Absolutely amazing and so kind! I just had to get my emissions tested, but it was my first time doing so and they made it so easy.Nathan greeted me with a smile and made me feel comfortable right off the bat. I’ve had a pretty rough week and going into an auto shop wasn’t on my “fun things to do” list, but he made the experience such a positive one! I was even smiling as I left. I can’t thank him enough for his kind and funny attitude; it meant so much.Definitely would recommend this place!!

This was probably the quickest most professional experience at a tire shop Ive ever had! Nathan, you killed it man. The place was clean and well kept, but the biggest and most noticable moment was watching the shop lead teach the younger less experienced guys. I bought tires from them about a year ago. Last night I sadly drove over a screw and my tire started deflating. After a quick temporary fix I brought it in the next day. They fixed the tire and rotated my tires for free since I bought my tires there all in less than 20 minutes. Quick in and out. They told me that my low tire pressure light should turn off after driving it around a little. Overall Mak did a great job!

Amazing experience with these guys today. They were able to get me in quick, my car was a little difficult with the alignment but they kept me updated through the process and charge very reasonable prices. Definitely will be using them again!

Went in for a quick oil change and was pleased that I didn’t get the whole sales routine I’ve had so many times at other places. I know my car only needed an oil change and that’s all I wanted. That’s what they gave me, and did it quickly. Really appreciated that. - Update - It’s 10 months later and we are here visiting our daughter at Utah State and realized her car needed tires. We moved her to a new apartment as well and did not have time to go myself, so my wife took the car down to Discount Tire. I made sure she went here because they didn’t try to “sell” me anything the last time and hoped they would do the same for her. Let’s face it, some shops treat males and females very differently when it comes to car repairs. When my wife came back she reported that all went well and they hadn’t tried to oversell her either and felt really respected. I just really appreciate the honesty and quality work. I purchased snow tires here with the agreement that I would receive free tire changes. Last fall when I came in, they told me I would no longer receive the free service due to COVID. Only after complaining that the free service was a part of the purchase agreement, was I give the service free of charge.I went in two days ago to have my snow tires changed out which they did for free. However, they then quoted me nearly $1400 to replace torn struts on ALL tires. I took the quote and went somewhere else. I asked them to check my struts which Discount Tire claimed were all torn, and they said everything looked fine. The other company did advise me to get my rear breaks replaced at my next oil change because they were worn.Overall, not only did Discount Tire try to take my entire stimulus check for a fictitious repair, they failed to notify me of a real maintenance issue. The snow tires have been great quality but Im very disappointed in the dishonesty of their workers.

After the installation Breven, Cody, and Reese went above and beyond the call of duty to help us track down a rattle. They were thorough, patient, knowledgeable and got it done. Paid for a flat fix, Fixed, and a rotation. They did not relearn the tire position with the TPMS. Ended up taking it to the dealer to correct.Wanted to update my review from 2 stars to 4 Stars. I received a call from a manager, concerned that Discount Tire had not delivered service up to their expectations. Looking for opportunities to coach their Team. Other than the place being hit or miss, the pricing is inconsistent and usually super high. $50 to swap a pair of tires (off car) from 2 wheels onto 2 wheels that had no tires. I’ve been paying between $5-7 per mount/dismount off the car forever. I was expecting maybe $30. They did it very fast though. The last time I had a pair of tires mounted onto new wheels, off the car, it took 1.5 hours. The price was a lot better that time. Like I said hit or miss.

The people I delt with were down to earth and real with me. They were the second place I brought my tires to and they said they could fix the tire while the other place wanted me to replace it. My son, a college student, has been taking his car to Logan Discount Tire for several years now. We purchased new wheels and tires from them several years ago and they are always considerate and quick to get him in. However, the brakes started making a squealing/grinding sound, and so he took it in for a diagnosis, and was told he is in a 911 brake situation with rotors and pads needing to be replaced asap. We were quoted $800-$1200 (spendy). I questioned why he wasnt being updated on the wear of the brakes each time he was in (every 3000 miles) for an oil change, plus tire rotations, and the last visit included an alignment. I was told that they do not check brakes or even tire pressure unless it is specifically requested. I recognize this is not a brake specialty shop, but when we purchased the tires and wheels several years ago, we were told this specific location (not all Discount Tires) would take care of all our automotive needs. They dont even check tire pressure!? This is a TIRE service shop. I am concerned about college students (and others) who arent aware of ALL the questions/requests they to need to ask when they take their car here. Nathan, at Discount Tire, was kind as I voiced my frustrations, but also indifferent to our concerns, and seemed more than agreeable with our decision to find a new car service location we can trust. Beware if you go here, and make sure they know you expect to have all engine fluids filled properly, because apparently that can be a hit or miss too.

Breven really went above and beyond to help us get a great deal on some new tires. He spent extra time helping us get a reimbursement for a mileage warranty on our previous tires, which we were able to put towards our new set. I am always impressed by the exceptional customer service we receive at this specific location. We will be coming back in the future!

These guys are exceptional! They bailed me out when I needed help. They were already swamped and at the end of their work day. They squeezed me in to put on a new tire and get me on my way back to West Jordan. If I lived in Logan they would have my business without question.

Had them do the last four oil changes on my car. Developed an oil leak and discovered they had stripped the oil pan and plug. They would not take responsibility for the problem even though they were the only ones to remove and replace the plug for the past four years. Cost me $500 to replace the oil pan and plug(at a different repair shop). Talked with management to no avail. Very rude. Poor customer service. Would never take another vehicle there ! Wouldn’t give them one star.

Really nice staff. And they’re not trying to push anything extra on you like most auto shops. They have the customer’s best interest in mind.

Since the first time I came here, I haven’t wanted to go anywhere else. Every employee I’ve interacted with has been very helpful, explanative, and knowledgeable. Most recently, I visited this location to get a tire replacement for one which had blown the night before. They didn’t have the correct tire size, but after calling around the valley it became clear that NO ONE had the correct tire size. Others offered to order it, but my car would be stranded for another day at least and I would have to pay a large fee for getting the correct size shipped. Discount tire, (I would especially like to mention an employee named Nathan, who dedicated more of his time to helping me than any other place would have. He was a lifesaver!) located a used tire which was close enough in size, replaced it on the rim, ordered the correct size, and didnt charge me extra for the shipping OR the used tire. They lended me something to get me through 24 hours and then put the new one on for me, all for much less than any other place had quoted to get the same tire shipped the next day, (with nothing to help in the meantime). I can’t speak for other locations since I have never patronized them, but the Logan Discount Tire truly goes above and beyond, has been consistently helpful, open, and has been overall great to work with.I recommend them to everyone :)

They replaced one of my tires with a tire that was too small for my car. Luckily, it was close enough in size to my other three tires that it didn’t cause major problems (I only found this out because I took my car into a different shop to get a flat replaced). Regardless, this is a mistake that should never happen.

We were visiting from outside of Utah. Our car developed a slow leak in a tire, and an acquaintance from Salt Lake recommended Discount Tire ... apparently, the chain in Salt Lake and the store(s) in Logan are not at all affiliated. That doesnt bother me, per se; however, in our visit, we found the experience to be lacking.Counter staff are friendly enough, but those are table stakes for a retail operation. Tire repairs right now are $15. Thats fair, I believe - though, I understand some retailers in that area are less expensive.First attempt to repair was inadequate. Second attempt revealed another leak. While sitting in the waiting room, I heard other customers with challenges. One had all four tires purchased there within a few months go bad.

I see these guys more often than probably most average drivers. They always work well with a budget, give me great deals and do it all within a good time frame. Not sure why you would go anywhere else

I have been going to this location for years with several vehicles. The service is always done well and quickly. Matt and Sean have always been good to work with and are very helpful. Robert is one of the newer managers and he is awesome ! He knows what he is talking about and shows great customer service. I dont normally write reviews, but I am in management in retail sporting goods and know the value of good service. These guys are great and we will continue coming back.

We are very grateful for the service and workmanship here. We realized after driving from Arizona that our front tires were almost bald and the staff at Discount Tire rotated the tires so we can make it back home. They also adhered to the mask and social distancing recommendations. 10/10 we will be doing future business here.

I needed to do a tire balance, but had to wait nearly 2 hours to get it done. To be fair it was snow tire season. Everyone was getting new tires.

These guys were fantastic and really helped me in a bind! I am truly grateful for their help. I had a flat tire near their shop on a dark, cold Saturday evening. They were just closing down for the night, and all other shops in town were already closed. I could see that they were really busy and were tied up with other vehicles. My tire was damaged beyond repair, and I wasnt able to access the spare. When I explained my situation to Robert Robinson at the Logan Discount Tire, he was happy to help. He stayed late, got me a replacement tire, mounted and balanced it, and had me on my way in no time. Outstanding service above and beyond what I expected. I would highly recommend them. Whole place was under construction. Had a flat tire, but they couldnt find anything wrong with it. Broke tire sensor while searching for cause of flat and put blame on the last person who worked on the tire. Charged me $75 to replace. Brevan called me later apologizing for the charge and had me come in to get a refund. Grateful for their integrity.

However, when I come today and ask them to install my used snow tires on my backup rims, they make me lost about $200 bucks because they dig a hole on the sidewall. My used snow tires were on the other rims and kept in garage for about three months. They hold air fine. After they made the fresh hole on the sidewalk, they told me they don’t know how that could happen. I can tell that it is not from a roadside driving cause the position of the hole. But they don’t take any responsibility.I have to purchase another snow tire this winter for my truck, which will cost me around $200 bucks. I will not come back here again. I will not recommend anyone to come here. But if you wish to take risk and go there, I will recommend you check everything with them before you drop off your car there. Be cautious!

Ive had good experiences with them before, but they wont go out of their way to help you if theyre busy. I went there twice in one day and both times they told me to come back. They gave me a time to come back but wouldnt set an appointment, so when I came back at the time they told me, they just blew me off again. Not cool.

I can’t say enough good things about Discount Tire. The team here genuinely cares about the customer and doesn’t recommend services unless they are needed. They then work to find the best price available. I always leave feeling like I have been more that taken care of. The staff knows me by name and consistently provide top notch service for your automotive needs. Ten for ten would recommend.

I went out to my car to discover I had a flat tire, and limped off to Discount Tire and Automotive. I told him that I had to be back up on campus before 7, and he assured me that there was no problem. They quickly fixed my tire (about 20 minutes in total) and sent me on my way free of charge. The man at the front desk did several things which at first I gave him the benefit of the doubt, but all together made him seem very untrustworthy.He first makes fun of my manhood because I could not remember the year of our car. Probably a joke, so I let it pass.His technicians then break off one of the studs while putting on the new tire. Not a problem, Im sure they could fix it easy. It was probably an accident.But then as he was walking away to tell the technicians to park it for the work the next morning, he exclaimed there might be more things they find while fixing the stud. That is not a phrase Ive ever heard from a mechanic who is honest.I then got the bill for the two wheels and the alignment. Although the bill was fair, I know he had told me the alignment was included with the new tires. My wife also heard him say that. The bill was higher than what we were quoted. Its not a ton of money, but it was apparent he did a bait and switch on us.He then said I knew when I was talking to you before that you didnt seem very bright and you just dont get it. Why the personal attacks? Even if I was mistaken, which I really doubt, why make personal attacks? Thats just bad customer service! I was not being aggressive or yelling, I was legitimately confused why the bill was higher than we were quoted.This was the final straw. Between the personal attacks, the broken stud, and how he was just setting things up to find more issues, I knew I could no longer give him the benefit of the doubt.I came back later and ask for my keys so I could go home and do the work myself. It didnt take long to replace the stud and I did not find anything else wrong with the car.I dont think this man can be trusted to be fair nor professional.

I purchased a set of tires from them back in December. I was satisfied with the purchase and the customer service. Today I returned after 5k miles for my rotation. Matt helped me again and I was out of there pretty quick. I like how the person you speak with up front actually keeps tabs on your vehicle and staff in the back.

This Discount Tire in Logan is awesome. I have had multiple sets of wheels and tires put on and off here and fitted on rims, they always get me in quick and get it done fast. The staff are very nice and always make you feel like a priority.I had a particularly great experience with Breven, I came in rather hopeless with a broken off screw in my license plate screw threads. I didn’t know where else to go to ask for help so I went to Discount Tire because they’d been so great and willing to help me previously. Breven was awesome and came out to my car with a drill and drilled out the bolt (in the Logan cold no less!) with a great attitude. I tried to pay him but he wouldn’t take any money. The people at discount tire are good people!I have never seen anyone have a bad experience here. I’d recommend it to anyone

This tire store has my business for as long as I live in Logan. My wife called me and had popped a tire after getting off work. After putting a spare tire on our car, we drove to Walmart Auto Center. The associates at Walmart gave us a big hassle and we left feeling very frustrated. We drove to Discount Tire and Automotive and learned that they were closing for the day. Exasperated, I explained my situation to the associate at the front desk and, no questions asked, he told me to pull my car around and got right to work, even though the store was closing for the day. He quickly repaired our tire and we were on our way within 10 minutes. No wait, no run-around, no up-selling or haggling, no problems whatsoever. This tire store has a very home-town feel and has the friendliest associates I have met. I will definitely be returning to them for future business.

They got me in real quick for a screw stuck in my tire and I didn’t have to wait long at all. The service is fantastic and the owner was very personable and kind! Will make this my new place to go for tires!

We had taken a tire in 2 times to be fixed. They said they fixed it and came up with another $250 charge. Next day tire still had the same screw in it, we had to take it back. Next day it has a flat tire in our driveway.Feeling scammed, screwed over.

Coming home from Wyoming I had a flat tire and stopped at the store to when they were closed. They were getting ready for a fourth of July parade on the fourth weekend and I ran into what appeared to be one of the owners who opened the store and had one of their people fix my spare tire. It took less than 15 minutes and I was on my way. Great service I wish they were located in my town in Arizona . Thank you very much for your great service otherwise I wouldve had to drive 700+ miles home without a spare.
