I was recently in search of a 30 foot parking space. The Lockport Life Storage location (store 340) had the best prices in the area amongst competitors.Dena was kind enough to hold the last spot for us for a day while we retrieved our title and registration to complete the paperwork. She showed my husband and I the space several times to confirm we were good with the spot.The electronic paperwork and rental process was a breeze - Dena was so pleasant! This was a great first rental experience for us.

Dena is incredible. When I first got my unit she gave me a great tour and answered all my questions. When I moved out I had some complications that were my fault and she was helpful. The facility cameras are checked and everything was dry and clean. I plan on renting here again.

Excellent customer service, Doug took the time to thoroughly explain and show me everything. He was a great help and I truly appreciate the service provided. I was able to rent and have full access within an hour and am very impressed with the low cost in ratio to the superb service.Also, I feel safe storing my belongings because they have an extensive security system, yet I can access my storage 24/7 and feel safe while accessing, even if its the middle of the night. You are given a code to enter the gated storage area and it is all lit up with security cameras located in multiple locations.Storage units are clean and well kept as well as snow removal taken care of in a timely matter easing winter access.

Absolutely the best customer service I have received in a long time! Doug made the process of renting a storage unit quick and easy. Doug cut his lunch hour by 1/2 hour to help me. He is pleasant, professional, efficient, and very helpful. He explained the whole process thoroughly and took the time to be certain I was well-informed. The office is neat and clean and the entire premises is very well cared-for! Not to mention the great specials that are offered in regards to monthly storage pricing! Once I returned later on the day to bring more storage to my unit Doug took the time to stop and ask me if I was satisfied with the unit I had been assigned. Doug, the manager of this Life Storage location, was super helpful arranging access for us to have house hold goods delivered. Additionally, stuff present on the day of delivery provided exceptional customer service. During the 5 hours of movers unloading their truck, Life Storage promoted a family friendly atmosphere and understanding for our situation. With outdoor temperatures in high 80s, they understood our kids desire/need to get out of the sun and welcomed the dog to keep the kids company. Thank you for making a rough morning much better!

Will recommend to my family and friends. Had the honor to work with the manager Doug. I did my research first and Im glad I did. Filed out most of my information prior to my arrival. Being a disabled Veteran, I dont have time to deal with things to pop up. Doug was upfront and respectful of my information. He let me look at the unit before anything was signed.Then he offered up the free truck rental that they offer at The Lockport location. It came in handy about a week later when I still had more things to move. He was going to go above and beyond and offer it again, but I didnt need it. What I still had left could get moved by my truck. Very Clean, bathroom is helpful for a nice clean up. Thank Doug!

I had a wonderful experience with my storage needs here. I was closing my store and needed to store my leftover merchandise. The manager was funny, happy and helpful. I even had to change to a bigger unit and there was no problem. The best part was, with a paid storage unit, they let me use the moving truck for free.I was there about a year, and no longer needed the unit. I was able to leave without any late fees or termination fees or middle of the month fees. I was extremely happy with their services.

They will tell you one price on the phone and when you go in they magically add on money to the account. Not just once but twice. Took 2 months just to get ahold of them to know how much to pay even left messages for them to call me back never did. Never using this place again.

Decent. Doing some upgrading to the storage unit doors. Staff very nice. But there are a few things that need improvement. Entry doors to the front building need small repairs to make them more secure and easier to open. Cant say how other doors are. Also, the flat bed carts badly need the corner bumpers repaired..the pads AND metal are sticking out...dangerous..could gash someone or something. Need better lighting in front of some interior units.

Store my rv here. Safe and clean. Spaces could be wider for motor home. Staff friendly, cost reasonable. Plowed in winter.
