Vinewood had the Sunsetter exterior motorized solar shades. We heard back promptly and had a measure and quote quickly. We just had the 5 installed and the guys (Dennis/Ruben) did a great job. The shades look and work beautifully. Great service from Vinewood and great product. Timing was perfect a we are scheduled to have 105 temps later this week and now we can keep the house a lot cooler without using the A/C. Thanks Vinewood.Update: Vinewood was very responsive when we needed a quick adjustment due to casement windows and the shade. Same quality finish and care. Thanks Dennis and Steve. These work beautifully and help us save money, keep the house cool and they look great.

The crew were great. They made adjustments based on their knowledge and did and excellent job hiding the cord. They showed me how to make adjustments in the pitch of the awning once it is extended. I would highly recommend them.

Steve and his co-worker were amazing. Wasn’t as easy of a fix like we thought it would be. The guys figured out a way to work around the problems to stay within our bid. They were timely, professional, and did a great job. Would highly recommend them!!!

This seems like an excellent product, well represented in all the abundant literature, by the. salesman who visited, and promptly and professionally installed. So far- it has only been six hours since installation, we are 100% satisfied.

We ordered a Sunsetter Awning from Vinewood. We were told from the beginning that it would be 9-10 weeks before we could take delivery due to manufacturer delays. They checked back with us every 3 weeks to let us know the status of our order. It took a little over 8 weeks until installation. The technicians who installed our awning were very competent and informative. The office staff was also very helpful. Wonderful customer service!

Our new faux wood blinds in our kitchen are awesome! Our kitchen is so much brighter. The real wood blind we put in our living room, to replace bulky plastic faux wood shutters has opened up our room to our back patio and the delta water we live on. My only disappointment is that one of the young men arrived not wearing a mask. My husband had to ask him if he had one and he said oh, do you want me to wear one?. Then he kept it below his nose the whole time. If not for that, we would make this a five star experience

Everything was seamless from start to finish. Jose came earlier than planned which was great, he did call first to ask. Measured the area where we wanted the awning and recommended a suitable size, showed us all the fabrics, which we picked out a color. We kind of knew what we were looking for so that didnt take long to pick out. Once we decided to go forward, all questions we had were answered and now we await our product. Would recommend them if you are looking for awnings or even shutters.

Amazing service! Sales rep came to measure and help us choose the appropriate awning. We ordered it before Xmas, but asked them to wait until our backyard remodel was completed to install. Vinewood kept our awning till the late rains abated and the backyard cement work was completed - which meant that they had to warehouse our awning for months. When I called to have it installed, they did so promptly. We are so pleased with their professional installation, and the amazing awning that keeps our backyard degrees cooler during the hot valley summer! Wish Id thought of having this done years ago. Many of my neighbors have come by to look at it, so I think theyll be making more sales from our town soon!

My patio roof did not work for a retractable awning, but the Vinewood staff was able to make a new awning cover for my patio roof which is corrugated plastic and very hot if there is no awning cover. The installers were very good, made sure the new awning cover was installed carefully so there is no chance of it blowing away in a storm. I am very happy with the Vinewood service.

The entire experience from order to completion was outstanding. Several years ago we had shutters installed for 7 windows. We just had another 4 nstalled. The workmanship far exceeded our expectation. The person who did the installation was very profession, courteous, knowledgeable and maintained a clean work site. The new products matched our previous windows. The quality and operation are flawless.

These guys are the best! They installed a commercial grade 37’ remote-controllable awning for us. It was a big job, which always comes with challenges. I wouldnt use Josh for anything. He is non responsive after asking me to drive an hour to give a bid on a project. Very nice when he wants something from you and wont return phone calls or emails after he gets what he wants. Very suspect. Highly unprofessional company in my opinion.

Best window covering, awning and patio company in the valley!

Installers showed uo right on time and finished installing the new covering in half an hour. They also set the awning so it would stop automatically but going out and upon rolling up. Fast and courteous.

Everyone is very professional and fun to work with. The product is exactly what we were looking for. We could not be happier.

The Sales person Josh Williams was great at the sale and with following up and making sure everything worked the way I wanted it to. Their Installation Team was EXCELLENT, they showed up early and worked hard to install the Awning and shade. The did not mind me watching and taking pictures of the entire process, which proves to me that they do it right without cutting corners. The head man Dave programmed the remotes and showed me how to work them. They gave me all the manuals and several spare parts just in case. They cleaned up after themselves it looked like they were never there, except the Awning and shade were installed. Definitely a 1st class group.

Josh is a really nice guy and is always very pleasant on the phone, as is his phone receptionist and installers. But Ive never been ignored/blown off so many times. He came in to fix problems [caused by the original installer -- seemingly on purpose, to make more $ on service calls -- based on the guy out of Ripons own words] and did a great job coordinating it under the warranty, especially since the other, more local, original installer messed things up while on speaker phone so it was easy to see he did things wrong/different than the simple instructions given by tech support.After the first time, parts had to be ordered, and it took months to get him back, despite me having more/new shades I wanted to hire him to install. When the 2nd service by Vinewood didnt fix the problems created by the original/other guy, a 3rd had to be scheduled. This took several months, again. I had to leave for an appointment before Joshs install crew was done [they were 30-45 minutes late], so I left and they locked up on the way out. Again, nice guys, but they didnt set it up right. After a few more calls, I FINALLY got a call answered [I blocked my caller ID, which may have been coincidence, but THREE calls over 1.5 months hadnt been returned] and I asked about finally getting my shades fixed properly.The call back a day or 2 later wasnt from Josh, it was the receptionist relaying a message from Josh that the regional guy for Graber Shades [Chris, whose number I asked for twice but was never given, instead told hed call me. He never did.] said there had been too many times out to my house already.Ok. Well... had the other, original guy, who sells/installs for Graber not screwed things up [again, seemingly on purpose if you were listening to the speakerphone call, then heard him say he gets an extra $100 for each service call like it], thered have been no problem to begin with. If the 3rd follow up appearance by Vinewood been done properly, Id need nothing more.But the answer was no, because there were already too many times on-site to cover the warranty work. Nevermind that the warranty work was never fixed. Never fixed because things were done wrong. Broken by the Graber guy in Ripon and done wrong on the final time by Vinewood.Theyre extremely nice & polite. But find a different shade manufacturer because there are so few in the area who even work on Graber shades, plus my only 2 choices are a creepy guy who does things wrong to get extra pay for service calls, and Vinewood who will be extremely polite but ignore you.

Business like but friendly. Always notifies you of their time and date of arrival at your door and boy are they on time. Jose has a lot of options and is very patient while you choose. They are my go to Company.

Quick and great service!

I purchased a Sunsetter awning a year ago and birds pooped all over it. I called to see if they offered any kind of cleaning service. I was told they just started to offer cleaning services and made an appointment. They arrived and started to power wash. However, neither the service men or the office told me that I should move anything from the patio that I didnt want soaked or ruined. I dont know, but Common Sense would tell me that they would at least ask me if I wanted to move anything, but that did not happen. They ruined $100s worth of stuff that I now need to replace. I called the office and was told they are not responsible for anything that got ruined because it wasnt moved. Obviously, if I was told this when I set the appointment or if the service men had thought to ask me, I would have moved these items. I was never given this opportunity. I was also informed that I was the first customer and they will be working out any issues and pretty much thats just too bad that this happened to me. Talk about horrible business practices and customer service. This service was not cheap over $200. They offered nothing but an apology. Geez, maybe if they had made an effort to make things right, me, (their first customer) would have been more than happy to give them a great referral for future business. Unbelievable experience! Just bad business practices!
