I love this place! Aisles are wide so there is no cramped shopping. Very spacious. They have a little bit of everything. They have clothing section, sporting goods, automotive, pet section, grills, and much more. They are pet friendly so you can bring your dog! The staff was very helpful and friendly. They even offered my puppy a treat. Great shopping experience!

Great farm and country folk store. They have a huge variety of goods, hunting, fishing, farming, clothing, boots, canning and preserving...etc.

Pretty awesome store. They have a little bit of everything for the average home owner or outdoorsman. Its like tractor supply meets home depot and big lots.

Not very good for lawn mower repair - though I eouldlet them fix my mower deck while I was away - It has been three weeks and at times when I call they could not even tell me if the work was done, where it was, etc....I had to call their Rome store to get more details as this is where the mower work is done - Good for chain saw blades but hope never to use them again for mower work - plus they fired a guy right in front of me and he was the most helpful guy in the store...

I dont have enough money for this place.

If you need customer service, you are going to be sorry. Just walking in and buying something is ok. Having someone help you with anything is a nightmare. I waited at the counter in the back for 10 minutes to get some grain. No one came. I finally had to call the store from my cell phone and ask them to send somebody to the counter. This is not the only issue I have had with the service in this store.

Love being able to bring my dog with me into the store.

Liked this place, first time I was ever in one. They have most everything in there. Clothes, grills, smokers, tools, fishing stuff, guns & some ammo, plants & flowers, farming & garden things, live chicks, and much more. Spent at least a hour and half walking around and looking and still didnt see everything.

I loved going to the Runnings in Rapid City, SD. The one in Lockport is the worse. I needed a piece of chain cut. No one around to help me. I literally walked around the store for 10 minutes trying to find someone. I finally went to the checkout counter and asked for help. They said they would call for help and meet me back by the chains. I waited another 10 minutes and no one showed up. I think the guy at the checkout was the only person working there. Terrible! I had to walk out.

Runnings is a little like home Depot, Walmart and tractor supply in one. They have a little of everything but not a lot of anything meaning the tool section is there but small, outdoor apparel is there but limited, some outdoorsy farmy equipment and supplies.

Limited employees to assist you with purchases. Waited for 15 min before working out.

Plenty of options, fully stocked. Grab a soda while there.

This place has great prices on cat litter! And when you walk in theres always a bin with a special in it, like a big bag of tortilla chips for 99 cents or 24 kool aid freezie pops for $2.49.Staff is friendly and helpful and they store is dog friendly! The cashiers always have a treat for your pup!

Lots of empty shelves in the store . Mostly found what I was looking for and they do have some ammo, but the store needs to stock up. Probably all due to covid and no supplies .

Running’s in Lockport, NYTerrible experiences with this store, several times! My husband refuses to walk in there any more. Latest problem was they advertised a flat of 32 plants for $11.99, I went and bought two flats. I realized I needed one more flat, picked out what I needed and when I got to the cash register she tried to charge me $19.99 for it. I said oh, not, its the one on sale and showed her the ad with it clearly listed and told her I had already bought two. She called the manager and he said, oh, we didnt get those plants in, and its so its $19.99 only for all of one kind of plant. He argued with me in front of a whole line of customers and wouldnt work with be at all. Finally I left the store in a huff and vowed never to set foot in there again. Or the first time this bait and switch tactic has happened and in general their customer service is terrible. I spend hundreds of dollars in there every two weeks in animal feed, they just lost a good customer. Ill go back to Tractor Supply where Ive Never been treated like that!

I was on their web site looking for locations. There is one up near Lockport. Would of like to see one in the Southtown area.

This store is obviously mismanaged. They dont answer their phone. The employees try to be helpful but they are so short-staffed theyre having issues. The person helping me at the sporting goods counter got called away by an obviously angry manager, presumably to get yelled at, even after explaining they were helping a customer and there was nobody to cover. If you need help with anything at this store just forget about it, youll be waiting a long time. I feel sorry for the people stuck working there.

Store is okay to go to but your employees got to know how to show your customers things and not push him away

OK, NYS Troopers were called for an unruly customer. Unfortunately he did not leave in hand cuffs, but entertaining just the same.

Asked for assistance and got it immediately, even carried the items for me and to my vehicle. Very nice too

They have it, not at the best prices, clean store. Biggest problem is always checking out. People hanging out talking to clerks. Checkout takes longer than it should most times. Customer service counter looks like a storage area. At least they are friendly as you try to keep social distance from others in that area that are not. Be great to see employees wearing masks and make it priority #1 to get people checked out who want to leave!

Purchased a Husqvarna LC 22QRH Easy Start GCV 160 Lawnmower with Bag and Honda engine last September. The bag on the Lawnmower is already starting to tear. Is it possible to get a replacement bag for free?Cant believe how cheaply things are made these days. I only used the Lawnmower a dozen times.

I bought a pair of Carhartt work boots found them to be very uncomfortable after wearing them at work for 1 day I did wear them around all weekend but never tied the laces I tried to return them because I wore them they refuse to take them back exchange them refund me give me store credit spending $183 on a pair of horrible boots that hurt my feet runnings with never get another penny from me now I can see why Amazon is so popular

Fairly friendly service

Terrible experience. A fight broke out in front of us, between two men in line..because the cashier refused to put a mask on. She claims she doesnt have to because she is the manager. When it was finally my turn to check out, I suggested she mask up and it wasnt worth loosing her job over, she completely ignored me and carried on a conversation with another employee. Wont be back.

I recently purchased a Coleman go kart in August of 2020. After almost 2 months of having mechanical issues with it. It was sent out to Rome NY to be serviced. They sent it back and I was still having the same problems. The manager Doug was outstanding to deal with. He went above and beyond to try and help me in any way. Even taking things apart on his own to rule different things out. In the end I asked for my money back and he agreed that we had been through alot and refunded my money. Thanks Doug for stepping up and doing all you could for me. That doesn’t happen much nowadays in most places .

No good. The customer service is varry bad at this locport store. I have had two experiences there and there both real bad. Ill just order what I need off Amazon and be done with it. I will not be shoping at lockport runnings.

I love this place! It’s like a combo of Cabellas, Sears tools and Mountain Gander (RIP). It also has a very underrated RV section and an excellent variety of towing products.

Getting help in this store is a trick in itself. My daughter sliced her foot open on the bathroom door and I had to stand in quite a line to get a band aid as guest service was closed. However, The cashier who eventually helped me was very accommodating and apologetic. Finding someone to guide you while on the floor was very challenging as well. The online inventory of kayaks is NOT a true reflection of what is actually in stores. Be warned.

Man wow! What an interesting store. Great prices. Massive size wise inside and out. Gigantic variety. I mean unbelievable selection. Helluva clothes selection. Even keys. Household. Hunting, recreation. Live baby chicks and quail. Super friendly staff. Plenty of great deals everywhere you look. The advertisements do not do this big box store justice. Located on Transit Road in South Lockport. Easy to get to. Really fun store!

Whatever happened to good customer service. Only one good, helpful employee in the whole store and no one on his team would respond and help. Also, how about the fact that many of the employees chose to not wear their face masks at all. Wow.
