Sheila is awesome! She is very helpful and has great customer service. She really cares about her customers and it shows. I actually enjoy paying my bill just to stop in and speak with her. I highly recommend renting a storage from her.

Terrible experience with this vendor. Only after the paperwork was filled out and the rent paid were we informed the unit was at a different location. The staff is woefully unprofessional and the manager was snobbish and condescending. This business is advertised as a secure facility, but the security gate was almost always open. I witnessed several people come into the facility and dump trash in the facility dumpster. When I approached the manager about the non-working security gate and the dumpster she stated they had known about the gate not working for over a year and further stated the gate didnt work when it was raining. It was not raining on several of the occasions I saw the gate open. The manager said that if all people were doing inside the secure gate was dumping trash then we were lucky. The manager offered me the owners business card, but stated he did not answer his phone nor return calls even to his staff. As a final note when I moved out of the unit I discovered the unit had leaked water and several boxes were destroyed and the contents lost. BEWARE. BEWARE. BEWARE.

Locked inside first day after employee knew I had a code issue. Rats ruined my couches. Sold my new washer. Guy brings it right back because rats had eaten holes the hoses underneath. Door was in such poor condition it would get stuck open. Most of my stuff was trash after. Less than 1 star.

Best management ever! Very fast and friendly. They helped me with my needs. This is the 2nd time renting from Centex Storage and will always recommend this facility. Thanks for the great service and experience.

Little over priced for having a rat problem an no discount for those who have been using the services for awhile.

Great spot and secure

Rented a 10x20 from Dora. It was clean, secure, and the right price for me. Great for construction tools and materials that I use for work.

This establishment has the worst customer service imaginable. We rented a ten by twenty for 6 months. Went to move our stuff and its completly destroyed by rats. Every piece of furniture has feces and urine on it. I would stay away from centex storage.

Horrible. Dont clean. And owner does not return phone calls.

They are never there when I call or stop by to pay. I wa told they would call me right back. An hour and a half later Im sitting here waiting because they are on the property. Wow! Rates go up...service goes down.
