Our Safelite experience was awesome! The guy who installed the glass was very nice and courteous. He also was very fast and detail oriented. I was very impressed with the finished product. This is my first visit to this location, but Ive used SafeLite to repair a windshield crack in a previous vehicle and the result and outcome was the same. Quick, courteous service and quality work.What I appreciated most about this location was how my tech serviceman was upfront and answered my questions with frankness and no BS. Hopefully I dont have to come back there, but if a semi trailer truck kicks up another rock and sends it flying into the corner of my windshield going 70mph on the the 90, I wont hesitate to go back again.I also couldnt be happier how easy it was to schedule an appointment, which was fine through my car insurance. I made the appointment the same day I visited and the work took less than 30 minutes to complete.

I was very impressed with my technician Eric who replaced my windshield in my van over the weekend. We had a family emergency and Eric was very accommodating and courteous. Being in customer service myself, I can certainly appreciate his level of professionalism. Our repair went smoothly and I am very satisfied. Safelite will definitely be handling any of my auto glass needs in the future.

I had a great experience here today for a chip repair. My appointment was at 11 and I was out of there by 11:30. Totally painless and professional.

I broke my back window on a Saturday so my insurance sent me here and I got an appointment for the following Monday at 900. They did a good job of cleaning up any remaining glass and replaced the window on a very timely fashion. It was no hassle at all and I appreciate the quick turnaround time. Only complaint is their wifi didnt have Internet connection so I wasnt able to connect my laptop to get some work done while waiting.

Renee was great to work with, she found a windshield for my 1979 ranchero in less than 5 minutes on a Monday and it was inston Friday. Eric knew everything about the installation on this antique car and was extremely careful with the preparation and installation. I would definitely recommend these people to friends and family theyre great

Horrible they didnt put my car door back together so now it rattles when I play music they also cracked my wood grain. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS

I had a chip in my windshield and didnt know if it could be fixed. The employee came out, looked at the chip and told me it could be fixed, then proceeded to tell me that most insurance companies pay for that kind of fix! I didnt know that so, I called my insurance company, filed a claim and made an appointment for 30 minutes later, all while sitting in the Safelite parking lot! The whole process took about an hour. I was very pleased with the windshield repair and the VERY helpful employees! I HIGHLY recommend using this location of Safelite AutoGlass if/when you need auto glass repaired!

After they replaced a windshield in my customers car. Refused to warranty it because it wasn’t leaking when it doesn’t rain. Technician was completely unprofessionally and clearly didn’t know what he was doing! Horrible. We will never send another customer there. Ever

This was an insurance job so I dont know the cost. They replaced the windshield of my 2017 Corolla, which also required the recalibration of the camera in the rear view mirror that is needed for safety features. They contacted me prior to my appointment to make sure that I knew to have at least a half tank of gas and proper tire pressure. There was no waiting when I brought the car in and the shop was very clean. They told me it would take up to two hours, but it only took them a little over 1 hour. I would rather it take less time than expected rather than more time.

Had a very pleasant experience. I showed up for a 10am appointment that I made the night before. When I went to check in, they werent able to find my appointment. I more than likely never confirmed the appointment at the end because I didnt recieve an email or text confirmation. The lady at the check in desk was very professional and helped me set up the appointment and got my vehicle right in for repair. This is the perfect example of excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this locate just because of this one experience.

The most incompetent staff I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. I made an appointment a week prior to getting my windshield replaced. I dropped the car off and get a call ten minutes later to call them. They didn’t order molding that was needed to do the job. Another scheduled appointment a week later. Now there’s no way this could happen again, right ? WRONG. Drop the car off, ten minutes later a call...needed more molding not ordered. Can’t do the job. I loved the excuses “ dealers fault “, “ a learning experience “, “ we took for granted the dealer would do their job”. Sorry ...I brought this to you. I’m paying you. You had ample time to get everything needed to do the job properly, especially after screwing up the first appointment. Do not under any circumstances you this company. They are incompetent on every level and I’ll be calling head office as well. F-

There was a small crack in the windshield that started to spider web out but was still small. They repaired it. They said they filled it and it wont spread, but it is very visible still. In their commercial they make it look as though the crack is gone after they repair it. That didnt happen and now I have to see a crack in my line of vision all the time. The people there were friendly and professional. I was just not happy with the result.

Dont be fooled by them, safelite claims they can come to you, he came alright. the technician showed up to my house only to tell me that the job had to be done at the shop. When I retrieved my car I found black oil smudges in my paint from mechanic hands with fresh scratches on my hood. They suggested services that my car didnt need. I wont ever go back to this location.

Easy to work with

The tech was very nice. I really dont have anything to compare the price to, luckily it was covered under my insurance. Very convenient to have them come to work. This would be a 5 star review, but there was debris left all over the dashboard, and a strip of black rubber (i think the gasket that goes around the windshield) left in the car. I would definitely use this service again, and would recommend to a friend.

A giant rock hit my windshield and it was clearly very startling! I chose to call Safelite over my insurance company only to be directed to my insurance who then made me make an appointment online with Safelite. I called back and spoke with the same wonderful service agent I originally had and she we helpful and reassuring. I had to get my windshield replaced 3 times because the new model of my jeep has known issues with the settling glass fracturing. Each time I simply called them and they sent someone to my aid and each tech was nicer then the last!

Upon arrival I was informed if I have rust near my window, they couldn’t complete it I would have to take it to an auto body shop get it repaired and they can complete it thenWhy wasn’t I told this up front, I also sent pictures online when appt was makeIt was clear the tech didn’t want to do the job and the company needs to info customers of this

I have never in my life had such a great experience with any other company as I have with this one. From Melissa and Jeffery, the best techs ever, who did a professional awesome job with my windshield and have the best personalities on top of it, to the owner, Eric, who has the best insight of who to hire to represent his company, I dont have the words to express how top notch they all are. Instant responses; notifications to keep you updated on their status; texts sent prior to their visit with their ID pictures and information; instant receipts; and just the best company I have ever had the honor of working with. DO NOT HESITATE TO CALL THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION, I promise you that you will not be disappointed. I spend so much time complaining to companies that it is refreshing to be able to write a rave review for a company who deserves it. I literally hate talking on the phone, but when the Jeffery completed the job today, I had the need to call Eric myself and tell him how wonderful they all are. Relatively quick, worked natively with insurance so it was pretty hassle free. Only reason its down a star is they didnt get back to me about OEM replacement until the day of service after my car was already with them, so I had to wait an extra 6 hours for them to get an aftermarket windshield installed.

Excellent service took me in right away.....they did an excellent job replacing my husbands windshield on his truck....

My boyfriend had made a claim through his insurance to replace the windshield that was cracked. They should have had all the information about the car from the insurance. They were originally scheduled to come out Saturday 11/16 but they didn’t have the part, so it was rescheduled for Tuesday 11/19 from noon to 5. We get a phone call early that Tuesday that they will be coming anytime between 7am and noon. We were concerned that we couldn’t get it done bc we had to go family court at 9:30am. We tried to call but the office wasn’t opened yet then when we did get ahold of them they told us to contact the technician that was coming out. He was friendly and told us he would come around noon. The technician came out and told me that something wasnt filled out correctly about the car so he didn’t have the right windshield. He told be he thought there was the correct one at the office and he would be back later that day. He never came back and we didn’t get a phone call about it. I was able to get a hold of the technician and he text me that someone from the Lockport office was supposed to call about rescheduling because they needed to order the right windshield. They rescheduled it for this Saturday 11/23 but it has been rescheduled again to Tuesday bc the part came in with a crack! My boyfriend is a very understanding person but it is getting Ridiculous and he needs his car.

I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone! My windshield was hit by a tree branch and they came out to fix it at my home while snowing and all! The tech who came out to my home (Jeffery) was absolutely amazing! Very kind and professional! He did my windshield perfectly and even vacuumed, and wiped all of my windows down! And mind you I have 2 kids so my windows arent that nice lol! He was truly awesome and for that I will always use safelite whenever I have a window issue and I recommend to everyone to do the same! Fast professional service

Was able to make an appointment for the following day after something bounced into my windshield and left a nice big crack. I had the technician come to me for a complete windshield replacement. The first estimated arrival time left a large window (between noon and five pm), but in the morning they were able to narrow it down to a two hour window, and I was given a thirty minute notice when the technician was on his way. The service was great, fast, and the estimated costs were right on. My only complaint is that for some reason my rear view mirror is now in the way of my drivers side sun visor, which is annoying. I am unable to flip it down all the way without totally moving the mirror out of the way and then re-adjusting the mirror.

They prices are toooo high they charge you a extra $35 to dispose of ur broken glass I offered to dispose of it myself I was told I couldnt

Was 10 min late for my appointment the repair guy come in the office yelling at me and saying sarcastic remarks he seemed Like he didn’t like his job and was reflecting it on his Costumer’s this place is a joke they should fire that repair guy and keep the secretary she was the only nice person there lol 😂

We had our rear window broken out due to an accident. Safelite was our choice because of previous experience with them. Our window was ordered and placed in the auto by the time-frame we were given. The work was very well done, and the staff were top shelf. Thanks folks and God Bless you.

I had to have my windshield replaced and they were nothing but helpful and friendly! They vaccumed out the car and cleaned the glass. I highly recommend them. Excellent service!

As others have mentioned our 2018 Pilot has a cracked windshield and I opened a claim April 27th! It is now June 17th and they just cancelled their 4th appointment on me. First time 2 weeks out they called the day of to tell me a part was missing. Two others were for reschedules ......appointments again two weeks out once the part came in. Finally today my service time was from 12-5 . They call me at 1:30 and say sorry we need to reschedule my service tech went home sick. Lets go ahead and reschedule you. This is beyond ridiculous and terrible service..... if Geico didnt have me use them I would have picked another service after their first cancellation.

The service was ok. I was quoted 95 for 2 chip repairs over the phone. Once I got there we realized I only needed one it still cost me 100 bucks. If it wasnt my wifes car and I wasnt told until the job was done, I wouldve walked away just because of the math being off and it seeming dishonest.

Excellent bunch of people running this place that made me feel really comfortable and I would definitely go back if I need to even though its not in the town where I live

Im ratting this place and commenting not based on their job, but because they never got to do the job for me as they seem not to hesitate at all to cancel your appointmen an hour before you are scheduled! If you have scheduled with them through your insurance company, it seems that Safelite might not have a contract they desired! (meaning they dont get enough pay as from private customers). Basically if a customer requests an appointment NOT through their insurance, but instead with cash to replace their windshield, Safelite at least this location, will take them first instead of keeping your appointment! My case was opened with Geico February 8th and scheduled to replace my windshield on February 14. Got cancelled one hour before the appointment, claiming that they dont have enough people in the field 😮! We rescheduled for March 18th, got canceled 2 hours prior to the appointment! And do you know how their cancellation email begins? WERR SORRY TO SEE YOU GO😮 Have a so long ...just wow ! Dont know what else to say!And by the way, they tell you they will come to your home for your convenience, and then they will call you back trying to get you go at one f their location for their own convenience! Maybe that could have been the reason why they canceled on me as I couldnt take my car there.Hope my friends you have a good experience with them because I didnt!
