I bought a used motorcycle from John and the process was easy from the start. John showed me everything on the bike and made sure I was a fit for it. I live 3 1/2 hours away from Hebelers. I was looking for a new KTM 890 Adventure R and Heblers was the closest dealer with one in stock. Rode my bike there today and parked directly out front. Went into the location browsed the bikes shortly and then looked at the helmets as I was looking to purchase one. I looked at multiple helmets picking them up and putting them back for about 30 minutes without one person acknowledging my presence. I then walked back to look at a mew bike again and still not a single person spoke to me. I walked back to the back of the store around the jet skis where two sales people were talking to one customer, one with Ponytail, one without (the sales guys), near the service counter, two guys were busy on the phones, and back to the helmets. Viewed all the boxes on the shelves to see if they had the size I wanted of the helmet I decided I wanted. It was an HJC Carbon helmet that was just under $700. They had it in stock. I walked out, with no one speaking to me. Sat on my bike. Ordered the helmet online from DennisKirk.com. Think I paid more for it too.

I called up the store to buy a Seadoo and came in the same day to check one out, everyone i dealt with was excellent, very friendly and customer service oriented. A few days later i came back to pick up the PWC and Jacque was extremely helpful with showing me how my new PWC worked as well as very knowledgable about the transaction side of the process including registering the JetSki and trailer, he made the entire sale easy and effortless. A. I went looking for a specific machine, and they were able to track one down for me. They added some accessories for me and all went well. The machine runs well, a indicator light for the parking brake was intermittent but they fixed it with no hassle. One reason I went there is I know they have a reputation for good service and maintenance, something thats getting harder and harder to find.

I have spent quite a large amount of money at Hebelers but Ive never felt bad about it. I am always treated with a personal touch. The first bike I bought, I totaled and Hebelers reserved my 2nd bike before I even got the insurance check. They didnt ask for anything down, they did however garner my trust. Mike always gets me a better price for things I want. Saved a boatload on my first AND second Aria Corsair helmet. Saved more on my Alpinestar Leather Jacket, and Icon Riding gloves. And at the end of the day, all these items I was wearing on the day of my accident and they saved my life. With Mike / Hebelers its almost like I pay wholesale. When I think of Hebelers, I think of a bike shop whose opinion I can trust and the savings to back it up.

Mike Treharne in parts department is a most professional staff member who shares his knowledge of the cycle industry and offers great advice whether doing a restoration project or just ordering parts for a daily fix.

I recently had to have my 2018 KTM Duke 690 with 1,900 miles looked at because of a clutch issue. Scott went above and beyond what anyone else probably would have done to not only correct the problem but to also have the repairs covered by KTM after my warranty had expired and my extended warranty would not cover it either. Scott single handily saved me well over $1k by taking the time and putting forth the effort to take care of his customers as he always does. Ive been a customer of Hebelers for over 15 years and they have never let me down; this is just the most recent example of their awesome service. I really only visit the business once a year to get my jet ski winterized, but I am treated with a friendly staff member on the phone when I make my reservation for service, a friendly staff member when I come in to drop off my jet ski, and also receive great service when I come to pick up my watercraft. I have purchased a few parts for my Teryx4. The guys/girls at the parts counter are always helpful and pleasant to deal with. On my last trip i purchased a hardtop for my machine. The giant box came out form the back and the one guy was carrying it. Instead of him asking me to help him carry it with him, he got another employee there to help him carry it out to my trailer. I am more than capable of helping but I thought him not asking me to help and getting another employee to help showed, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I am sure i will be back soon, but hopefully not too soon =)

Took motorcycle there for annual service, inspection and spark plug change. They were poor on communication of status of service and after 2 weeks the spark plugs were still not changed. They stated they did not have the plugs for my motorcycle and they were ordered and have not come in. This is the second time I have had long delays getting my bike back because they did not have the parts. They also are extremely poor at communicating the statis of the service.
