We walked knowing we where going to purchase a vehicle. Just were not sure of what we where going to buy. Either a SUV or a truck. Zach Falk was busy with other customers at the time but introduced himself and also showed us a couple vehicles. He then got someone to assist us until he could help us again. We test drove a truck and fell in love. The process couldnt have been smoother. I have had issues with other dealers and this by far is my favorite dealer around. Man I was their getting maintenance on my 2016 when I got a phone call from zach and it sound like it was in the building, so I walked around and found him sitting at his desk talking to me. When you make an appointment two days in advance to go to test drive a vehicle and it isn’t on the lot, that’s fine let it slide. But when your told you’ll be contacted later that day, or the next you expect a phone call. That came and went so instead they lost out on a sale, I ended up purchasing a suv down the street and mike smith buick and had phenomenal service!

I worked with Tony and he was AMAZING and made the process a fun and easy experience.Typically my experience with other dealerships in the past have honestly been a nightmare and all around a horrible experience. I would not even give this place one star but I had too to write a review. These people sold me a SUV and within two months it blew up.( Because I didn’t, buy an extended warranty, I was trash, sorry I didn’t wanna give you any more of my money, that’s what you people seem to do, is rob people.) called this “corporation “ in dire need of help, for a 50k$ SUV, because I had no warranty they laughed and said sorry we can’t help you. 1st oil change. the shuttle took me to the Y for my swimming. Got a ride back to dealership from a friend and car was waiting for me. No problems, clean and they even filled wiper fluid which I knew was down and just didnt take the time to fill.

Checked in with my favorite service writer, Randy at 7:30A and I was on my way by 9:00A. Pete, another favorite, did the mechanical work, and then did a complete inspection, topping off fluids, and even checking tire pressure. It was a great visit.

It was simple, easy and the work was perfect and priced reasonably!! Its over an hours drive but worth it!

When I explained my situation to Sean, he worked me in to check out the problem with my air conditioner which quit cooling on our trip from Indianapolis to Lockport. We were there to attend the funeral of my brother, John Main.Everyone else was courteous and pleasant from the shuttle drivers and the cashier. Our problem was resolved in plenty of time for us to get to the Acacia Park Cemetery in time for the burial.

Went in to trade in my car to get something different my family and I was treated fine in the beginning but after the salesman went to give my info to the finance manager it was all down hill from there, they didn’t even give me the time of day. They only checked 1 maybe 2 financial institutions and sent me on my way.gave me the line oh we don’t want you to wait here for hours (even though I would have) I only found out because I was alerted through my credit monitoring app. I also a decent down payment. What I don’t get is when I read the other reviews their all reviews which were positive,so they must have paid for my positive reviews or I was just singled out. Very unprofessional.

Your customer service is lacking. When we came to pick up the car we waited over 15 minutes for our salesman only to be handed over to the delivery manager. He did not go over everything and some questions we were told “oh I’m not sure. I’m new at this position” The discount for a 30 year employee was terrible. I was asked to fill out a survey before we got into the car and half of the things were not reviewed and they still were not reviewed when we went to the car. Sss as led people wearing jeans. The receptionist slouching and not very professional. The air conditioning was down the 2 days we were there.

They made my purchase as trouble free as possible. Zack was very accommodating to all of our needs, he even stayed on his own time twice, and assisted me with some parts i wanted to purchase as well.He did an excellent job and should be commended for his work ethic

I did not have the most pleasant experience at Heinrich, and ended up taking my car somewhere else. HOWEVER, Heinrichs follow up - was phenomenal. Chris called me to discuss my issues with the service I received, and acknowledged their shortcomings, as well as cleared up some of my own misgivings. I wanted a brand new Trailblazer after seeing a black one that I loved. There are not many around but my husband contacted Donny Boyle knowing that he would go above and beyond to find one. Well, sure enough he did! He found the exact one I wanted, located it and had it in the parking lot for me in less than 5 days and at a very good, reasonable price! I couldn’t believe it because with everything going on with the pandemic I know that dealerships are not getting many cars in at this time. I wouldnt recomend going to Heinrich chevy for service to anyone. I normally do all the work on my vehicles myself but i just didnt have the time to so i brought my truck to Heinrich who i thought would be a great place and i was wrong. They scamed me. They replaced a part on my vehicle that i didnt ask them too. They wouldnt re use perfectly good parts. The guy on the phone lied to me and told me the mechanic tried to reuse some of the parts and wasnt going to be able to. Said the part was, too rotted to save. So in the time crunch i was in i said fine just be careful taking the old GOOD parts out. They ruined everything. In order for them to do the job they need it to be as easy for them as possible then charge double the price per hour. As soon as i showed up to pick my truck up i told the guy that what was done wasnt what i asked for and he responded, I dont know what to tell you. After the fact i brought the old parts home and there wasnt even attempt to use them and completly free of rust. Total scam. Save yourself a headache and money and go to a real mechanic.

In the past I have purchased quite a few vehicles from Heinrich. My salesman switched dealerships and I followed him. He couldnt find the truck I wanted because of lack of inventory. Josh D. did an excellent job of setting up the undercoating for my Silverado. He kept me updated as to the progress. When I got the truck back, it looked new. The crew did a fantastic job.

I’m a little concerned that I just had brake maintenance done on my vehicle new brakes installed, etc. 2 months ago and was still told I needed brake maintenance completed which cost $99. I am not sore they really looked at them and just went by the service in the computer done at Heinrich. I was also disappointed that the work was completed to update my radio without calling me with the cost first. I just to purchased an update directly from Chevy and now I do t even know if it was the same update...I may have paid twice for the update!! My ask was for them to look at the Bluetooth because I was having phone connection issues...then was told the radio was updated?

We had a very good experience buying a 2021 Silverado at Heinrich Chevy. Our sales person was Zack. Zack spent a lot of time finding the exact truck I wanted. Since Covid, the dealerships have a greatly reduced inventory. It took only a day or so to locate the vehicle I wanted. I was pleased with my purchase, and particularly with the efforts that Zack mad to get me the vehicle I got.

Service was fast friendly and complete. They answered my questions in a positive manner. All precautions were being observed and I felt very safe.

Don’t fall for the typical salesman pitch. They will make false promises and sell you extra b.s. and then when it comes time to fulfill the extra they sold you they will find every excuse and extra detailed fine print to ensure they don’t make it right. Do yourself a favor and spend your hard earned money at a dealer who keeps their word and is willing to keep a customer for life verse loosing ten and not caring. Very disappointed, will ensure family, friends and anyone I know does business elsewhere.
