This store is wonderful and is competitive price wise. Useful staff and well organized. I choose Michaels over the others anytime, because they have cheaper and higher quality felt for my crafts. Hence these tacos! :D

Michaels has all sorts of crafts and supplies for creative projects. They have very high quality products for very low prices. Additionally, the staff is always very kind! Most have asked me what project I am working on, and have genuinely seemed interested! It is my favorite place to get supplies for painting!

Always great prices and high quality products. Framing department is friendly and helpful. Sometimes it can be crazy busy, but if you go at a chill time of day, you can have the best experience in arts and craft shopping. Its my hobby store of choice.

THEY HAVE TIE-DYE & hobby lobby does not 🤷‍♀️ also they have crafts galore! Also very clean and social distancing was easy!Evelyn my cashier had to help the lady in front of me who was struggling. She was calm and alerted us in line that it would be a moment.She handled it SO professionally and with a great happy attitude. She even thanked me for my patience!She needs a raise.

I been three or four times in the store service is great I had something about a month old went to the store to return it I didnt have the receipt but cause I sign up for a rewards program they were able to get my money back if not the was getting store credit which was still ok for me . To help you better this thing I return was not seasonal or open item and the store has it as a regular store product

I can see why they may go out of business soon. The staff is some what helpful but the cashiers need to be a little happier. Very stone faced and dull.

I love michaels because i can go there and shop for as long as i want without interuptions and there is so much to look at. I have a hard time deciding what i want. Its so fun.

Love the place, just heard they are closing the Logan location. My husband calls Logan the place were good buisnesses go to die. If we dont have buisnesses where will people work and shop? Im guessing the plan is to drive out the buisnesses on the north end to change zoning and build apartments that no one can afford in a college town.

Its nerve wracking to shop these days during our local spread of Covid 19, but Im a small business owner and have to keep supplies on hand. Michaels in Logan, UT is always clean with masks, wipes, hand sanitizer and disinfected shipping carts. Employees are wearing their masks, keeping safe distance, but still absolutely amazing at helping customers find what they need.

Super busy today, so I waited a little longer than usual the check out and get my online orders. But, the staff were all super friendly and easygoing so that helped.

Decent selection of supplies, excellent collection of paint brushes. Fairly spendy though (some things almost double that at walmart).

Its a craft store, a easy-to-navigate craft store I mean you cant really go wrong when you go in here. Scrapbooking stuff turn right when she goes to the doors jewelry a little bit after that right kids crafts a little bit after that on the right. Wood stuff towards the back right. Picture frames back wall on the right. To let the picture frames is artist stuff pencil paint drawing books The Works. Really like its easy to navigate you like it its a Michaels craft store I mean come on now

No serious complaints. They have a good variety of stuff. They have frequent promotions and coupons. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The things that I dont like (but probably arent particularly the fault of this location) is that they dont carry any fabrics and they have a limited sewing selection generally. They used to provide seating and activities for children and husbands, but they dont do this anymore for some reason.

Great shop and fun employees. Overall a really fine selection of employees. They are very kind and the store is always in great condition. There is almost always deals/sales available as well. Great craft store.

I go here when I need to because of convenience or when I need something right away for a project, but otherwise I try to avoid it. Beware bargain seekers, their online prices are not the same as the in store sales!

A great theater and the family night prices are wonderful. I like going there because its after the rush to see the movie and its not to crowded. Its a great place to see a movie.

I was searching for some clearance items. I had visited my local store and checked online. I called several locations to get information on the product. I called the Logan location. I knew the lady was busy, she tried to answer my question, but needed to check inventory. She asked if I could wait until she got her line down. All the other employees were busy also. I asked her name, her name is Ali L. She was so nice and went beyond normal customer service for me! I dont live close, and she was so helpful! Every one is busy and I was a phone call, I wasnt in front of her. I could tell you the whole story, but Ali got me to Ron and Im excited to get my product! They have gone beyond. I think you are lucky Logan, to have such nice people! Thanks again for your help!

The far better option vs Hobby Lobby

Ive always had a pleasant experience at this Michaels. The staff is helpful and the store offers a great selection of craft related things. Ive rarely needed to go elsewhere because I couldnt find the item I was looking for.

I love it because of all the neat seasonal decorations you can make and buy. Makes decorating so much fun.

The four ratingis due to what I feel are high prices. However if you can catch one of their sales you can save a lot of money and they have everything you could possibly need crafts wise.

Has lots of items ranging from low to high quality. They have a good selection of product. However, it always looks dirty and dated in there. And the employees never seem to know where anything is. I always end up looking for stuff myself because they cant seem to find it... But they are always polite and nice so at least theyve got that going for them.

I framed these beautiful paintings. Two employees in the framing department were helpful and friendly. She was trying to make her mom cry.By giving her a mothers day gift. Shoot I hope her mom doesnt read this.

This is my favorite store! Great prices, amazing variety of pretty much any hobby! Cute odds and ends too on the $1-$3 racks. I just love Michaels!

This Micheals is one of the older buildings and needs some tender loving care. The employees were helpful and pointed me in the right direction but the building was having problems. Could have been the recent rough weather.

This is one of my favorite stores! Im always looking for a fun diy project to work on and my local Michaels store always has what I need. I love the fact that they offer weekly coupons which helps a lot!

Nice selection of products, helpful and friendly staff. Big price range however on everything some things are a little overpriced while others are very worth your time to look around the entire store to find the treasures that delight you on sight!

I love browsing here but everything is pretty expensive. They are a little shifty with their sales. We found a rolling tray that was half off here bringing it to 49.99. Sams club had the exact same product not on sale for the same price.

Im a guy and normally dont shop at places like Michaels. I was there for an artificial Christmas tree that was on sale and getting my wife her Christmas present. Its one of those Cricket machines. The store was organzed well. The staff was curteous and knowledgeable. The prices, being around Christmas time, were exceptional. My only gripe would be there lack of taking Samsung or Android pay. They still do take all major credit cards though. You just have to have the Credit Card.
