Staff is knowledgeable and friendly and will answer any questions. I bought a pool last summer from Pool Mart and upgraded to a Simple Salt system and it was a great decision. Low maintenance and pool always looks great, even with all the rain we are getting this summer. Skin is never dry when we get out and it does not have that strong chlorine smell.

We purchased our pool from pool mart and we love them. They are very helpful, patient and just a phone call away. Matt recommend what size pool was best for our family and also a list of installers that we needed to call ourselves. Our pool was installed in less than two weeks of us calling. (June 2020) I highly recommend them but keep in mind everyone with a pool or who wants a pool is calling and walking in their doors so be kind they are frazzled this time of year.

Overall outstanding experience! Back in October, we decided to order a pool for this upcoming summer. We shopped around, and could have found slightly better prices (we’re talking maybe $50 cheaper at most) but our sales person really did the trick for us. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all of the questions our 9 year old had. You can tell the entire staff has a true passion for pools. Process was easy. We opted not to have it delivered; we picked it up and it worked out well. We used one of their recommended installers, and had no problems. It’s nice to know that they’re right around the corner if we have any problems and will be purchasing our chemicals this summer (and every summer). Thank you to everyone along the way. Ive been a customer with Pool Mart for many years now and have always had a wonderful experience with the team at any location. After building a new house just a couple years ago...we found it was missing something so we bought a pool from the Lockport location and they were very helpful, friendly and interested in finding us the right pool to fit our needs. The install team they recommended were quick, efficient and did a GREAT job installing our pool. I highly recommend Pool Mart for any outdoor needs!

Before purchasing our hot tub I did extensive research on models, styles, prices, features, warranties, (inner and outer shell) life span, and complaints. Majority of the complaints (and I read hundreds of pages) was the lack of customer support and service. Throughout this information it was pointed out to “pick your dealer, THEN pick your hot tub.With that in mind, Pool Mart on Transit, Lockport was selected. It had won many awards and had a high rating. So, off I went with my clipboard of prepared questions and met with Matt, the manager.He answered all my questions (which were many). He was patient and I always felt like I was being heard. I left purchasing the Hot Springs Envoy NXT 5-6 person hot tub. Some of the features include: wi-fi remote control with pop-up speakers, air and water diverter lever, 9 precision jets, 8 directional jets and 2 hydro steam jets, captains seat and lounge with moto-massage jet, multi-color lighting system, fountain with waterfall and pillows. It is also deeper (38”) than most spas for complete water coverage and outside “ready status” light.I also bought a plastic pad from Pool Mart that easily snapped together and made a good inexpensive flat foundation.It’s been 2 years and no problems. Compared to our pool maintenance, the spa is effortless. Once a week, add chemicals and check water balance. We have it professionally closed with our in ground pool in winter and even the contractor said he sees a lot of spas, but he is amazed at the quality of our spa.Pool Mart also carries quality patio furniture. I purchased a Hanamint hi-boy cast wrought aluminum bistro set that has the same luster as it did the day I bought it. Again quality product- compared to painted surfaces that peel.I would highly recommend Pool Mart but also Matt the manager. Good guy!

I recently bought a hot tub from Pool Mart in Lockport . Michael was the salesperson I dealt with. He was informative, friendly, and very helpful in helping me pick out a tub. The hot tub had to be ordered but came within a couple weeks. The guys that delivered and set up the hot tub were great. The one guy (can’t remember his name, but was an older gentleman) gave me a thorough orientation on how to set it up and explained the chemical maintenance. A couple days later I discovered that one of the jets was not working. I called Pool Mart and they immediately sent a repairman out to see if it could be fixed. Unfortunately because of the kind of hot tub I had he couldn’t fix it. I then called Pool Mart back and asked them if they would exchange it for new one. Without hesitation they said they would. It was delivered free of charge and came in when they said it would. They also gave me a whole new set of chemicals. Years ago we bought an above ground pool from them. Their installation of the pool was flawless. I’ve since moved, but the pool was still in great condition when I sold the house. I highly recommend Pool Mart for anyone looking for a hot tub or pool. The employees are friendly, honest, professional and stand behind their products.

We purchased our first pool this year, and we will never go anywhere other than Pool Mart. We checked out a few other places, but we werent very impressed. Once we met Michael B. at Pool Mart in Lockport, there was absolutely no question we were getting our pool there. Michael is extremely knowledgeable, patient, kind, and helpful. Bought a ton of patio furniture and the staff was super friendly and polite! The furniture is great quality and they went out of their way to order in everything I needed that was not in stock. They offer a variety of options and I was pleased with the turnaround time on delivery. Get all of our pool chemicals and supplies from here as well. Highly recommend. I will definitely be back!

Bought our pool from this location. Matt was awesome. Weve never had a pool before and he walked us through the entire process. Even though we live in Niagara Falls, we make the trip to see him for all our supplies and any questions we may have. Matt and the staff are very knowledgable and friendly. There are a number of pool supply stores in WNY but none as good as Pool Mart. Ive been to a few of their locations and theyre all great, but Transit Road in Lockport is my go-to spot because of Matt, the store manager. He goes the extra mile to make sure everything is right. His staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and there are no pushy salespeople. I actually drive past two of the other big name pool stores on my way to Pool Mart, but its worth the extra 20 minutes in the car to know Ill get great service.

Matt and the crew there are always so helpful and will take the time to answer any questions. I have taken samples of water before when I had issues and they got the pool back to sparkling.

After my pool was damaged by heavy winds, I called the store to obtain an estimate for the insurance company to use. Matt, the manager at the Lockport location, discussed the situation in detail with me. He turned around an estimate within a day, which assisted me in getting the insurance situation resolved quickly. It did not bother Matt that we were thinking about not replacing the pool; he wrote the estimate in good faith because we were long-time customers at this store and because he wanted to help. Ive also been to the store every season since Ive owned our pool, and Matt and other store personnel have always been courteous and extremely helpful. I cant recommend this store enough.
