I almost always have an issue with the Starbucks besides the fact that their line is always insane. I came in today, and I waited in line for 34 minutes. 34 MINUTES. I was trapped in the drive-through or else I would’ve left. I called the store to see if there was a car stuck in the lane or something and they said that they were just backed up on orders. When I finally got to the window, I honestly thought that they would give me my drink on the house, but they didn’t even have it ready and it wasn’t made correctly. It tasted terrible! The lady at the register kept telling me that it was a very busy day, but I have gone to other locations with longer lines that were by quicker than this. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will not be returning.

My favorite place for breakfast! Apple crisp lattes are the best and its always made perfect. Great customer service too

I LOVE Starbucks and would go 3-4 times a week but since moving here we rarely go because they take forever. I really wish they could get it together because other than the wait everything is really good.

Coffee is always slightly different. I get a cold brew with cold brew sweet foam.i can tell that it is different but they argue with me. Finally i changed order to cold brew with sweet cream. Still diffrrent a.ounts of sweet cream each time. Love egg bites and my spouse loves their bakery.

Even with pre order seem like wait longer for drink then do if I order it there and il pre order it 15min on average before I arrive to pick up my drinks

Setup has changed since covid.Like to put my own cream and sweetener...Hopefully they will go back to that....

I ordered online but i was sitting right in front of the staff by the counter. When the printed the sticker that goes on the cup was making fun of my name with other barista girl right in my presence. When she realized that Assisted at her Scene. doesn’t feel right to me

Coffee is made right 8 of 10 times. Needed to ask for a remake a few times. High staff turnover. Nothing worst than having a friend pick up coffee only for it to taste burnt. Still better than any in hotel starbucks in Georgia...

Drive thru is terribly slow. Finally get my drink and its made wrong. Go inside and everyone working there is just moping around laughing hanging out talking to their friends. Do your job!

I went to starbucks and they didn’t have the ingredients for the drink but didn’t inform me, and when i seen my drink i asked them why they didn’t tell before hand and the girl working was very very rude and then the manager John was also very rude. i don’t recommend this starbucks, other places have treated me much better they have no respect for the people who go into their business.

This is my favorite Starbucks! It does not matter if I go inside or the drive-thru, the people here are fantastic! I always feel better leaving here, because the baristas are upbeat, friendly, and kind. The drinks they make are wonderful!

This location is by far the worst location I have bought from, I have always been treated well by other locations however the workers at this location are very rude and disrespectful. They use the loss of peoples lives during the pandemic as an excuse for their treatment, they failed to inform me that they didnt have the ingredients to make my drink and handed me the drink without the main ingredients and when I said something, the girl was very rude to me. I dont recommend this starbucks nor do they deserve peoples money in reward for the way they treat their customers. Also they’re drive through is super slow and it took me 15 minuted just to get handed the wrong drink.

Most Starbucks are the same. If theres one thing thats true about Starbucks its that they are consistent. This Starbucks makes everything great, every single time, and the people are nice. How could they be so nice after super long lines every single day. If it were me, Id go crazy but these guys keep a smile going and never sacrifice customer service.

Every time I go to this Starbucks the drive-thru takes at least 20 minutes busy or not. My drinks are messed up almost every other time. I’ve tried going inside as well and still takes at least 10-15 minutes to get an order. However, employees are very nice. I just don’t see the reason of a drive-thru if it’s going to take 20 minutes.

I can’t believe how horrible this location is. Today is the second time I have had to wait 30+ minutes for a cup of coffee after mobile ordering 10 minutes prior to my arrival. I order from Starbucks every single day at the Western Springs location and NEVER have an issue. They obviously need to have more baristas on staff or provide them with more adequate training to push out orders a lot quicker. I will be taking a drive for my coffee on the weekends, it definitely beats standing inside for 30 minutes!!!

Coffee is always hot and fresh however drive thru is always backed up but if you go in little to no line and always friendly service

Love this place. Its very clean and the morning crew is phenomenal. They have the best green tea frappuccino.

I have waited 40 minutes for just 2 drinks. They are the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to and the drinks sometimes aren’t even that good. I usually have to mix in other things to make it taste better just so I can finish the drink. If you want Starbucks I recommend finding a different one to go to.

This Starbucks continues to be one of the slowest stores out there. I preordered an ice tea 15 minutes before I got there. Waited another 10 minutes once we there’ll. Baristas had know sense of urgency. Why have an app if those drinks are not prioritized. Also the wait on the app said 7 minutes. This seems to be a continual issue at this location. Person at register then began telling customers it would be a 25 minute wait

Long wait times even on online orders. They need to do there drive thru on the back side so when it backs up in front of arbys its not a mess.

Incredibly long wait for my drink that I order via the app to pick up. Still had to wait more 15 minutes in addition to the 7-10 minutes expected time ready when I placed my order.

Typical Starbucks. Never had a problem with any of my drinks and the people who work there have always been nice and courteous. Drive thru is always busy. I suggest pre-order with the app.

Slowest service ever. Avoid this location. 30 minutes every time I’m there. Even with only two or three cars ahead of me. Sorry, it’s absolutely ridiculous.Came back again to give it another try a few months later, SAME THING! I was late for work! 25 mins for a pumpkin spice latte! It’s gotta be the management here. I will continue to drive the other way and go to the farther Starbucks

I used to frequeng this location but now my trips have been less and less unless I really dont want to drive to Romeoville. Im not sure if the policies of starbucks have changed as far as how baristas are required to make drinks, but if Im ordering via the app and I order it a certain way, I assume thats how it will be made and my last few trips have not been that way.

Ordered an iced PSL....tasted nothing like it. They’re mobile orders were a mess and no order to the chaos.

Started going to this location recently. My favorites are always in stock and they are very good at what they do. Had the best drinks I have had from Starbucks at this location. Line is often a bit long but moves steadily and the drinks are made so well I am willing to wait.

The drinks are amazing they dont just have coffee they have food and refreshers

He comes back through the speaker and says do you want sugar I said no and I repeated vente black two shots.I get around to the window and he says Venti black with sugar I said no sugar venti black two shots.I wish there was a closer Starbucks. Of late, very difficult ordering. Becoming like McDonalds.

Not impressed with how its run. I walked in 2 people ahead of me and was told 1.5hr wait because they have to make online orders as they come out of computer even before people are there in person to order. People walking in just grabbing wring drinks, not impressed

Usually 5 stars but lately when I purchase my espresso drinks, it tastes like the shots have been burned, maybe theres new people but it’s been the last couple times i cant finish my drink because its so bitter, other than that the service is great and i love the people!!

This location is ALWAYS super busy but those baristas hustle and somehow manage to rarely, if ever, screw up. If you have their app, it is really a good idea to order, then go pick up during peak hours. Non-peak hours, you might have a wait, but its minimal.

Fast service this this the only Starbucks that has never failed me when I order

I love me some Starbucks and this store is as good as it gets. Sadly, after finding out the disparity between the CEO salary and the worker salaries, I cant support this any longer. I will miss you!

I used to go here all the time but when I ordered at the drive thru I asked for almond milk & no whip and guess what I got?! Whip cream. That’s very dangerous if I had consumed that. But overall it was a good place when I did go there.

Great service. Starbucks is attentive to customers needs. My favorite drink is the Midnight Mint Frappi drink. Also try their chocolate coffee beans up front at the register.

Have never had terrible service at a Starbucks until this one. We ordered blonde lattes we were told that they print on Colton’s side. Well Colton’s friends come in and they took priority. 15 flipping minutes for two drinks! Will gladly go out of my way to go to a different Starbucks next time!

The music is too loud and the seating is not all that great if you plan to stay inside... it is hit or miss ... mostly a miss. Drive thru line is usually long and parking lot scary because of the neighboring McYucks. People always checking for fries instead of other cars.
