Im so lucky to have them here close to where I live. They have everything you need. I did try to buy a kiln from them, left 2 messages but no one called me. Other than that in the almost 20 years I have been shopping there the clay & glaze inventory has always been awesome 👌

I order supplies for a university. The customer service and drivers are very nice and accomodating. If I could change one thing it would be the website. It can be challenging to navigate.

When they was across the NYU in the 90s Rubin & Michael and another young man was so very helpful. For that reason I will continue to now purchase

Really cool place, its like Costco for ceramics. Workers were really helpful with picking out glazes. Tried to make an order online but they didnt have any way of me knowing that the item was out of stock until I emailed them, but they quickly apologized and refunded me.

I love this supplier. I teach ceramics and am always trying to keep things exciting for my students so I have some unique requests about products and clay bodies. When I call to ask questions I get great answers. The delivery is a plus and they always have things in stock. Great place.

Our kiln is up and running again thanks to Jimmy Rosario! Jimmy is the key guru/technician that repairs and cleans the kilns for Ceramic Supply. Hes conscientious about his customers needs and does his best to get there within a week of speaking with you.He recently paid us a visit and took the entire machine a part then reassembled it within a 5 hour time frame. His knowledge of kilns is broad and his commitment admirable. Thanks again Jimmy!

First Class treatment. The tiny, older lady who works there, was extremely helpful, patient, friendly. I was felt so uncomfortable, but she put me at ease, assisted me with completing my list, helped load large items..really she was too much, so sweet, such a dear.

Store has a good selection of stuff with a good website to search their products online. Physical location was clean and welcoming with the exception of the old woman who works at the counter. She is quite nasty to deal with but luckily everyone else there is extremely pleasant and accommodating. I still recommend overall, just beware the old woman.

Staff very helpful and knowledgeable.Got some good tips for working with molds for the grandchildren to do. Picked up some items with the one Saturday 20% discount. It is worth it to go on a Saturday.

Great ceramic store but four stars instead of five because lighting is poor and prices not posted.

Had a wonderful pottery class, lots of fun. As well as everything and anything you could want for pottery, from tools to glazes. Great place to go explore.

Ill definitely be back! They have a large supply of stuff. I didnt have time to go through everything but it definitely look like the place to be for ceramics.

Excellent customer service.

We order from them for out university and they are always late for deliveries or the driver is always sick and we have to wait for the next delivery date. We have had more than one instance where the delivery has fallen through and classes that people have paid for go without clay even though we order it well ahead in time. The only reason we use them is because they are the closest to us.
