Avoid this company - once you give them your money thats where all the problems start. The worst customer service of any business. No one ever calls you back, they never let you talk to anyone, they just dont care at all about the quality of their work. They cut our stone incorrectly, then the granite wasnt sealed so everything soaked into the stone, and worst of all they installed our stone with seams 1/8 wide. Ive tried reaching out to them numerous times to fix all of their issues with no response.

We are so pleased with the new granite countertop and sink that International Stone installed in one of our bathrooms yesterday. It’s beautiful!! From start to finish working with this company was a positive experience. Our sales representative Sam was friendly and knowledgeable and the installer arrived on time and was courteous and professional. We will highly recommend friends and family use them for any projects they have!

Super company to deal with. Their prices are really fair and more importantly, the quality of the stone and the install was superb. I own Andrews Jewelers in Williamsville, NY and hired International Stone to put the final touch on our new store. I cant say enough about this wonderful company and the job they did.

Beautiful slabs on display and a wonderful beginning with smiles and coffee ...but after you buy from them it turns to running after them, asking for call back ...after call back and nobody is around to get back to you. I complained weeks ago about this and how we ordered in December 2020 (7 months after the pandemic, nothing to do with the pandemic and nothing mentioned about set backs or timelines being pushed) and things not being completed by now and nobody bothered to call me back after the complaint and nothing was expedited or explained. Nothing. Everything goes unnoticed, whatever etc. Nobody seems concerned or cares much on the phone at all. It’s basically once they “have you” because you’ve ordered/paid thousands of dollars the customer service ends there. My husband and I are very disappointed overall. Due to lack of customer service, communication and overall completion I would not recommend this company.

Fantastic Work! It’s like having a new kitchen! We couldn’t be happier with our new granite countertops. This is a pro team. Every step was great: project advice, templating, fabrication, and installation. Top notch the whole way. I’ve done a lot of remodeling in every house we have owned, and I have used many contractors. Trust me when I say this one knows what they are doing. Their pricing is also very fair (I don’t say cheap because cheap leads to disasters). Our project included: kitchen, bar, fireplace hearth, and one bath vanity.

Worst experience ever. They called saying there was a problem with the stone then the owner called saying no they lied to you... then pushed the appt back and back and back. A month later they finally come- already cashed my check a month ago- and then said I owe them more money.....

Ive seen a lot of good product and international Stone Gallery but I was not happy to see that none of the employees wore a mask to protect me, to protect them and any other customer against Covid-19, at this time when our Western New York area is still at eight and a half percent positivity rate. Im not sure if I wish to deal with the company who is so careless and has such disregard for human life.

We built our home in 2019 and our builder recommended International Stone. Aside from the price of our granite counters being a fair price, they are nothing short of terrible. I came home tonight only to find that one of the under mounted sinks in our master bath was pulling away from the counter and ready to fall. It is now propped up with wood and books until I can call them in the morning. Aside from this last issue, our counters have noticeable cracks in the bathrooms and theyre not polished as they should be and therefore have a slight gritty feel. Weve had someone out twice to attempt to fix this. This last issue just takes the cake and Im hopeful it doesnt fully pull away from the granite because theyll have a plumbing issue to deal with. We built our first home using Italian Marble and Stone and I regret not using them this time. I will be sure to follow up after my call tomorrow with International Stone.

We went to many local granite and stone suppliers to find the best stone at the best price for our new home. ISGs selection far outweighed the others and the ability to look at each individual slab was unparalleled. We chose a unique slab and the owner was willing to work with us to make it fit within our budget and our timeline. Sam, our sales associate, was beyond helpful, consistent and dependable. Our installation went seamlessly (well -- just one seam haha). We are thrilled with our new countertops and the whole experience with ISG. Highly recommend, especially if you are looking for countertops that are unique and dont look like they came from a big box store.

Went to the gallery twice. First time not one employee asked to help us. Today 7-11-20 stopped by and employee said he would be right with us. He was working with a couple. He stepped away to take a call and another employee came in and started working with the couple and left me and my husband with no help. Left very disappointed. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

My sister had a great experience with International Stone Gallery and after seeing her beautiful kitchen and laundry room, I just had to have the same. After years of hunter green Formica, it was time for a change. My experience was the same as hers-perfect! I am not sure why there are a few bad reviews as we both had nothing but positive experiences from start to finish and a beautiful outcome at a reasonable price. We were kept up to date throughout the process and the people that measured and the installers were on time, neat, and seemed very experienced. Their selection was huge-I dont know how anyone could not find something to love on their lot.

Great company to deal with! My kitchen and laundry room turned out better than I could have hoped for. They helped me choose the right stone after explaining the care of the various choices available. I get compliments from everyone that visits and cant wait to have them do more projects for me. They showed up when they said they would, were very careful as they maneuvered the slabs through my house and created very little disruption to my daily life.

We developed a crack between two pieces of granite installed by International Stone Gallery two years ago, so my wife called to see what we could do. They sent a tech to our house to resolve the open seam. From management, to the friendly office staff, to the efficient tech, we couldnt be more pleased with your outstanding customer service. Called a few days before coming into town from Tennessee and asked to have so one come and measure and bring samples for new granite kitchen countertops, and was told I would have someone there on Monday. I called again on Monday afternoon to again get a person out and the girl said let me check my appointment book, then I never heard from them again. I called a local guy at Red Leaf Milling and got perfect service and he got the 4K sale. So much for the customer service I received from International Stone Gallery!!!!

Absolutely terrible to work with! Everytime I call I am told someone will call me back and I never receive a phone call. An example of this was when I call back it ended up pushing out the template and my installation. They have had my non-refundable down payment since August and the remainder of the cost for three weeks. I work a full time job and it honestly feels like another job trying to get a service that I already paid for.Even after all that the must deplorable thing they did was tell me they talked to my Husband and he agreed to push out the installation date for the second time. I told the lady that I just talked to my Husband and he had had no contact with you. Her response was that she was just relaying the message and thats something I would have to talk to him about. The implication that he would lie to me was disgusting.I know I am taking a risk writing this before my countertop is installed, but I just had to warn others out there so they do not have the same issues. I will keep you posted on if I am faced with any more issues as a retaliation for speaking out.

LOVE MY COUNTERTOPS!Id like you to know that the entire experience was amazing. Chris (my sales guy) was so patient and knowledgable; as a first-time designer I really needed that.The selection was huge! What I noticed right off the bat is that the big box store I visited only offered small squares of a product from which to choose. It is IMPERATIVE to be able to see the whole slab! I held my cabinet samples up to the slabs and POW, my choice was so much more clear. As a consumer I realized how competetively priced you are, taking into account all of the service, product and installation!The gentleman who came to measure was incredible; his knowledge and questions made me feel so good about my decision. He didnt rush through the appointment.Everyone in the office was always so nice whenever I called, and I very much appreciated the owner, Sommers, seeking me out to introduce himself. Top notch!At installation the guys were great: on time, polite and good at their jobs.I recommend ISG to everyone! Dont even bother looking elsewhere...Lisa Marie Allen

They are right in my and neighbors back yard, I cant open my bedroom curtains because all I see is slabs of granite, customers and salesmen 15 feet from our window, they dump there scraps into a dumpster 15 feet away from an 85 year old bed room and it sounds like a bomb going off, my dog goes crazy when she hears that. We listen to workers in their vechiles with their radios blasting at 7 AM The owner does not care about our concerns. All we want is a fence put up and when my husband asked him that he said put up your own fence. There rating is 3.9. CUSTOM STONE OF WNY 136 E NIAGARA ST TONAWANDA has a 5 star rating, May because its customer satisfaction? They do not care how they are making our peace and quiet, not being quiet and private. All we want is them to put up a privacy fence. This is from 6 familes that are dealing with this we.give 0 stars

This is honestly one of the worst companies I have ever done business with. From the front desk people, all the way to the supervisors (except for the owner who was nice and helpful when I went to him about an issue with my sink.) They came and measured my cabinets and told me to wait three weeks for installation….the three weeks turned into four. When they finally came to install, they brought me a broken piece of stone. When I noticed, they told me it would be another 10 days to replace it with a new one and those 10 days turned into two weeks. Every time I called them asking for a time frame of when they will be coming they would say “the person who schedules is at a meeting now” All that, and I was patient and respectful towards them, until they pushed back my SECOND installation date the day they were supposed to come. When I called them, the girl at the front desk told me that I need to be “understanding and that I am not the only person they are doing business with (extremely unprofessional and rude) Then they came back to install for the second time, and after FINALLY finishing the installation (which felt like a dream after waiting for 2 months of having no kitchen with a family of 6) I notice that they had installed the same piece of broken stone. When my wife and I noticed, we could not take it anymore, we told them to uninstall it and we took our business elsewhere. Moral of the story, If you want a company that cares about its customers and is honest with the work they do and product they deliver, International Stone Gallery is not it.

Wow, what a mean, angry man to do business with. The owner mentioned in passing when I was at the gallery that he had been divorced...can see why!! Tried purchasing 2 different slabs at 2 different times and after my heart was set on each, they then said sorry-sold.(was sold before I even saw them). They just let the sold ones sit mixed in with all the other inventory. I asked him why they dont just put sold signs on them when they are no longer available and he told me to start my own gallery and run it the way I want......wow! WOW! Highly recommend that you dont even walk around and brows at their gallery because after narrowing down and picking one out, you can see what its like to be extremely disappointed. (And then deal with the unstable owner). I really am speechless. Cant believe I was talked to like that. Wish I recorded conversation! Didnt see that coming! I should have been the sharp, angry and disappointed customer but I wasnt! Just expressed my disappointment with him and he snapped. Everyones allowed to have a bad day but sheesh, that was unneccessary! Again, beware of this place and this owner!!!! Called around and mentioned my issue and they all said they heard many complaints from international stone gallery. Dont believe me?Call around before you go to them and youll see! Glad I never purchased anything. Could see what would happen if there were issues down the road. Ended up as a blessing!
