Some staff are more willing to help you more than others, if you have questions, or are looking for something specific, as you enter the store. If you have time to wander around, do that. You will find ALL the things for any holiday and/or celebration that you can think of. Be ready to spend a little more than you think, but they probably have what you want/need for any party, of any theme.

Love this store! They have a great selection-- they have stuff for every party theme you could think of! They also have really nice balloon displays. I was happy to find they have luau stuff in stock even during the winter. This is now my go-to store for party supplies.

Went there to get a sweet 16 balloon (last minute) for my daughters birthday.. they were so wonderful there made my daughter a beautiful sweet 16 balloon bouquet and was able to have it done in just a few minutes and loaded it my car ...they were so friendly and extremely helpful.. Id recommend this store for any party needs balloons.. decorations..ect. (also got last years Halloween costumes there, very good selection)

The sweet young lady (Cassie?) was extremely helpful going above & beyond to make sure I had what I wanted & that it would work. The workers even told me to wish my husband happy birthday! So helpful & reasonably priced, I will be back!

The manager and crew at the Lockport POP! Party Supply store are awesome. They are very helpful and accommodating. I bought supplies and decorations for my wedding and everyone there was such a pleasure to deal with.

Its a little bit expensive but other than that everything is great. Its great quality and amazing fidgets! The candy was great! Go to pops party supplies if your looking for fidgets!!

Holy 🐄 lots of pop its but cost twice as much. Got birthday balloons from them no problem and Theres costumes in the back!!

Prices went up..not worth my drive

Review based solely on Trunk or Treat event 2020. I called earlier and was assured event was from 2-6. Couldnt get there until 5 and no one was there. Everyone had packed up and left as soon as contest winners were announced. Was a real bummer since kids were excited. Not sure why they announced winners so early. Information page didnt specify what time winners would be announced. So of course, everyone was gone by the time we got there. Was very pitiful really.Update for owners response: There was a costume contest, I called to double check, and to double check the time. Even the employees told me that the contest was over- it was not online, that is not true. And the pumpkin painting was not there when we got there at 5

Great local business to get all of your party and balloon needs!!! They have a great selection and a variety of products and themes!! The staff is always friendly. Their greeting cards are also a great price. Love being able to support a local business and get everything I need for a decent price!!!

Planning a Graduation Party & a 1st Birthday Party (small of course) within the next two weeks, so little time to plan ... I seen a Facebook Ad for this store and decided to check here because the prices were advertised so low! I wasnt disappointed at all - so glad I made this my first stop. They have anything & everything for your party (and Halloween) needs. They also have the cheapest balloons !! I came today (Saturday) which happens to be the busiest day and the lady working was still so helpful helping me find what I was looking for !!! Save yourself a few trips and make this your first stop if youre looking for party supplies 💜💜

They did a great balloon arrangement for my mothers 100th birthday. Sort of a long haul out there but it was worth it

We go here for American made party supplies. They have a wide range of balloons or bring your own to be filled. They have so many various color, themed and specialty supplies for any event. The staff is helpful and friendly. The store is constantly growing and the inventory is always updated. Will definitely be coming back. Support small businesses!

I was surprised how big this store was. They have everything you could want but the prices are pretty expensive.

I was driving and noticed this place set back in a plaza. The staff was smiling and extremely helpful. They make custom balloon decorations at an extremely reasonable price along with carrying all the necessary party items.

This store is pretty much just like a party city you will find all of the same things at least for the most part. The staff is really friendly and it is a great place when you need party supplys or theme event items.

Absolutely horrible I went to the store looking for a sweet 16 for my daughter was shown a few things then the girl said we have tons of balloons that have that which they didn’t but I asked the girl how much they cost she says like 10.00 I said okay I will get the big balloon since it was for my daughters birthday the balloon cost 20.00 for 1 and the girl didn’t even tie it on the weight like it should of been get home not even an hour later it flew away to top it off I called to see if they could replace it the girl chuckled on the other end of the line and says I would have to ask my boss I said ok so she put the phone down and then come back and said well sorry we are not responsible for what happens after you leave the store and I said even for your guys mistake of not tying the string right and she said nope it’s not there problem we’ll sorry to say but I won’t be wasting my money there it’s a rip off sad just to make a few bucks when it don’t cost much to buy abundance of balloons and the cost to fill it come on now get it together

Its an alright store a little crowded they dont greet you didnt ask if you need help looking for anything and then when you going to cash out the girl has a full-blown attitude as if you ruined her day
