I bought a Jeep from this dealership. When I entered the dealership I got greeted by Tommy and he was great. All staff were also very professional. I got a really good price on the vehicle I bought from this dealership. The car was a (out of state) vehicle. There was no rust and the vehicle was also very clean. Ive had my car for 3 months and I am not having any issues. It looks like the vehicle was well maintained. When I changed my oil it still looked like it was just changed. They sell very reliable vehicles in this dealership and I highly recommend them. I have to give them a 5 star review. Best dealership Ive been to in the past 50 years of my life.

Tommy was great to work with. I found the car my wife wanted (it was from Florida, and totally clean) and completely surprised her with it for Christmas.A month later, the check engine light came on. I called Tommy and told him about it. He told me to bring it right in, and that it would be taken care of. They took care of the issue, and I received the car back in less than 24 hours, at no cost to me. Its been 8 months since and no codes have shown up.Dealerships like this are a rarity nowadays.

I purchased a Corvette Grandsport back in January and thought I was receiving a great car. I was wrong. When I got the car it was absolutely filthy since it was on a car transport but the wheels were all black inside and the paint was faded. I needed to have a paint correction done. Also the oil was never changed. Come to find out later my rear tires were dry rotted so I needed to replace those as well since it’s dangerous to drive on dry rotted tires. After driving the car I noticed the brakes started to really squeak and turns out I need to replace all four rotors and pads.I was very disappointed in purchasing a car for 30 thousand and having it in such poor shape. Guess that’s what happens when you purchase a car out of state and never get to inspect it for yourself. Also I let the store manager know about a couple things and he didn’t care one bit. So this place is only getting one star from me. Learn to take care of your cars and your customers and I’m sure you’ll do better in business!!

What a joke this dealer is. Went in to buy a car from them - the bartender - i mean salesperson was inept. First wanted to give me lower than fair value on my mint conditon jeep. Then kept walking around the parking lot on a call to some mysterious person who could give him a better idea of what it was worth. Came back and told me to list it online. What a waste of time and what bs. Went to Transitowne and bought the same car and they gave me a great trade in which wiped my loan to zero and the Jeep they sold me had less mileage and tires that werent going bald like the one at the auto store. Any one looking to buy a car my advice is to avoid this place like a disease lives there. Go to a reputable dealer youll be much better off. Never ever again!!

My wife and I took a fight from JFK Airport to Buffalo to buy a Cadillac escalade. They pick us up at the airport. I did a test drive from the airport to the Auto Store, looked the vehicle over and was also able to have a mechanic check it out. We hade a great experience.We even drove to Niagara Falls after purchasing the vehicle.

We bought a truck from there three years ago (still currently paying on it). It has been the most unreliable vehicle my husband and I have ever had. Within the first year it was constantly being towed to the mechanic. The repair bills totaled more than the payments (of $350 per month). We are currently driving home from Massachusetts in a rental vehicle because it ONCE AGAIN broke down. This was just after putting $2400 worth of work into it two weeks ago. So so so sick of this truck. It really has become a joke in the family when they ask “where’s the truck at now”.

I have dealt with John a few times and bought two trucks. My daughter would have bought her car from him but was too slow in deciding, someone bought the car only one half hour after leaving the store. My wife leased a Jeep from a Lockport dealer last year, the salesman saw my Dodge Ram and asked if I bought it there. I said no I got it at the Auto Store. He replied, Oh, John Mancuso is a great guy. Now if other local dealers can say that, how much more the customers. There are ALWAYS quality cars that are priced well at the Auto Store.

They were rude and careless. I came in and was trying to buy a car in cash and the guy acted like he couldn’t help me since I didn’t want to finance. Telling me he couldn’t bring prices down too low and that my truck was only worth 200$ as a trade in when everywhere else I went they offered me 1500 minimum . Tried to scam me since the owner apparently wasn’t around. I would NOT recommend this place.

Buyer beware. If you want your typical used car sales man who as soon as they sell you the car no longer care about their customers this is the place for you. I was sold a cadillac that had a glued together key fab that they claimed to have not known about. Yes at sale they did urge me to get a new key but come to find out they glued together the broken key fab and then the actual metal key did not even go to that cadillac. Once confronted about the situation they tried to tell me it was the battery so I went to an advanced auto parts store and the man was amazed how glued together the key was. When I called them to say that they sold me a glued together key they acted like they had no idea. They also told me at first they would only cover half of the cost to get a new key and key fab made. I agreed to that I knew there were risks to buying a used car but since I never had a key fab before I never knew the difference to check one over. I had to go to an actual cadillac dealer to get another key made and once there my salesman was called and said due to me getting such a great deal on the car and them loosing money on it that they would not help cover any costs. They do not support their customers and do not know how to keep valued customers happy. I am now 350 dollars out of pocket because they would not take accountability for selling me a glued together key fab. I would highly recommend not using this dealership all they care about is getting your money.

Purchased 3 Chevrolet Cargo Vans, and 1 4WD Dodge Pickup in a single transaction. Drove from Minneapolis, MN to pick them up. I spent months looking all over the country for a deal like this and found it at this place. I made this deal because they seemed honest and accommodating (rarity in used car sales), and because they provided wholesale prices and have a mechanic onsite who checked the vehicles over. We drove each vehicle 800 miles back to Minneapolis without a problem (other than hitting a deer in Wisconsin). If you want an excellent deal from an honest dealer, drive to this place. They will give you a GREAT price, on a great vehicle, and great service. Well worth the drive. Customer satisfaction guaranteed?Worst dealership I have dealt with. Sold me a car which was advertised as 3 different prices, and then told me that the price I had shown him was part of their winter sale and was going to end soon. I didnt realize it at the time, but the price was changed on Mar. 22, about half a month after I showed up. Ever since then, theyve given me nothing but trouble. They have no carfax, and as soon as I had my car washed a few days after I bought it, the front bumper started flaking off paint because they didnt prime it. My wheel bearing was also shot, which was confirmed by my local, licensed, Mazda dealer. The Mazda dealer also pointed out that I had about 40% breaks left on my vehicle as well. I called about my complaints, and was told by Jake, the person Ive had the displeasure of dealing with, that Id have to wait for him to talk to his paint guy and that hed call me back in a day or two. A week went by, and still no call. I had to call him back, at which point he admitted that he had totally forgotten about me and that I could pick whatever day to drop of the vehicle. So I picked a day to drop it off, and he said itd be done within 3-4 days. On the third day, I called and inquired about my vehicle, and the proceeded to say it was waiting on being picked up to be painted, but he had said the mechanical problems have been fixed. Four days later, I still havent heard from them, so I called back and some other person answered and said Jake was busy. I expressed my urgency of needing my car back and asked to speak with Jake again, but he kept saying Jake was busy and asked if I wanted to leave a message, which I did, and told him to call me back ASAP . About five hours had gone by, and still no call. I called back, and not surprisingly, Jake said he hadnt been told to call me back. He also stated that they hadnt changed my wheel bearing yet and was waiting on the Mazda dealer for it, but then he went back on that and said that my wheel bearing wasnt bad but theyd replace it anyway because I asked, but they had repainted the front bumper, which was all part of the same phone conversation.I am now told that my car wont be ready for 3 more days, which is over a week by now. I asked for any sort of imbursement for my time and troubles, which I am currently waiting on because he wouldnt let me speak to the owner, so I am waiting for a call from him.DONT BUY FROM HERE. ONLY BUY IF YOU LIKE HAVING TO CALL EVERY DAY AND ENJOY A HASSLE.If you purchase a vehicle from here, I strongly advise you to do heavy amounts of research, as well as bring your own mechanic/body person to this establishment. They are extremely unreliable and untrustworthy. He didnt seem to care about my review, and, depending on the call I (hopefully) receive in the next two days,I will end up filing a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, as well ad the NYS Attorney Generals office.Please, do yourself a favor and dont buy from here.
