Cant give these guys nothing less than 5 stars . From prices to product(s) shape to understanding and interaction everything is just perfect . Victor is a very nice guy to deal with, very reliable and understanding with your needs . I will definitely be back for more stuff ! They have a yard full of domestic and import . Its impossible not to find what you need . After yard was closed they unmounted the armrest and left it outside for me to pick it up after hrs without any issues . If you know what youre there for, have some tools and some skills, this place is a golden ticket .Thank you for everything guys !

The gentleman that helped me did not have what I needed in stock. He did a computer check and found what I needed in Indiana. He was very helpful but due to the quoted price coming from Indiana I declined to order the part and go another route. He did try to help as best he could and I do appreciate what he did but for me it was cost prohibited.

The Hispanic/Latino man working there is very rude and does not know how to speak to customers. Especially if you are a women. Told me I would not get a refund for a part in its original form (and returned within 10 days according to the receipt.) He would laugh as he spoke to me. The owner was more understanding. We agreed on a partial refund because of course he needed to pay his workers.

The price I was given on the phone is what I was paid. Honest company that I will reccomend to anyone. They were out within an hour of calling them.

Very unprofessional place it is not like it used to be here and they try to charge you for parts for double the price that you can buy them brand new will not be going ba k to this place.

Nice place with a big area with plenty of parts off various cars, youll likely spot out what youre looking for here. Staff for the most part is accommodating and helpful, particularly Victor was awesome. Prices here are also at an acceptable rate. Only thing is, especially during your first time here, its easy to get lost and make your way back to the entrance, and youll feel so filthy once you leave here. Would recommend overall if youre looking for a specific part though!

Best salvage yard ever if you have new cars or old cars I found all the parts I needed for my 3rd gen camaros and my regal I will refer them to everyone

Horrible customer service. I called this junk yard to see if they had a car I was looking for they said they had one so I drove an hour to get there to find the car crushed. Waste of an hour and gas

We agreed on price over the phone and they charge more on my card, when I ask why, they said they never agreed lower price. It’s not about $10 it’s about stick with your words and do honest business. Very shady business.

Want to thank Jessie and Katie for helping my daughter last night in that horrific storm. They provided warmth and safety for 3 young lady’s trying to make back to school . They came upon them stranded on highway 150 and offered to take them back to Bloomington free of charge! I will be forever grateful for what the two of you did for them!!

Nice guys and easy to work with. I’ve been coming here sporadically for years, no complaints. Good when you need a hard to find part as they have a wide range of years on the lot.

I called three different places, none of them had the part I needed. I called Southwest and they had it. Great price for a used part. It was waiting for me when I got there. Next time I call them first.

They have no type of customer service and they over charge, thinking that is going to scare me away. Even after I told I still want the part, they actually roll there eyes and made a big deal not to get the part. I dont care there is only 15-20 minutes left before punching out. Your still on the clock, do your job! Im glad it didnt get the part and give them my money. Thats my 1st time there and the last, I will never go there again.

People are douchebags. Wouldnt let me in yard 20 mins prior to closing. Need just a small simple vacuum hose. Wouldnt recommend this place. Their foreign place is amazing.

There is a round man who works at the regular salvage yard not the imported parts (that guy was actually very nice) idk if the round man was the owner or what but Ive never come across anyone so rude and arrogant. Makes me proud to not be from around here. No wonder u own a salvage yard. Yuck!

I went to this salvage yard looking for a specific part for my car. The gentleman at the front desk is extremely helpful, gave me instructions on how to find the cars in the yard.

Dont waste your time here. I went to check this place out in July of 2014. I needed a mirror for my car and it took longer then needed lets just say. I walked in to the front office and nobody seemed to care about what I was looking for. Nobody had asked me if I needed help. I proceeded to ask the manager (the heavy set hispanic guy) for some help because nobody was assisting me. The manager finally comes out of his small office area to finally help. He asked what are you looking for in a very uncaring way. I told him that Id like to walk the yard and look for a mirror for my car. He looked at me very confused and then preceded to make a phone call while I was talking to him.Very rude and uncaring of me as a customer. He took the call while I waited there for him to finish the call. He easily could have said go ahead and walk around before he took his 10 minute call. He then told me if I found something to come back and let him know (AFTER HE FINISHED THE CALL). I found what I needed with in 10 minutes. I went back and told them about what I found and it took them 45 minutes to detach a mirror...this should have taken no more then 15 minutes. Ive called several times about miscellaneous parts in the past few months as well. I asked about a stock tail pipe on a Ford that I needed for my car and was willing to get it myself with my own tools. They basically laughed at this Idea and preceded to tell me it wasnt for sale at that moment (which was total BS). I asked them about fenders on a few cars they had that I needed and they also said they werent for sale, when previously on their computers they were before I went in to pick the fenders up. Recently I called to see if they had a striped engine block or engine that was pulled so I could rebuild it for a project, and guess the answer they gave me...yup...Its not for sale at the moment. then there was a small laugh preceded to hang up on me without asking if I needed anything else.Ive given this place multiple chances to make up for the pitiful customer service and attitudes they have. There are many other great salvage yards around that are willing to help and get the customer what they are looking for. If you are looking for basically any window on a old car and bald tires... this is the place for you. If you like the managers sarcastic attitude, look down to your like you dont know a thing about the part you need, and treat you like crap...this is also for you.please dont settle for this place. There are many BETTER salvage/auto yards around.

Terrible service. Called on Friday and looking for headlights for my car.said they had 2 in good condition and would have them ready for me on Saturday at 10am .I drove 28 miles to get them and they were still on car in yard and lights were both full of condensation which means the plastic housing were no good.what a waste

There is a guy that works here I think his name is vice a short guy hes ripping people off I received a price over the phone when I got there he tried getting me for more money so he could pocket the rest I dont recommend this place.
