I have been to a few gun shops. This has been the best experience. They treat everyone fairly and with respect. Most gun shops treat women poorly and all but push them out of the store. This store is helpful and is willing to teach you whatever you do not know. I will always do business with them in the future. Thank you guys!

One of my favorite firearms dealers in the area. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Customer service here is some of the best. Even if the store is busy they acknowledge you when you walk in and let you know that they will be with you shortly, compared to other gun stores that will just plain ignore you.

Just stopped in to Escarpment Arms for the first time and I was impressed at the level of service given the busy times we are experiencing. Multiple customers waiting but still received personal service. These guys are legit. Nice shop, I dropped off a piece for some gunsmith work so we will see if the work is the same high quality as the customer service! Not much of a selection, but were seeing that pretty much everywhere nowadays. I actually found some ammunition for one of my rifles, which was a really nice surprise. Love seeing and supporting local veteran owned small businesses!!!

I worked with Joe when I made my last purchase. Joe was great to deal with and answered any questions I had. I also meet Frank at that time too. Frank showed me they can modify my grip for more grip. And I can not say enough about them. Highly recommend for any purchase.

I am a first time gun owner, just received my permit. I couldn’t believe how patient these guys were with all my questions. I had visited other stores in the area and felt as if I was bothering them with my questions. I needed guidance and the guys at Escarpment Arms gave me what I needed. This will be my place to go.

As allways, the team at Escarpment Arms has set them selves in another league compared to the knowledge and hospitality of their competitors! I am a long time customer who recently moved out of the area but still make it a point to do business with them solely because I cannot find any alternative that is as friendly and honest as these guys!
