Never fixed the refrigerator I paid for within 1 week it broke and they never came out to fix it, I’m still within a 90 day warranty waste of 600 dollars, filling a complaint with bbb, sos, cfpb

We have been very pleased working with the staff . When building our house, we ordered the lights through Thomson. I could go to their website and find what I wanted after finding it on Google searches. In all cases, the lights were cheaper at Thomsons and shipped free to Thomsons. Gene rewired 3 old fixtures for us at a very reasonable price. We had questions on wiring fans with universal remotes and they researched it and were able to walk us and our electrician through the process. They keep records of what light bulbs we used which makes replacing them easy. Very pleased with them.

I had heard good things about Thomsons from my parents and had been in and out a little with them, and liked the friendly atmosphere. I have recently just purchased my 3rd major appliance through them, and Im not sure its worth going anywhere else to look in the future! When we purchased our freezer, we had actually bough t one from another local company, and they delivered the wrong one!! Uggh. Thomsons had an open slot on their truck and had one here in an hour! When we purchased a washer, the knowledge of the salesman impressed me. He didnt just push one product over another, but gave reasons why they carry what they do, and the pros and cons of the different styles. And my stove; there was a great selection to choose from. Again the salesman knew the ins-and-outs of features, manufacturer, and pros & cons. He really helped me narrow down what we were really looking for without being biased on what one we should get. (As a side note, they had a much better price on our final choice than the same model at a local big box store!) They do not carry anything that has a track record for having issues which can give you confidence that what you get will be quality. The delivery and installation men were great as well! We bought all our appliances and lighting from Thomsons. They are second to none for customer service. We have referred several friends to them and they all say the same...best in customer service. They go the extra mile in helping find the appliances you need. Big box stores might be a little cheaper, but it isnt worth spending less when you get so much more from people who are there to serve you.

I met with Jeff to pick out all of the lights for our new home. Not only did I not feel rushed AT ALL, he made sure to answer any questions and explain things I didnt even know to ask. The pricing was very reasonable as well. After picking all of my lights, Jeff took the time to email me the order and make sure everything was correct. I was pleasantly surprised with how easy this process was. And Im very pleased with how much character the lights will add to our home. It was a great selection and a great process. I will be returning for all my lighting needs as well as to purchase appliances in the near future!

These guys are great, very helpful and knowledgeable. Ive been here many times. I find that their selection competes with online selections but you actually get to see what you are buying in person and the guys here will help direct you.

I spent a worthwhile hour or so in this store today trying to figure out which style/sizes of lighting will suit my new home the best. Huge lighting selection. Extremely knowledgeable staff. Some of the best appliances in the valley. They also offer lamp parts and lamp repair. If you need something in lighting or appliance there is no better place, just go to Thomsons.

I ordered about 20 lights from Thomson and they claimed to have included LED bulbs for everything and charged me for all the bulbs. But, when we unpacked everything and installed the lights, we found out they had shorted us 10 bulbs (not to mention one of the fixtures was shattered). When I called them, they said I better just look around for the bulbs because they had written down that they had given us bulbs for everything. I let them know I was the one who picked them up and unloaded them into my house and they hadnt moved since. But, the lady I spoke with was very abrupt and told me I had lost them and better look around. They made zero effort to work through the issue with me. You would think when you order an entire house worth of lights from someone, you would get a little courtesy in return.

Customer service is excellent. Although we did not purchase our broken fixture from them (EBay purchase), they had a phone number to contact within an hour of my inquiry. I know where I will be looking for next new lighting fixture!
