Staff was great. Its a shame the business isnt. I havent shopped at OfficeMax for years. After today I remembered why. I ran out of a printer paper and needed another box to get me through the week. OfficeMax had it marked at $66. However, its $74.99 when you pay for it. I spend thousands each year on office supplies. If I shopped like that I wouldnt be in business. So, OfficeMax got me this time for $9 extra dollars. Hope it was worth the thousands I give to other businesses. If I could have made it until Tuesday Amazon would deliver the same exact quality paper (8 ream instead of the 10 ream I just bought) for $23.00.

Very rude staff. Totally ignored me when I asked a question. Then when I asked why he was ignoring me,he looked me in the face and said huh,oh and went back to ignoring me. Very poor customer service!!!TERRIBLE!!!

Great store huge selection of envelopes

June 27, 2019, experienced a great level of customer service ( positive attitude and very accommodating) and technical knowledge ( corrected the issue) regarding the repair of my laptop computer. Called store mid morning, brought computer to store for diagnostic, issue resolved by mid afternoon. Ms Christine Jones, General Manager, Lockport NY store was very efficient and effective in dealing with my computer related problem.

Not what the store used to be. Used to be full of different items and now you can find an aisle dedicated just to binders. Used to be clean, now its old and worn down. Might be clean but itll never look clean! Needs a refurbishment that it probably wont get in this area. Too much competition from Walmart and not enough innovation from OfficeMax unless you count raising prices...

The three stars is only a reflection of me not really using much from the store. Im usually only stopping in for print/copy services. I think that is a very useful part. Im not really a huge fan of how much it costs to scan things in, but thats an understandable thing.

Very helpful. Didnt have my ink but said a delivery would be in on Wednesday. The clerk was very pleasant and helped enroll me in your store program.

Today was the right day and time to go to OfficeMax. No crowds, could walk right in and spoke to the print supervisor. She was very helpful in trying to help me find a solution for my printing needs.

Very quick and good at what they do.Price is very cost effective.

I would give a zero! No reason that I should have to buy a 5 dollar gift card to pay for 2 black and white prints that I am required to use a self service machine to do myself and you cant pay cash for! Meanwhile the print girl at the counter isnt doing a stinking thing anyway!
