I have been using this shop for all basic needs and accessories for my trucks for a good few years now. Not one complaint can be given. Everything is done in a timely manner and professionally. Always given fair prices and never pushed to get anything I dont want or need. I highly recommend using this shop as I will be a return customer for as long as I can.

Another great visit. Got new tires this time. I always go there for repairs as well. I trust that only what’s needed is repaired and extras are not added. I send my family there all the time. Depending on what needs to be done, sometimes there’s no charge.

Called today to see if they had snowmobile trailers in stock,Sales person said no but they have 10 on order I asked what the out the door price was sales guys said 7500.00 I said that was a little high and I could get the same trailer for 6760.00 out the door cash price from another dealer sales guy says but it from them then. Made my purchase decision easier. Great way to treat potential customers. Must be doing alright to turn away business.

One of my tires had a flat and I called around to other shops and no one was able to help for at least a day or two. I called WNY accessory shop/tread city and told them my situation and they told me to bring it right in. They were able to put a new tire on for me with no issues. Everyone is friendly and professional. I will come here again.

I’ve been dealing with lift companies since early may to no avail … I’m currently 1000 miles away from home while my baby is home getting work done and I had no worries getting the lift into my mechanics hands!!!! I was quoted a certain price by Steve when purchasing a tire/rim, tire carrier and door bushing install. I asked 3 times if that was the total price and labor and if he can get it done on Saturday. I was told yes. I told him I’m driving 1 1/2 hrs to them and can only come on Saturday. He said no problem and he has a mechanic on that day and he charged me for the invoice. A couple days later I was told the bushings cannot be done because the mechanic doesn’t have time for them on Saturday and they would refund me my $150 back for the labor. I said ok, no problem. I never received the money and I called back on June 1st and was told that I was quoted incorrectly on the tire carrier labor and they would only send me back $50.Mind you they charged me over a week ago for all the labor and parts, but then changed all the pricing 3 times. How do you quote a customer, charge them and then change the pricing multiple times? How do you agree on sending me back $150 and then a couple days later say nah, we only gonna send back $50.I will never use them again and I was a returning customer that drives 3hrs round trip.

I purchased Toyo Open Country AT3 from them last fall had great customer service. I ordered rims, tires, have them installing a lift kit, an alignment and getting an oil change this week. It’s the one stop shop they do it all and do a great job. Easy to deal with and will take the time to help you out and answer your questions.

After purchase support is poor, the yard guys kept asking us how the meth was in Michigan. Quite concerning they think that’s even appropriate to talk about with to a customer. Drove 900 miles to do business with them and regret every mile. Took my truck in for a front end alignment. They test drove it after they completed their work and told me it was all set. I asked for a print out of the specs and wasnt given one. As soon as I left their parking lot to drive it home, the steering wheel was not even remotely centered and alignment was terrible. I saw them driving my truck around, not sure how you could tell me it was good to go. I took my truck elsewhere and received the proper service I was looking for. Will not recommend this place to anyone..

Bought a trailer, great service

Wanted to get my new fabricated bumper powder coated. Called explained what I needed and they said they can do it, no problem and the price was right. Drive 50 minutes to them days later and the guy who went to help me carry it in says “ that’s way too big, we can’t do something that large.” Well it’s still a bumper as I said when I called and its still the same size I also said. So I completely wasted all my time due to their staffs incompetence when talking to customers.

This place has great service and quality inventory. The staff is extremely personable and knowledgeable, and will do anything to help their customers out.

Ordered tires from them and they came in quickly. Install was done fast as well. Would recommend to anyone looking for lift kits, wheels, or tires.

Ive bought a lot of Jeep parts from them, and received what I have felt is good advice. Sometimes delivery times are a couple of days slower than what I would get from the big online retailers, but WNY Accessory Shop has met or beat online prices every time, and I feel good shopping local.I particularly appreciate that they wont hesitate to tell me if something Im looking at has not fared well for them and I should spend a bit more, but also if Im looking at something where I can save money without skimping on performance by buying a cheaper part. I dont feel like Im getting an upsell or a downsell so much as Im simply getting experience-based advice.

Ordered a part on 11/9 and gave them my money. After absolutely no updates called on 11/30. Had no idea where the part was after hours of trying. I now have to deal with a pissed off customer because they cant get their act together. Do not order from this company.

The lift was great but we had many issues with the shop not being about to balance and align the tires correctly because of their size. After multiple return trips, we said we really need to find a shop that knows what they are doing with lifts and our 37 inch tires. Well we found our answer! WNY shop sales to service knew what we needed. The truck drives like new with no return visits. One stop and we were all set. Went in to get hinges, side steps, and for them to see what things on suspension I needed done. They said my jeep wouldnt start so they put in a starter...then I want to get it.. click click... still didnt start. They put in another starter thinking the one they put in was bad. So then still same thing.. Then they put in a battery. Over 1,000 later.. Brad up front says they will do some research... I shouldnt have picked it up! Never got a call back. They dont handle the bad things that happen well! I would never reccomend them to anyone. GO TO SCRUGGS AUTO ON TRANSIT!!! they fixed my problem a simple bad ground.... 12$ fix ended up costing me more because they failed at Wny accessories to find the issue. Rant end!

PLEASE READ, DO NOT TAKE YOUR JEEP HERE. I was a cheerleader for these guys for a while but after my last encounter with them I can no longer recommend their services. They are the only metalcloak dealer in the area which is why I went to them in the first place. They installed my lift and current set of tires. Seemed ok when Ethan was working there which he no longer does. Here is what recently happened to me. I ordered the metalcloak HD 1 ton steering setup and lower control arms for my JKU. I ordered at the end of July, parts came in about 2.5 weeks later. Called to make appointment and had to wait about a week because he had new mechanics he just hired that needed to get up to speed, he claimed they are “jeep and 4x4 guys.” …keep this in mind.Made the appointment for 830am the following Monday. I show up on time and waited for them to complete the job. I figured install and alignment would take maybe 4 hours. Long story short they attempted the alignment 3 times and didn’t have it “ready” until about 330. The mechanic told me basically he couldn’t figure it out with the alignment but got it close… When I inspected the goods I just bought I discovered they installed the steering stabilizer incorrectly, on the stock mount, instead of on the relocation bracket that came with the kit. They claimed it came with no directions and it was the mechanics first time installing that kit… They “fixed” that then I left, around 4pm. When on the road the I discovered the alignment was terrible, but knew they obviously couldn’t get it right so didn’t go back. When I got home I took pictures of the steering and new control arms. I pulled up the directions off of metalcloak’s website for the steering setup and found they also installed the steering stabilizer backwards, and with a u-bolt that obviously was not in the kit. I pulled up the directions for the control arms and discovered, of course, they installed them backwards… And to top it off when I looked a little closer at the drag link I discovered the axle side ball joint boot was shredded…destroyed. It looked like they hit it with a hammer, on the actual arms and scuffed it to try to get it off for the alignment then took a pickle fork to it and destroyed it…THEN STILL INSTALLED IT!. This is completely unacceptable for a “professional installation.”I took it to Scruggs in Elma and they said the control arms were over an inch too short along with being backwards so my caster was terrible. They also found that they never greased any of the tie rod or drag link ends either… They aligned it and said it was all over the place, they did a proper alignment and now it drives nice. Russ, the owner of WNY accessories did work with me and ended up refunding me the alignment and labor costs and ordered a replacement boot for the drag link so I’ll give them that. But I will never let them touch my jeep again.

Had my Jeep Willys set up with a 2.5 Teraflex lift, new wheels, tires and the guys at WNY Accessory Shop couldnt have made it any easier for me. I highly recommend them for your jeep needs!

Had wny accessories install a 5 lift kit on my 2016 silverado 2500, took them 3 times and 3 months to get my front end aligned ! front drivers tire worn to the cord and they are not doing anything about it! tires are not even a year old! will never deal with them again!

Took a forty minute ride to check this business out and see what else I could outfit my truck with. I started talking with the guy at the counter about an air lift suspension, tires, rims and led fog lights. I finally left after 5 to 6 minutes into the fourth phone call he took and started looking up parts for the customer on the phone instead of taking care of me and the couple thousand I was looking to spend. Maybe he thought I didnt have any money left to spend after I pulled up in my $71000 truck.
