THE CUP WAS FULL OF SLIME AND ICE!!!I have never been to a Sonic that serves you slime and ice. And not to mention the drink I was given tasted ranced. Absolutely Disgusting!!
