Cookies on display marked $3.98 on top and bottom. At register rang up $9.98. No price scanners in store. Waited 15 minutes in liquor aisle for someone to open the case but no one came. Finally had to get a worker, who wasn’t happy about doing it. This store has deteriorated over the past two years.

As a squishmallow, i hate to give a place a bad review but Walmart makes me willy sad. I think that they need to fill their shelves better, especially in the mystery toy section. They had a good selection of bananas but a lot of fruit was rotten 🤢. although they still had a good variety of chocolate chips which I use to make my favorite the zert chocolate chip cookies. Overal I give this place a 3 out of 5 because I wish they had maybe some more toys for me.

This Walmart is fairly clean and well stocked. The employees are helpful and the check out lines are not eternally long.

Although the shelves looked a bit empty, I was still able to find everything that was in my list. It was easy and comfortable to shop, but please don’t look for assistance from store personnel, you probably won’t find anyone. Otherwise, it was a good shopping experience.

Nice place to shop for many different needs. Could work more on keeping bathroom clean. More open registers when times are busy would be great.

The store is overall good and decently clean. Workers are curtious. The only problem I have found with this store is that the produce is never quite fresh. Occasionally, I end up going in on a day when the produce must have just been delivered but it is never more than one or two types of vegetables and I still end up with not so good produce. I am constantly finding moldy produce in multiple bins which spoils the good produce touching it. I think if they hired a few more people for this department and did a better job of picking out the produce that is beyond edible, the store would actually thrive.

This Wal-Mart is much better than the one on Jefferson. The store is cleaner and seem to have a better variety of seafood. But i did notice the shortage of cashiers everyone was mostly using self check out but thats the world we live in.

The cashier I had didnt seem like he knew what he was doing. As he bagged our groceries, he bagged some soup cans with a bag of chips which I didnt like. He also put a bleach bottle in with some of my food. Didnt appreciate that one bit.

Always go out my way to come to this Walmart. Just about every time I come is usually pretty quite/not to crowders. Always stocked up, and cashiers here are pretty quick.

Shelves were light and produce was well picked over. They did have what I came for and, since the store was sparcely occupied, I was able to get out quickly.

Pharmacy nightmare,OMG, I know Walmart is struggling to hire some decent employees. 3 times I droveTo the Walmart on on Farrell rd Lockport, only, each time I was told a different day for pickup.On the 22nd I encountered the most ignorant pharmacy tech I every encountered, I was picking my wife’s medicine up only to be told 1500 dollars for 90 days, I tried to correct the girl explaining the goodrx was 48 dollars, with that she began to wave her finger at me “ Walmart Training “ awesome. The great thing about this I can take my money elsewhere.

Well when walking in the store we asked the greeter where we could find something and she said I dont know. Now that is her job to know!! Also we had to find works they were very low on help at this store finally we did fine a person and he was very helpful

I love the value at Walmart, but the lines lately are getting worse and worse. There are never enough registers open. Have to really consider before I go whether or not I have, or want, to give that amount of time to get what I need there, or go someplace else and pay a little more.

We have been using grocery pick up during COVID and this walmart regularly messes orders up. Missing items are a regular occurrence. At one point my order was picked up by my husband and they ended up giving him someone elses whole order. When we reported the issue, they told us theyd repick our order so we could come pick it up... every single item in the order was substituted for something else (ex prego meat sauce subbed with some other brand spicy Italian sauce, whole milk subbed with skim milk, doritos subbed with lays, salmon subbed with tilapia, the list goes on)... it really felt like it was intentional that every item was incorrect. We now use another location even though its much further away.

Customer service sanitized carts. Greeted at the door. Easy curbside pick up. Very helpful employees. Got a great deal on a new UHD TV.

This place is a JOKE. Horrible rude disrespectful customer service people that makes up rules and funky odd hours as they choose... Came with a return at 6:30 pm was told customer service is closed by the manager and to come next day to make the return and it will accepted. This was a brand new item nothing missing just opened box(never used in foil still, battery operated weed trimmer). Had the manager look at it and he said to come back next day and I will get my return. I come back and customer service refuses my return as they state it smells like fuel! (Its battery operated!!! How can it smells like fuel???) I flag down the manager that looked at it yesterday and he without an answer goes into his office and HIDES!!! I stand there for 45 minutes waiting for him to come out! So childish and ridiculous!

On Sunday, 7/25/21, @ 2:00 pm my husband and myself were driving parallel to the front of the store leaving the lot. A young Hispanic male at the head of the collected cart train as well as two young Caucasian males at the end thought it to be quite funny to walk out directly in front of our vehicle causing my husband to slam on his breaks. No apologies, simply laughter. It’s this kind of employee that gives a less than stellar reputation for Walmart in general. I know it’s hard to get staff these days, but come on, really?

This Walmart is usually messy if not downright dirty. The staff seems perpetually depressed if not angry. Lockport is better than Orland Hills, but I still only shop there if I cant find what I.Im looking for elsewhere.

I am not one to write a bad review but this is the second time I was stopped at the door upon checkout and accused of stealing. I would understand If i were to place items in my pocket but IN THE BAG AND WITH A RECEIPT! I understand that mistakes happen and people have to do their job but there is a way to talk to people. When approached, the woman stopped me to tell me that she needs to talk to me about the Red Bull’s I stole. I literally thought it was a joke. I had no issues telling her I paid and even gave her the receipt. While checking the receipt she then saw I paid for the items and found another item (worms) and said okay You paid for the Red Bull but not the worms.... she then noticed that those were on the receipt as well. She looked irritated, rolled her eyes and said okay there’s nothing and have me my receipt. Not a goodbye, not a sorry for the inconvenience, nothing. I will no longer be a customer here and will never recommend this location to anyone. The rudest most cruel employees with little respect. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE!

You get treated very poorly there customer service skills have crashed and burned! Or how bout the cart guys sitting on there on there phones,having personal conversation with friends and there are 0 carts, yes 0. And they tell YOU to walk to the other side. ISNT THAT YOUR JOB? They dont care cause the camaras arent on them. The employees walk real slow to perform less work in more time. They are NOT in a hurry for you or anyone else for that matter. Its all about milking that clock. They can treat you rudely and keep there job. Because in the end its not about customer service, just a sale!

This Walmart was clean, and empty. The only problem was they and every other Walmart I went to was out of baby food. Went to about 7 and the same scenario.

Came to Lockport Walmart because I was looking for a particular piece of clothing in a different size (the ones by me were out of stock), but the place was a mess! I found the same piece of clothing on 8 different racks, so many products scattered all over the store in the wrong place. Makes it difficult to shop. The bathroom sinks were filthy & clogged with hair. Employees seemed nice but management needs to get a foothold on their stores appearance.

A lot of prices were higher than Jewel

People were waiting for people to load their cars to be able to get a cart.THERE WERE ONLY (3) THREE CASHIERS OPEN!!!The self checkout line was filled and had a line as long as the only 3 cashiers.The store was a complete mess with women loading isles in the middle of the day.Complete disaster. This store is a joke. I have been there 3 times in the past week. No carts in the store they are all out at the return bins in the parking lot and then only 2-3 registers open all day and half the shelfs are empty. You wait longer to check out than to shop. I let staff know about the cart situation and instead of fixing it they just kept paging for assistance and no-one answered. Im done, Im going to Meijers from now on for better service.

Took 15 min to check out cuz the lady running the self check out lanes would much rather complain about last minute shoppers and kept calling us that. She was extremely rude. I just needed her 4 numbers to complete my purchase. I worked a 14 hour shift so I really dont care to hear her whine and moan about punching out late. Sorry you had to do your job. Ive found most of the employees that work there are rude and words I cant use on a review. I could go on but I have better things to do then complain about the losers that work at wally world.

No water on the shelves, got everything else I wanted

Pretty dissapointed that the shelves werent fully stocked, some were half empty! Did not find many items I wanted to purchase. It was late afternoon on Mothers day, could be the explanation. On the other hand, this store in Lockport IL, was clean and not overcrowded, and employees were actually courteous, quite a nice difference from the Palos Hills Walmart, as well as the Country Club Hills Walmart. I will definitely shop here from now on.

Chicken Kiev had sign for 1.24 and I told cashier before she rang them up and she continued to ring up wrong price and told me to stand in line at customer service. I had the pleasure of meeting one of your Health Ambassadors, Rebecca Albright, She was very knowledgeable made me very comfortable With my out of state visit to a store I only get to shop at once or twice a year as I live out of state. She was helpful, friendly courteous and genuinely welcoming All the way around. In these difficult times its nice having somebody who obviously knows her job very well and is passionate about it. I tried again today. Stopped to pick up Halloween Decorations, stood in line with over $100 in stuff for almost 20 minutes, Gave up, left it in an empty check out lane and left. Tried calling Walmarts customer service, sat on hold long enough to go on Amazon and order $122 in Halloween Decorations to be delivered Tuesday. Guess Ill do my Xmas shopping on Amazon as well.Previous Review> I stopped in late to pick up some stuff for a BBQ tomorrow. Ive been working late all week, so this was my only chance to get there. After filling my cart I realized there are NO CASHIERS working. Its ONLY SELF CHECK OUT! Self Check out is fine if you only have a few items, but what if you have a whole cart full??? And the line was backed up 1/4 of the way down the aisle. I had to abandon my cart and go to jewel around the corner where the live cashier rang me out with a smile.

I had to return some scrubs today (because Im clearly not a size small anymore - thanks quarantine!) and I wanted to comment how great Carm was handling my return. There was also a woman there but I didnt catch her name and they were both really efficient and calm with the long lines of returns. I just wanted to shine some recognition on them because working in retail, especially customer service, during the Christmas season can be a nightmare and after seeing the chaos today I think they deserve a medal. Thanks Walmart!

This place is a joke. I ordered delivery and my order was supposed to be here at 1:50. I paid for express delivery. They messed up my delivery and have been telling me since 2:30 that my food would be here soon. That it left 20 minutes ago....Ive called customer service 3 times and the manager of the store tells them the same. And here I am at almost 430 grocery less. Im calling corporate. Throw the whole manager away and start over because she lied to customer service repeatedly about my order. All you had to say was you couldnt get me my order. I would have understood that. But repeatedly lying and saying my order was coming instead of letting me make other arrangements for dinner was completely inexcusable. Now its 5 and I have to figure out what to do since I cant make what I thawed out since you didnt bring me my order. I wish i could give this place 0 stars.
