Do not buy a car here. Bought a car several years ago, it has been problems from day 1. They didnt wanna do anything. Threw the paperwork on the table and told me to start signing while he walked away and sat down at his desk. The vehicle had accidents on the carfax which was never disclosed to me. I truly am disgusted at this place. Go to a reputable dealer. TRUST ME

Bought a 2009 F150 and while driving home the exhaust manifolds break! Took it to Mechanic on way home and come to find out the bolts were broken on both sides. Then after repairing the manifolds and exhaust a week later the 4x4 is broken come to find out! differentials are shot and maybe more.....This guy has his brother do inspections i guess without inspecting the cars or trucks at all. This operation is very shady. This guy Roy also makes threats and doesnt honor any lemon laws at all. now i have to call a lawyer and get the BBB involved and the states Attorney general. I now am stuck with a repair bill for several thousand dollars! How did the inspection get done on this vehicle? I guess we will find out shortly since Roy the owner says he isn’t responsible when I haven’t even been issued a receipt for my truck yet after paying 12,000 dollars cash. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone.

I bought my explorer here and so did my parents. They had thier explorer for over 5 years and it went over 200k. I have had mine over a year and its been great. Roy always sells quality vehicles and wont pressure you into anything. Definitely recommend him!

I stopped at Dallas kay to look at a Chevy that was on the lot. Roy came out to talk to me about the car. This is not a typical dealership. He was not pushing me into buying a car that I didnt want. I asked to test drive the car, he handed me the keys, I went by my self to test drive no one looking over my shoulder . I purchased the car and I havent had a problem with it. I would highly recommend this dealership if you want a great car at a fantastic price.

He wants to take it to his mechanic mike in nf nothing but electrical problems probably a flood vehicle rewired
