Company is great I give 5 stars for the original install and service, I have had there water system in for a couple yrs now, do my yearly service etc.. however that has now become unaffordable, I just called for my yearly service, and man has it jumped now cost over well over $500. Not sure if this huge jump is cost of materials/Labor or what, but huge shocker for sure. Thousands of dollars tied up in a water system and cannot afford to get serviced anymore, but need the service to maintain the warranty..Nice.

It’s a nice looking unit and I hope this fixes our hard water issues we’ve had from what Kevin said he think it should. And that’s phenomenal news for our household. A service reminder was displayed on our water softening system. When I called the number on the screen I was told the system was not purchasedfrom WATERCURE but they would contact the person who the system came from. When I didnt hear back I called again and was given Lances number and was told to contact him. Lance informed me he would be out to service the unit in a few days. A month and a half went by never hearing from anyone I called another service to take care of the system. The technician came out and had a difficult time replacing the lens in the UV unit because it was installed to close the basement celling. He had to take the unit apart to complete his work. The poor placement caused an additional hour of work. We are still confused on the seller of the unit and will certainly not contact them again. We also face additional cost to have the unit replumbed the next time it needs to be serviced.

Best thing we ever added to our home! We live in Lancaster and there is a lot of chlorine in the water which left us our skin very dry and I can say our new system took care of this problem! We have had our system for a number of years now. One of the best decisions we have made. Water is so much softer. Has made a difference in our laundry and helped our skin through the dry winter months. The extra purifier by kitchen sink is great for pure drinking water. Yearly service for clean filters and checkup is great. Only change I made was to connect the outside spigot before the water goes through the purifier. That works better for our garden

They have been great to work with so far. I had a small issue with my reverse osmosis tank and they sent someone out that day and fixed it for us. The original installation of the system went well I am noticing a difference in my water and appliances. So glad we decided to get a water system from them!

Professional and curious owners and salespeople make the icing on the cake. System was installed more than a year ago and a dramatic increase in the water quality was noticed immediately. Many times after a while the quality or flow of water will lag given a little time. No such issues. Flawless provision of perfect water. Well worth the money.

Thank you for that.Only negative was the tech was at location 10 minutes and service bill was high. But you have to pay for good service

Installed whole house filtration and an RO system for our kitchen. It started with a quick call to the office which was followed by a visit from the owner to test the water and give recommendations for treatment. We had earlier had our water independently tested and Drew confirmed our findings. I got a quote from another local vendor, who was nearly double the price quote by Drew. We had the system installed earlier this month and have been using it for the past several weeks. Water feels and tastes different from the hard ECWA water that we had been used to. Glad we went with Watercure.
