K, try this, CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!!!! This business does NOT protect their customers, they knew all to well that if my package was not delivered as I PAYED for that I would not get my money refunded, PROOF that they knew, I was told by the MANAGER that I should have read the posting, that was posted, that stated such, instead of saying hey there is a hitch, sir you might want to read this! Guess that was to much to expect, NEVER again! Now the manager did say she call on my behalf and was told NO refund from FEDEX, so to keep this honest and true thank you, but come to think about if only I had been told about this from the get go, then that would not have been necessary aye, my observation of this is daily business is all that’s needed, big ticket, $51.99, items 2 or 3 times a week just isn’t enough right?

Asked for help she provided a few answers to my questions. Waited for more assistance then more people came in she was very scattered upon training someone new and helping. I did not get assisted further so I left after waiting about 15 mins.

I came in the following day, and was so pleased with the employees kindness and willingness to help me design my invitation. The cost was minimal and I was very happy with the product. I have printed here multiple times from invitations to projects. I normally have dealt with a woman who was extremely nice! Also the man who seems to be more in charge is very nice as well. Today I went to print a 8x10 photo project for a retirement party. Because I needed a glossy 8x10 page, I went to the counter for help. I said I needed to print and the man (I havent seen him before) told me to go use the computers. I told him I just needed to get a piece of glossy paper that would be big enough for an 8x10, so he took my flash drive.Told me, $1 charge to take the file off the USB...ok, thats fine (terrible policy but thats fine). Well he printed it and all was good and my total was $2, only thing was except my 8x10 print was on a bigger sheet, so I asked him if he could cut it down (less than an inch on all four sides) for a flush cut. He said yes with a charge (policy, I get it) . Brought it back to me my total was $4 and yet my print still had pieces of an edged the border, and he seemed so annoyed when I nicely asked him to trim it down. IF IM PAYING $2 for you to do the less than a half inch cuts you better believe its done right.Wish I could have been helped by someone else with actual customer service, and who knew what they were doing. I have a graphic design degree and know what is hard or not hard in printing, and just what a sloppy job is.
