I am a college student away from my family and familiar shops. All-Around Auto not only evaluated my car when it was having issues, but also fixed it for a reasonable price in a timely manner. They were very kind and never made me feel uncomfortable for not knowing a lot about what was going on or being nervous with being so far away from home. Their customer service was great, and I will definitely be going back if I have any other issues!

Honesty matters. It took me about a month to try to get my car registered after I had a recurring issue with my check engine light. Maggie and Casey not only provided solid advice on the phone as I tried to figure out whether it was a fluke, but when it came time to fix it they cared more about doing what was right than making a profit. Casey told me about a federal mandate that requires manufacturers to cover certain emissions parts like the catalytic converter for up to 8 years/80,000 miles. Most people dont know about this because its separate from any warranties that may have came with the car, and if its a used car like mine, they assume its not under warranty anymore. If you read about it online, youll find that Americans waste thousands every year because they dont know about this mandate.In order to have the repairs covered, the manufacturer (in this case Ford) has to be the one to do the repairs. When I went to Ford and they ran the diagnostics, they tried to quote me $1,600. But armed with the information that Casey gave me, I told them I think they have to cover it under federal law. After putting me on hold they said ok, we checked, and youre rightCasey didnt have to tell me that, he couldve just kept quiet and I wouldve had the repairs done at All-Around Auto. Instead I had the work done at Ford so that it could be paid for.In the future Ill be taking my car to All-Around Auto whenever I need service or repairs. Theyve earned my trust, you should trust them too.

Awesome place, I was from out of town passing through and had a minor problem. They fixed it in 15 minutes and I was on my way. Such nice, knowledgeable folks.

I came here after reading the reviews. I had an AC issue on my Enclave during the summer which was recurring after I supposedly had it fixed at the dealership. Not wanting to go there again, I looked around and found this place. They were upfront about the diagnosis and completion time and Casey who worked on my car was very thorough and asked about the details of the problem. When the issue was fixed I was informed very well about what was causing the problem and what was done to fix it.The cost was very reasonable and I have decided to bring my other vehicles for other services from then on. The people here are so down to earth, friendly and care about their work. Really appreciate that you can go and get reliable repairs and service without being gouged! Very pleased with the work performed 😀👍🏻. I got bids from multiple other repair shops. This shop was definitely priced competitively to others, although some other shops I found could do the work even cheaper. The big difference with All-Around Auto, however, are affordable options to receive a lifetime warranty on parts. No other shop that I surveyed has lifetime warranty on parts.

I called here since I was having an issue starting my car due the fuel pump needing replacement. The receptionist and mechanics here were very straightforward with me, gave me plenty of information in a way that felt understandable to a layman like me, and made me feel like my time and money was valued. Looking around, they quoted the work at a fair price, and got the car in and out of the shop in around a day - exactly as they told me.The only thing I wish would have been improved was communication. From providing a quote, calling back, and letting me know when my car was done, each time I had to call them to get this information, rather than ever receiving a call back. Besides this, though, Im very pleased. This was about two weeks ago, and my car hasnt seen any other problems!

I am a mechanic my self so very few people are allowed to touch my vehicles but Casey at All Around Auto is the one person I allow and also the one place I send all my friends to. They are honest, prices are fair and they do a great job. You wont regret it!

These guys are beyond awesome!!! They replaced our a/c compressor, supplied the part, replaced a valve for less than $480. They were able to get us in quickly and didnt go searching for more things to.fix like most shops do. Im hard to impress, but they definitely went above and beyond my expectations in services and had prices are less than half of all the other quotes I had.

Fixed my alternator but broke my door, and are like lol sry not on us. The disregard for what they have done to my car when I intusted it to professionals is asinine! They knew that it was an Issue when I when to pick it up but decided it would be best not say mention it.

Casey is a super helpful, and stand up guy. I had to get my car registered (i needed a safety and emissions test). He repaired the horn, fixed three codes, and did the tests all in the same day. His price was fair, and the work he did was great. The shop isnt the prettiest but looks arent everything (if you even care). Im not from the valley but if my cars ever need work this is where ill go. I really recommend this place.

I used to love this place. They were always prompt and communicative about my vehicle. Except the last 3 or 4 times Ive taken my car here. I call ahead and say Im going to bring my car in for an oil change or specific maintenance and its anywhere from 2 to5 hours before my car gets looked at. I get youre busy but I am too, I need my car. I dont get told whats happening anymore, even when I ask. If you dont have enough mechanics hire more.
