I just had an incredible shopping experience here! The employees were so helpful in locating exactly what I was looking for. The fish tank kept my kids entertained while I browsed! My son is exceptionally outgoing and asked if the sales person would turn on veggie tales... and she Did! My kids energy and questions didnt seem like a bother. They were so kind. I will absolutely be back
The experience I had was horrible. There was an item on the sales floor still but apparently was “sold” even though there was no sign on it saying it was sold. The Sales associate Her tone and the way she spoke to my daughter was not acceptable. So I got my daughter and walked out. Honestly at this point I don’t think I’ll be returning for a while. This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems with the sales people there with the ugly looks, the rude tones, the not caring when you speak to them.
Everything you need here for infants to large toddlers even some teenagers stuff. As well there is a lady in store that cuts childrens hair and does a fantastic job and shes great with kids. An awesome little car for the kiddos to sit in while they get their haircut cartoons the works. They can be a little pricey for used stuff, but then again you can also find great bargains.
I swear with certain employees they just straight discriminate and reject perfectly good in season and style, clothing. But who can prove it.
Store is nicely and conveniently arranged, has an excellent selection and super prices. I highly recommend!
Not impressed at all. Went to sell a box full of new items either new without tags, new with tags or worn 1 time. They took almost all of my stuff, probably 49 items & paid me $20.50 for it. Kind of ridiculous. Didn’t realize how much they actually took until I got home and looked in my box. If I would have put more attention towards it before leaving, I would not have left without my stuff. Kind of upset about it.
Pretty good quality of used clothing for children and pregnant women. Staff is helpful and kind.
I love that each time you can chose if you want cash or store credit for the items they purchase! I ABSOLUTELY loved that they will keep the items they dont buy and donate them to disaster relief aids so you dont have to lug around the rest of the clothes to drop off somewhere else! Ill be doing so much more business here!
Not impressed. I brought clothes in amazing condition. Neatly folded and washed and they only took like 10 things out of 60! Store also wasn’t that impressive. The clothes on the rack weren’t as good as the things I brought in. And it was mostly clothes so if you’re looking for other baby stuff you really won’t find much.
I come here very often - very large selection of cute clothes and shoes!! Couldnt have better employees - so helpful, and extremely polite! Not crowded at all. Best place for kids teens and adults clothing! I love it
I love shopping at Smarty Pants! I bring in my kids gently used clothes, and I use the in-store credit they give me to get new clothes for my kiddos. I have never had any problems with the clothes or the staff. I really like how they arrange everything by size and then by type of clothing (shorts, pants, dresses, etc.) It is so easy to find what Im looking for, and they have always been eager to help with anything. My kids love watching the fish in the big aquarium while I am shopping. Its such a kid-friendly and wallet-friendly place to shop!
What a amazing store! Im so thankful for Smarty Pants. I love being able to sell my kids clothes and money on the spot. That makes it easy to buy what they need right away. They relocated to 4316 W Waco Dr. The new spot is even more amazing than the last😍

This store is not a good place to try to sell to. They took about three items out of my forty plus box full, all of them were very clean, no stains, not old. I bought way too much when I had my little one so a lot of the items were brand new, they had only been washed. As for the clothes in the store they are over priced and very dirty. I found multiple items with stains, strings hanging off of it and pulling. Which made me very confused why they didnt want brand name, clean, new items. It was not worth the 20 minutes. Very disappointed.
Love the Employees, extremely good morals, good customer service and they work hard to help their customers. The items are second hand but from what I have seen the items are the hand picked best and I have seen no flaw.But overall they are a good store with good people. I love em!
Crystal is not friendly! Doesn’t care about your situation if you are selling clothes. Once upon a child is a lot better and very compassionate with their customers. I myself work with the community and manage a salon and I go beyond to help customers no matter what.

Customer service is great and you can find many boutique style items. I have shopped here and sold for 3 years and they always have something I cant leave without.
Customer service is awesome. I had both kids fall asleep in the car and the lady was willing to bring me out a few items to look at and ring me up and bring me the change so that I didnt have to get them out of the car. I cant thank her enough!! You were a life saver!
This place is just terriable. Tried to sell to them and after 2 hours they still hadn’t gotten to mine with one person in front of me. The staff is slow to check people out. Their selection is outdated and it’s just so slow moving in there. Good to once upon a child in stead!!!
Peas and tots had better deals and a much nicer selection. Smarty Pants consignment program is a joke. Cant wait for One Upon a Child to open up.

As someone who loves to recycle clothes and who loves to shop locally, I am sorry to say that Smarty Pants is a very frustrating place to sell. Every time I go in, I see numerous clothes with stains and fading yet when I bring something in like-new condition, it is rejected. Case in point, I tried selling my toddlers like-new Nikes. I was told they were peeling apart-they were in no way close to peeling apart, had little wear on the tread, but were simply missing a piece of rubber 1/8 the size of a watermelon seed on the toe. Its not worth my time anymore.
